Room was clean and comfortable. Room was small by western standards, but no complaints. Check in was quick and easy. Small lobby with small cafe, serving American and Vietnamese breakfast and flavored coffee drinks.

Very close to Ueno station and amazing interesting alleyways for eating and shopping. Very strange collection of restaurants and bars UNDER the train tracks. Great variety of food and drinks.

Tiny room with questionable cleanliness

The room was very tiny (could barely open up my luggage on the floor and, even as a relatively small person, I had difficulties turning around in the shower cabin) - but this was something that I was prepared for. What I wasn't prepared for was the sub-pat hygiene and cleanliness level: there was a considerable amount of dust collected at the corners of the carpet and the sheets had some stains that looked like blood.

Please note - no laundry. Coin laundry is 5-10 mins away. Expect a surprise in terms of room size. You can barely stand next to the bed. The reason for 5 star review - very polite staff, clean room, awesome toilet, best location and ofcourse price.

Little things makes the stay a memorable one

Being a new Hotel, the Management need to improve on the service level for guest coming from outside of Japan.
Coffee and Tea service should include coffee and not just Ocha.
Information of nearby restaurants, supermarket etc.. with value for money or authentic Japanese food should be available by way of information leaflets.
A map for a walk about to visit local attractions nearby
TV news channels should include CNN,CNA etc.. not just NHK
Movies channels should include English ones

客房非常乾淨舒適，酒店非常尊重客人私隱，可以安排只掛更換用的毛巾及垃圾袋在門把，外出歸來就會收到，而且肯定沒有人踏入過房間（本人有做一點點手腳確認）。
早餐可以選美式早餐或者越南風味河粉，兩天分別品嚐過，越南風味河粉相當美好，很推薦。

綺麗な建物で立地も周りは公共施設，官公庁が密集していて便利。室内は狭いがコンパクトで使いやすい。アメニティに化粧水や乳液が無いのが残念、シャワー室に照明•換気扇が無いのが気になりました。それでも充分満足出来るホテルでした。

唯一不好的，是浴室沒有燈，我第一次遇到獨立浴室是沒有燈，但因為浴室對面就是洗臉盆，洗臉盆有2支強光的燈管，所以洗澡時也沒有到太暗

A bit dirty but overall nice and affordable

Great location and affordable for a hotel. I was prepared for the small room i got due to reading reviews and i could go to the reception to heat up food. The personell was also kind, although they did not know english. My biggest issue was the hygiene in my room, specifically in the shower room where i saw that the staff have been sloppy around the corners. Some corners had turned dark even, looking like early stages of mold. But then again, i felt i got what i paid for, and i would seriously reconsider revisiting since the quality otherwise was really good, and the location was great. Just a short walk from ueno station where you could basically get anywhere you wanted.

Gave us a corner room with window which is good, room is tiny but decent size for 2 pax, only surprised that they don’t do house keeping automatically and only upon request and that’s also very minimal cleaning which basically only changed the towel

入り口にあるどこの国風か不明のカフェ？の匂いが酷い。ホテルのフロントが隣で壁も無いのでその匂いを嗅ぎたくなくても嗅ぐことになる。
７日間までの滞在だと部屋の掃除はない、もし掃除を要望すれば1,000円の支払いとなる。したがってシーツの交換も7日に１度しかない。
シャワーしかない部屋だったが天井から落ちるシャワーの出口を掃除した形跡はなかった、部屋は全体的に綺麗ではなく狭い。
全体的にお薦めはしない、外国の方向けのホテルだと思う。

バスタブなしシャワーだけの部屋に宿泊しましたが快適でした。部屋は綺麗でしたが毛布が１枚備付あると嬉しい。また部屋はそこそこ広いのに、キャリーバックを広げて置くスペースがなく不便を感じた。上野駅に近く便は良いがたまたま一緒になった人が廊下で夜うるさく、時代なのかちょっと残念だった。

シャワーのみというのは予約時点で知っていましたのでそこに関しては問題ありませんでしたが、シャワー室内のシャワーの取手をかける部品が壊れており、壁から外れていました。シャワーを使用する分には影響ありませんが…しっかり管理されていない印象を持ちました。あとシャワー室がカビ臭い感じもしました。全体的に清掃が行き届いていない感じがしました。

교통편리한 가성비 숙소

후기가 별로 없고, 트윈룸이 아니라 걱정했는데, 스무살 아들과 지내기에 큰 불편함 없었습니다.
방이 워낙 작다는 걸 알고 있었는데 생각보다 침대는 넓은 편이었고, 작지만 테이블도 있어서 저녁야식 먹기도 좋았어요. 샤워부스도 엄청 작지만 수압도 빵빵하고, 놀다가 늦게 들어와서 잠만 자기에는 아쉬움 없이 잘 지냈습니다.
무엇보다도 나리타공항까지 한번에 갈 수 있는 스카이라이너를 이용할 수 있는 우에노역 근처라는 것도 큰 장점이네요!

접근성과 가성비 최고의 숙

국철 사철 지하철 버스 공항철도 거의 모든 교통수단과 인접해서 접근성은 진짜 너무 좋고요, 가성비 너무 좋습니다. 큰 케리어를 활짝 펼칠수 있는 공간은 안되는 방이었지만 전 너무 만족했어요.
