Pros: The staff were friendly and very helpful. Cons: the apartment had very basic utensils, and in general was a bit tired. The pool bar made great cocktails and had a happy 3hours everyday but sadly the food was not that great. There were no restaurants nearby but Uber/Bolt readily available.

This may sound funny, but I give this place five stars based solely on the quality of their staff. The facilities and infrastructure are in need of updating, and staying there during the off-season during a cool temperature snap didn’t help… but the overall guest experience is excellent. If this staff were representing a brand new resort, they would never have an opening. Worth the stay just to experience what quality service really means.

Extremely helpful and friendly reception staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Apartment very cosy with well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of seating and dining space. Huge bed but quite hard. Air con in living room and bedroom. Nice terrace (but a lot of ants). No UK TV channels even though advertised. Internet patchy. Nice pool area. Lukewarm coffee in poolside bar and staff there not as friendly as reception. Would stay again.

A great stay at such a beautiful hotel. The layout of the rooms/gardens creates a feeling of privacy which was much appreciated. The pool area was scenic and generally quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely return :)

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. It is quiet and on the edge of Vilamoura, so very good for access to both Albufeira and Vilamoura (but recommend a car). Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The acommodation is nicer than the photos and very spacious. We had a premium ground floor apartment and it was so comfortable and tastefully furnished. Each night there was a knock on the door and a continental breakfast delivered for next morning - this was an unexpected bonus. There is a large pool on site and loads of comfy sunloungers. Everything is great quality e.g. very nice outdoor furniture. Will definately stay again and could not have been happier.

Worth noting that there is a large summer nightclub, Lick, very close by. It is open July and August, from 12-6am every night. If you want to go to Lick this would be a great place to stay. If you don’t, like we didn’t, then be prepared to have loud music playing throughout the night - loud enough to wake us up.

Firstly I must mention Pedro a professional friendly and likeable member of staff areal credit to Longevity
After a hiccup with the accommodation Pedro managed to help us settle in and continued throughout our stay to ensure everything was ok for us
The property itself is away from it all so quiet and peaceful with a shuttle bus on offer twice a day to Villamoura if needed
The suite was large well equipped and had a very comfortable bed
The bedding was premium probably the best we have experienced in our many hotel stays
The wellness program is available but we were not there long enough to try it however the menu for spa treatments was extensive

After a hiccup with the accommodation Pedro managed to help us settle in and continued throughout our stay to ensure everything was ok for us
The property itself is away from it all so quiet and peaceful with a shuttle bus on offer twice a day to Villamoura if needed
The suite was large well equipped and had a very comfortable bed
The bedding was premium probably the best we have experienced in our many hotel stays
The wellness program is available but we were not there long enough to try it however the menu for spa treatments was extensive

Another amazing stay,wonderfully managed and brilliant staff which adds that special touch to this calming and pleasant experience thought our 10 night holiday. Fantastic facilities for your health and well-being or you can choose to chill out and relax, five stars for sauna,steam and swimming pool, but also have a lot more to offer like gym and exercise classes, well equipped rooms for self catering, we did hire a car on site at airport to get around which works out for us and dropped this off on our flight home. I would like to thank everyone for a great enjoyable stay.

Outstanding Spa Hotel
We had 2 nights at Longevity Cegonha which was far too short for us to experience all that this spa hotel had to offer. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were given very personal attention. On arrival, we were shown around all the facilities and also shown to our room. We had booked a room but were pleasantly surprised with the one bedroom suite which we were allocated. The suite was very spacious, beautifully furnished and had a full kitchen which was spotless. We liked the fact that the hotel is not very big (30 rooms) and is spread out over a few blocks which are only 2 storeys in height. All the facilities are very close to the apartments.The property and the grounds are exceptionally well maintained. I very much enjoyed the free access to a number of Spa & Wellness areas. As we were there for such a short time we didn't have time to join in on any of the activities or classes which are laid on daily. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and was particularly quiet when we were there in early July. Another traveller commented that it was quite noisy because the hotel was near the road. We heard nothing from the road at the pool area or in our room when the windows were closed. Our rooms had a very efficient A/C system. We would definitely return to this very relaxing hotel and for longer next time to make use of all the facilities that are on offer.

Amazing for first time single travellers
As a first time going solo on holiday this place was perfect. It was very relaxing. Amazing food and hospitality. The gym and equipment perfect for my needs. The pool very clean and a Gorgeous little cafe for food. I went on the local bike ride and walks which got me out. I also used there shuttle to go to the local food market. I can’t praise this place enough. Trust me I like perfection as well. I met a lot of other lone travellers as well so perfect for single people or people who just like travelling alone.

Smallish place with spacious clean room facing the garden. All staff are very polite and helpful. Small outdoor heated pool was good in chilly weather. Small spa was fully booked but managed to fit in some treatments last minute, best booked in advance. Spa treatments are pricey than average but my treatments were good. Property on roadside, so road noise in the gardens was a minus, not inside the rooms though. Few others were on fitness programmes but it served my purpose for a short relaxing spa holiday. Need a car to travel anywhere as in the middle of nowhere. Private taxi service provided by hotel is on the expensive side.

We had breakfast and great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.
The second we stepped foot we felt we were in good hands as Sofia the manager is such a warm personality and highly motivated on keeping things in Order,The scenery was beautiful the gardens well kept and very clean and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Le personnel de la piscine pas agréable et ne fait que le strict minimum, on a l’impression de les déranger. Ils se posent le soir avec leur amis musique à fond dans la piscine alors qu’il est écrit 20h piscine fermée mais ce n’est pas le cas et ils ne sont pas discret.
Entre la piscine, musique jusque 22/23 h et ensuite cela enchaîne avec la boîte de nuit impossible de dormir.
Personnel de l’accueil, pas plus compétent que ceux de la piscine.
Bref on a pas apprécié cet endroit et nous ne sommes pas prêt d’y retourner.
