The staff, facilities and amenities were wonderful. The water is clear and great easy areas to snorkel. Lots of food options within the resort and next door. It you have a choice regarding what building to stay in, the one that's along the beach closest to chill bar. You'll see the sunset from there. The \"spa\" is simply a treatment room but the massage and service was excellent. I heard many rave about outside massage as well. They provide reusable water bottles and a beach bag. Definitely a nice touch. The personal at the dive shop was not the friendliest my first visit but did a great job the following day. Overall I would highly recommend. Super relaxing! We did not leave the resort the entire time we stayed!

We stayed at Lion’s Dive for 6 days and I have to say it was fabulous. The room was spacious and modern, the property was extremely clean. It wasn’t too congested and had just enough people for our liking. The ocean was breathtaking and so relaxing and the snorkeling was fun. We loved the staff at Piazza and at the Chill bar. We highly recommend this resort and will be back.

Was one of the best vacations, would recommend to anyone looking for relaxation. There were lots of choices for food and shopping without even leaving the resort. We rented a car and explored lots of the beaches, the snorkeling was amazing! Beautiful white sand beaches, very clean! Be sure to take water shoes- getting in the water was corals and rocks but once you’re in- the bottom was pure sand. Respect the reefs and take reef safe sunscreen, they even had lotion right on the beach!

We had a great stay at this hotel… super professional and helpful staff, great room, nice selection of restaurants… however we were not impressed with the beach It was full of ppl and not very clean. I’m not taking about garbage… just seaweed, stones etc… personally i would prefer more refined clean beach… Also it’s definitely a family resort with many kids everywhere…just fyi

This resort was very much in theme of an island resort which I loved. The beach was beautiful. There was always room under the beach huts and on beach chairs. We snorkeled for hours from the resort beach along all the rocks and saw amazing fish. The room was basic and small but fine for what we needed. We did not have hot water at certain peak times but it was lukewarm enough to take a shower. The resort is just plain beautiful. Ate breakfast once and although it was good, it was not worth $22USD. There are great restaurants adjacent to the resort at Mambo Beach. We had a car but only needed it to go to the far off beaches and into downtown area. Ate at Piazza and at Nemo on the property and both were good. Nothing special but, good. The beds were clean and comfy. The little balcony was an added bonus. I would recommend this place to couples, families and even singles.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach accommodation. The location is perfect — private and peaceful, yet still walkable and close to everything we needed.

The atmosphere throughout the property was relaxing and welcoming, and the activities offered were a great fit for our age and lifestyle.

Most of the staff were excellent, friendly, and attentive, although we did encounter a few who seemed a bit grumpy.

Overall, it did not take away from our experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

The resort was awesome. The staff were excellent. Our room was cleaned daily. We had a beach front room with a beautiful view. Our issue was with other guests and the incessant smoking. The hotel should have a block of room that are non smoking even outside. Also the lack of tv stations and no conservative news coverage was disappointing. The only news stations available were MSN and CNN. Chilling in the early morning and before bed with tv is what we do.

The staff was horrible. Upon arrival nobody greeted us or was even friendly. Every employee seem miserable and didn't want to be there. Later on while at the Hemingway restaurant the waiter took our order and then we had to wait an hour to get our food. My wife complained about getting a wrong drink, at which time the waitress became upset and took the drink back to the bar where we then witness the waitress tasting the drink.

Tiene playa privada de arena blanca. Mar turquesa lleno de peces donde se puede hacer esnórquel . Mar tranquilo pues está en un canal natural. Suficientes camastros para todos los huéspedes. El lugar estaba lleno y nunca hubo limitaciones.
Cuarto es pequeño, pero tiene una terraza grande.

Tres quejas:
Antes de 10:30 am solo se puede desayunar en buffet, el cual es caro. A la carta solo ha desayuno después de esa hora. Eso puede ser un problema.
Nuestra habitación 2106, estaba en frente del cuarto para el servicio. Esto hacía mucho ruido temprano en la mañana.
Aire acondicionado del cuarto un poco más ruidoso de lo óptimo.
A pesar de eso, totalmente recomendado.

We had a great stay at the Lions Dive. It was our honeymoon and they ensured that the room was set up nicely with a card, balloons, a beach bag and a bottle of Prosecco.
We stayed in a one bedroom suite, and the view was incredible. Our room was very clean and housekeeping was great.
We found service in the bar/restaurants were hit and miss. Some were great and others were cold.
The beach is fantastic, with plenty of chairs so you could always find a spot. The water is crystal clear. We brought snorkel masks and went out to the rocks where we spotted colourful fish and crabs. We loved the options of restaurants and bars of Mambo beach.

Our only minor complaints was that the king bed, being two twins would come apart a little bit in the middle. We weren’t a fan of the pillows. And lastly our room was right in-front of the chill lounge. Even during the week there was very loud music late into the night so we were not able to rest early.

Overall a great stay.

This is a very clean & hospitable tropical island feel resort. The staff was very helpful and polite. What I really liked compared to other countries was that the no one constantly harassing to purchase anything. The food, location scenery ocean all were Amazing and I’ve been to a lot of countries. We had a wonderful stay at LionsDive and truly enjoyed every moment. The location is excellent, with beautiful beaches and inviting pools that kept us entertained throughout our trip. The food was very good, with plenty of options to choose from, and we especially loved enjoying drinks and music in such a relaxing atmosphere.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Housekeeping was thorough and always courteous, which made our stay even more comfortable. We were also greeted with a refreshing fruit punch welcome drink that set the tone for a relaxing vacation.

We found ourselves visiting the Reef Café across the street multiple times as well—it quickly became one of our favorite spots.

This was a fantastic getaway, and we’re already looking forward to coming back—next time with more family to share in the experience!

We had a two room suite with ocean views and the property is very nice. The rooms were clean and the staff are friendly. The beach is well kept and we snorkled along the stone breakwater which had some cool fish to see. There are several dining options and we tried a different one every night. There is a small convenience store across the street which came in handy. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay!

Loved the island. Our hotel was good but could use improvements. First impressions not good. No help at the front desk upon arrival, unfriendly staff, nothing about the property explained, not the activities, where things are, nothing. A bell
Hop finally helped us to the room. Again nothing was explained by him either. Thank god we are pretty smart people so we figured things out on our own.

Our housekeeper for most of the 16 nights, Simone was so kind and helpful. Ilona was super helpful too, taking us to Karnival to experience the amazing culture. Peaches helped me with an issue at the beach too! Another kind and helpful soul. The only bad thing I would say is that service at the Hemingway Bar was horrible. We continually were ignored during the day and night sitting at a table or requesting bar service.

In my opinion, this hotel was very true to what was advertised on Expedia website. The rooms were good, the hotel was well maintained, the beach was awesome, and the amount of chairs and infrastructure on the beach was very satisfactory. The staff was also friendly. The only thing that did not catch my attention in this hotel were the restaurants (nothing remarkable). We preferred to have our meals in the boulevard OR in the capital. Much better options. But overall, I highly recommend.

Magical place! Beautiful calm blue sandy beaches. Great availability of chairs and shade. Attentive and responsive staff. Great location right near Mambo beach. Perfectly designed rooms and amenities. Can’t say enough wonderful things about LionsDive!
We also have a child with anaphylactic food allergies and I worked with the team in advance. Onsite the Food General Manager Alex was great and made sure the restaurants were aware and our daughter ate safely and well! Fun night life dance party at Hemingway! Shout out to Cindy, Veronica, Day, Nell and the crew at Piazza for their attention and diligence to keep her safe on multiple occasions. The front desk staff were also amazing, apologies I don’t have their full names but the 2 ladies that helped us most were awesome!
Our 4 kids from 13-21 years all loved it and made life long memories to enjoy!

The Good: Location on the beach, waterfront views, beach cleanliness, limiting beach access to hotel guests only on busy days.
The Bad: Didn’t receive requested King Room despite the resort being well below capacity at check in, the band right outside our room with bass at window-rattling levels until 11:30 PM
The Ugly: Overall poor/indifferent service including no housekeeping the first two days, being berated by the towel attendant for asking to exchange our towels for clean ones late in the afternoon.
Overall, the resort fell far below our expectations.

The pillows were very small and had stains on it. The breakfast there is terrible do not waste your money on it go somewhere else for breakfast. I can’t believe they actually charge for what they serve. Our beach towels were wet so when I asked if we can get new towels they said no because we’re only allowed one towel per day. Not great hospitality whatsoever. I will not be back, I honestly don’t even recommend traveling to Curacao the only good things about this island are the restaurants Kome and Fort Nassau, and Blue Bay beach and Klein island. Otherwise not the best island vacation experience. The hospitality is terrible and very slow service and I’m not a demanding snobby person so I’m warning anyone that just wants a decent vacation and good service this isn’t the place to go. Maybe if I stayed in Blue Bay or Boase I would’ve had a better vacation experience.

We had a warm welcome, arrive early but we could use the facilities meanwhile they were getting our room ready. The room was spotless and had a nice view of the sea. The hotel went beyond with some gifts. Nice, useful and reusable water bottles in the fridge. Also a wooden angel tree ornament and a nice beach bag. All these details are appreciated.

We had a great stay at the LionsDive Beach Resort. The resort had everything we needed and the beach was pristine and calm. Sun was out every day and temperature was always between 80 and 85. Our hotel room view of the ocean was like artwork. Where we stayed was walkably accessible to local restaurants and shops. As this was on the southeastern side of the island, we decided to rent a car which I don't think is required for your stay. With that said, driving around the island turned out to be easy and Punda, the main town with all the shops, Queen Emma Bridge, and pastel houses, was very easy to get to. Great restaurants there too. As for excursions, rather than doing the obvious, we instead went to the Aloe and Ostrich farms which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Bottom line, at least for us, was that we came home relaxed, recharged, and happy. Would highly recommend this resort and this island!

I am so happy with my choice to stay at Lions Dive. There was no need to wander too far as so much was nearby ! The beaches were beautiful and never felt crowded. The prices for the beach food and drinks were surprisingly affordable, We ate at Hemingway's and Nemo and both were very good. We wandered over to Mambo Beach Blvd and some other nearby places to eat. as well. We did a fantastic \"Sneak Peek\" at the Aquarium. It was awesome and just a short walk across the lagoon. We had a deluxe ocean view and we overlooked the lagoon and were far from the bustle of Mambo Beach. Everyone spoke several languages so that made everything easy. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom. It was modern and had all the amenities The beds were a bit hard and pillows were small. They have a 50 meter lap pool and separate other pool. Right on Mambo beach with lots of seating. The snorkeling is amazing right by the hotel. Loved it here. Only complaint was we asked for clean towels and they never came.

The best resort ever. Perfect staff, very caring. I was almost about to lose my tour but they immediately took action and booked me a taxi so I was able to enjoy my tour :). Lion’s Dive is an amazing resort. The manager, Mimi and Elles are amazing and helpful. The gentleman with the blonde hair at the front desk was very polite and the rest of the staff was amazing and ready to help with anything. Lions Dive has an amazing location right in the beach. The breakfast buffet is awesome, and right on the beach, so you can immediately start your beach day after breakfast! Beach is clean and gorgeous. We went with our son, highly recommended for families. Conveniently located next to Mambo beach (which has great restaurants).

The resort overall was great location, with great options for food and beverages. Room had a gorgeous view and was cleaned daily.
My only feedback is when there were repairs being done to a unit on the roof above our room there was a repairman in a lift immediately outside of our room for the whole day as well as no water to our unit for the whole day. If we had been notified in advance, then perhaps, we could have planned our day differently. When we called to find out what was happening, we were repeatedly told someone would be up to discuss and no one ever came up. This could have been handled very differently. There were no apologies or explanation for why we were not notified in advance or even when we called.

From perspective of late 20s couple. We chose this hotel because of location and that it was directly on the water. We only paid for the room, no meal plan.
Check in was easy, friendly staff. Room was nice, AC works well. There was some local shampoo, conditioner, and lotion with aloe vera (that saved me after I got super burnt). The beach was 5 minutes away walking. The snorkeling at the beach was excellent. There is a rock formation that breaks the waves and allows for still waters to see all the marine life in the reef below.
Recommend renting a car, the hotel has free parking for hotel guests.

A few snags:
1. Our first night (we arrived around 6pm), we were starving. We went to a couple restaurants on the property and each told us they were full, even though many tables were available. We walked around and circled back, at which point a different host was there and was able to find us a table after all. Then the service was… non-existent? We never got a refill of water the entire meal, when we wanted the check the server sort of sighed and we felt like such a burden. Food was good, but felt like a lot of struggles for a meal.
2. One morning around 830am we went to get towels from the towel hut and they said they didn’t have any. Was a little baffling since there weren’t that many people on the beach by that point and it was still early.

Otherwise the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again, mostly for the beach ;)
