The room did not have shelves or closet rod to hang clothes we had to lay all the clothes around the tables and chairs, so they won’t get wrinkle and no ironing board or iron and no coffee maker for the mornings which every hotel has at least a coffee maker. No toilet paper holder we have to lay the toilet paper on the floor when we use the toilet.

The room was so filthy I didn’t even stay I drove back 4 hours to go home. Everything from the walls to the shower curtain to the mattress was disgusting. The rug was so old and nasty. Shower curtain was old, dirty brown and moldy. I didn’t even want to sit down anywhere . The blanket also had burn marks, like seriously. It also smelled horribly there, my goodness. Never ever again will I ever stay there or recommend anyone staying there. You might catch something if you stay there so if you’ve been there, better check yourself.

The pictures are definitely a cash fish. We walked into our room and it was absolutely disgusting. The smoke smell is so horrid. Stains all over the place, floor, walls, beds, shower curtain. One outlet worked. One light worked. One of the head boards were hangin on by a thread. The fridge was so rusty and gross. We got basically two hand towels to shower with a family of 4… the ceiling in the bathroom above shower is completely rotted out and could’ve collapsed at any minute. The tub and toilet was disgusting.

It's very nice for a dump. The bathroom had a moldy drop ceiling, which made me uncomfortable. The lighting is poor and there aren't outlets close to the bed. But what do you expect for a $300 weekly rate? There was a surprise $100 cash deposit required, too.

My room was in terrible condition. First the tattered and ripped, yellow stained, filthy, curtain, barely blocked the view of the outdated, broken furniture, smoke stained walls, and TV that barely worked on 1 channel. The bathroom, and jacuzzi tub were disgusting with curly black hairs stuck on shower walls and sink. Then there was jacuzzi water that was cloudy and foamed while hardened white chunks of unknow origin floated on top.. Thank god 2 of the lamps didn't even work, or it may have resulted in a more negative review. Don't let the decently kept exterior fool you into thinking this roach motel isn't actually a true bio-hazard. They have nerve to charge money to even stay here.

The days that the booking ended/started I was made to either leave the hotel until 3pm for check in or pay more than the cost for one night for an early check in. I found this to be complete BS customer service. The wifi didn't work the entire stay either and when asked for assistance with it only received the response of \"there's nothing I can do for you\".

Because I booked online—and extended my stay online—the manager decided the appropriate response was to force me and my two children out into 20-degree weather with wind gusts up to 25 mph. No lobby. No grace period. No humanity. Just “pay $75 for early check-in or get out and come back at 4 p.m.”

• I had one more night fully booked and paid for
• I had no car to even sit in because mine was in the shop
So there we were—me and my two kids—literally nowhere to go, being told to stand outside like we were misbehaving pets.

The closet rack was broken so I couldn’t hang up any clothes. Absolutely atrocious. This place scams people by requiring a $40 cash deposit once you get there on top of what you already paid online booking with a credit card. I don't carry cash with me, so the Indian guy at the front desk said I'd have to use an ATM which would charge an astronomical fee. It does NOT cost anything for the hotel to put a hold on a card for incidentals. This is the only hotel I've ever been to which has asked for a cash deposit. I did not end up staying and the gentleman refused to allow Orbitz to call him to issue a refund which is possible to do and make an exception. The gentleman was extremely rude and would not provide his name either so I knew who I spoke to.

It is not a family place. There is a condom vending machine in the from lobby which gave me a quick idea about the type of place this is. The TV was difficult to get on and only offered one single channel. The room was dark, and one of the lamps did not work. Not a good experience.

This has to be the dirtiest and most disgusting motel I have ever stayed in. Outside looks kept up but the rooms look like nothing has been touched or wiped down since the place opened. Every wall had a mysterious stain. Bathroom ceiling was about to fall down at any minute. Microwave had every bit of food ever cooked in it. Arrived at check in time, no one in lobby to open the door. Called the number and no answer. Rang the doorbell, as the sign stated, and no one there. 5 minutes goes by, not a long time, and someone calls back saying someone would let me in. Door buzzes and we walk into a fowl smelling, dirty man behind the counter. Miserable to say the least, but that was the least of the problems to come. Day of checkout…cleaning lady throwing all the top covers on the floor, changed sheets and threw the cover back in the bed! Don’t dare take the pillow cases off the pillows or you will see dark brown pillows with everyone’s saliva all over! Broken chair from the 1980s and they have 10 watt bulbs so bring your own lamps.

Where to begin, upon arrival, I was greeted by a front desk staff member who was not only unfriendly but outright rude, as if they would rather be anywhere else. After that unpleasant welcome, we headed to our room, which looked nothing like the photos advertised.
The non-smoking room reeked of smoke, was dark, dusty, and was very dirty. My guest and I even had to purchase our own cleaning supplies just to make it livable for our stay.
Both beds and sheets were stained, the comforters had cigarette burns, and the furniture was sticky with deep stains.
This property may have been nice at one point, but it is now rundown. I would say a dump. You’ll definitely find better options along the Absecon strip—cleaner rooms, friendlier staff, and accommodations where you can actually feel comfortable resting during your trip to Atlantic City.
