I reserved a non-smoking room. I Was given the most run down smoking room there. I went to this hotel a few years ago and never had any issues. They switched me to a different room and in the middle of the night I found a bed bug.

Front desk smells of cigarettes. Anytime we approached the front desk, it felt like we were a bother. When we arrived, it rang bell 2 times and no one was around.
1st room the doors didn’t lock and made me and my 12 year old son feel unsafe.
Hallways smelled of marijuana.

You get what you pay for. It was cheap & the pictures online looked okay. The pictures online looked nicer than what the actual rooms looked like. The bathroom was the worst. No exhaust vent fan, the water didn’t stay hot, rust spots all over & there was mold in the shower rubber seals. The whole hotel/room smelled like slight cigarette smoke. The bed sheets also had stains on them. It wasn’t horrible but I would definitely pay more to stay in a nicer hotel next time I’m in the area. Location was convenient.

The room was ok. Was greeted by a fight breaking out amngat guests on arrival who then lingered in the lobby for some time.
There was no hot water. It was fine for the rate but hot water wouldve been nice. I dont know if this was just an issue with our room or the property overall. Breeakfast was ok. We were rushed out by the attendant. This was just a sleep stop but id book elsewhere next time

The pictures are not indicative of the actual hotel. The beds were horrible. The light in the bathroom was about as bright a nightlight. There were hairs (pubic) all over the bathroom counter, sink and tub. I have never had such a bad experience. Definitely would not recommend and would never stay again.

Clueless receptionist that didnt know if there was an entrance at the rear so that we could park closer to our room.Terrible hallway carpet, awful room. Smelled stale/smoked in. Any attempt at \"upkeep\" over the last few decades was done very poorly, crooked light switches, jagged cuts to bottom of the bathroom door. Dirty floors, not the cleanest beds. We left the next morning for another hotel, no refund necessary, just let me out.

The hotel is older and dated. No elevator to the 2nd floor which I didn’t know until I checked in so you definitely get your cardio workout taking your things upstairs. We were staying for 2 nights, and after the first night we had to move to another room because the smell of cigarette smoke made us all wake up feeling sick with headaches. The second room was only marginally better, and trash was on the desk when we moved in. The place is totally run down, dirty and smells terrible.

Room#2 The bed was too high and I could not get on bed. and shower curtain had mildew on the bottom. I have arthritis in my back and hip pain. Shower curtain had mildew on the bottom. Did not take shower and clover shower. Maid change it later.

I went in with certain expectations based off of some reviews I saw online. First and foremost, there was no smell and no sticky floors. The front desk and housekeepers are exceptionally good and very welcoming. Special shoutouts to Sade and Heather. Sade received me without any drama and I gave Heather a hard time because I left my keycard in the room and the door is bolted. She helped out thrice in a single morning with booking reconfirmation and opening the room. Breakfast is nice enough. TV is 50” and Internet is about 70-80mbps, enough for 4K and to do some real work on your devices. In all, I recommend Ramada highly and would be going back. Thank you for a good stay.

I had reserved a king size room, and when I arrived, I was given a double queen, being told that all the king-size rooms were sold out. I was given a partial refund for my stay and inconvenience, which was fine. However, the bathroom was disgusting, the toilet handle was ready to fall off, and the TV was not working. Floor was dirty, and I could hear my next-door neighbors through the paper thin walls. Not exactly a relaxing stay.

I have traveled near and far but this is an exceptional staff of dedicated individuals. kindness and they make you feel like family.
