Property was not maintained well at all and the grounds had dog droppings everywhere. The garbage cans on property were full and some over flowing as well.
The room was dirty and dusty. Can’t really call it a breakfast when you only serve stale pastries and very strong coffee.

Absolutely disgusting, health hazard and safety concern.
This was without question the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stepped foot in. Honestly, they should be paying me for the ten minutes I had to endure inside that place.
The first room they gave us wouldn’t even open. After three trips up and down the elevator, the front desk employee came up and still couldn’t get the door unlocked. That should have been the warning sign to leave.
The second room was worse than anything I could have imagined. The smell hit immediately — a mix of mildew, smoke, and something that honestly smelled like decay. The countertops were burned all over from what appeared to be drug use. There were holes in the walls, and black gunk was literally dripping from the bathroom ceiling.
The bed looked like something out of a jail cell — just a metal frame with sheets thrown on it. No headboard, no blanket. The kitchen counters had what looked like bodily fluids, and the couch looked like someone drained motor oil across it.
I couldn’t even take many photos because the smell was so overwhelming I was trying not to vomit. I lasted about two minutes before leaving.
The website advertises this hotel as “newly renovated,” but the photos online look nothing like the reality. Charging normal hotel rates for rooms in this condition is completely misleading.
If you value your health, money, and sanity, stay far away from this place.

I never as a guest had to take my trash to the dumpster. And she was not friendly about it my housekeeper was not friendly

The room when I opens the door using the key, it wasn’t clean and some had been in the room and left their McDonald food all over the room. The hallway smelled like pee. I took photos of the room and showed it to the receptionist and he acted swiftly with placing me in another room. Only thing is the room had no washcloths. Of all the times I have booked, this was the very first time I was highly disappointed. This hotel is going down hill. It’s not how it use to be when they first opened

The property was extremely filthy, with roaches and other insects present. My family was unable to sleep due to loud noise coming from other rooms. By the time we realized the conditions, it was too late to find another hotel. We attempted to contact the manager multiple times, but our calls were ignored. When I personally reached out, the manager was extremely rude.

I am requesting that this matter be addressed promptly.

I didn’t realize until after I checked in that my 3-night stay wouldn't allow for housekeeping at all. No new towels. No clean bed sheets. After the third night, my bed sheets felt gross. The furniture was not dusted. There were two bugs found during my visit. And there was hair in the shower that was not mine. The premises stunk if marijuana.

We made reservations and one hour prior to arrival I was notified the property could not honor my booking due to overbooking! It took many emails and 2 calls, waiting 45 minutes for hotels.com to reserve a new room after going back and forth with them! A complete shot show all the way!

I have never had an experience like this... the room was incredibly dirty, the air conditioner and refrigerator did not work. There was no telephone, coffee pot, or TV remote. The bathroom floor was covered in water and brown..... something. The bed mattress was so hard I would have been better off sleeping on the floor.
When we went back up to the front desk to tell them what we found we didn't even get an apology or an offer to switch rooms... the lady at the desk had a sympathetic look on her face like she understood exactly what we were saying and why ... like she knew it was coming. I demanded a refund and left.

The hotel needs a complete makeover. Started with when entering the building there were piles of garbage (invitation for rodents) The interior of the hallways- walls filthy carpeting was beyond filthy. The room- the lock on the door did not work, the cabinets in the “kitchen” were falling apart, Take a shower and there was hair in the tub go to grab a towel and it was stained. We slept with the lights on but that didn’t matter because we woke up to a cockroach on shower curtain. We quickly checked out once we saw that. Would never ever stay here again. Place should be shut down permanently. Front desk staff also not helpful.

AY AWAY - Suites. Very poor place — we only stayed for one night. When we arrived, the trash from the previous guest had not been taken out, the towels on the rack were dirty, hair on the bathroom and the sheets were stained. When we called for assistance, nobody was available at night or in the morning to remove the trash or bring clean towels. No staff around at all — service??? To make matters worse, noisy guests were running, laughing, and slamming doors in the middle of the night, with of course nobody to address the situation. The “breakfast area” needed serious attention, sugar and coffee everywhere, and the parking lot had boxes and beer cans scattered around. They charge you, but you don’t even receive basic cleanliness or service

This place was horrrrible. My room wasn’t clean, didn’t have wash rags , they advertise breakfast included which is why I originally booked that and the full kitchen, their breakfast is literally an assortment of muffins , & the kitchen is pointless unless you’re traveling with your own dishes. My shower was being held together by a plastic bag 0/10 do not recommend.

This is well located facility close to everything you would ever need with fair exteriors but a very different experience when you go inside. My take is that the cleaning staffs are overwhelmed and not well motivated because the state of the rot inside is disturbing. From bugs in the room to puke on the pillows to missing chairs and wrong rooms being given that is different from what you pay for. The list is just endless and I believe that the management can and should do better. I have pictures and videos but the aim of my review is provoke correction and not ruin the business.

Some of us just want to have a fair value for our stay and be on our way. Get rid of the strong stinky smell, motivate your staffs, update the amenities and show empathy. This is a hospitality business. On the bright side, the internet is stable and ok. The tv size is good enough and that’s that. I hope it helps them to make a proper use of this fantastic location and the existing structure on ground.

Check in took forever and the staff person checking us in wouldn't share with us what the problem was. There was only 1 functioning elevator and that one was slow, noisy, and a little scary. Another guest told us the staff were replacing all the beds and just entered their room without knocking. We cancelled our reservations through Expedia and left because it was so filthy. The hallways were littered with debris. The room was disgusting with cigarette butts under the bed ( I counted at least 3 and this was a nonsmoking room), dead spiders on the rug, stains on the rug. Finally, there was the smell of a heavily scented room freshner that was doing a poor job of covering up a bad odor in the room we were given. I've never experienced anything like it. We're so grateful Expedia facilitated a cancelation of our reservation with the hotel. We had reserved the same hotel on our return trip but cancelled that right away!

This is an odd review. The staff were fantastic. Checkin was smooth and friendly. Unfortunatly, the bed may have had \"bedbugs.\" I am not an exterminator or an entomologist but that would be my guess. We left the room in the middle of the night. When I called about my issue the next day, the staff was fantastic again. They did not give me a hard time and issued a refund. Maybe this was a rare occurance for this hotel but the room was average, the bed was NOT clean, and the staff were excellent. Good luck if you decide to give it a try.

First of all, when we got there, they had no keys, they were out of them. Because of that, they did not give us a room. The manager finally came in and gave us the room. It was all torn up. There was no curtains, there was no curtains on the shower, the drain in the shower did not work, the elevator did not work, it had a horrible marijuana smell. I checked in for five days but checked out after one day. On the Internet, it had a very nice presentation. They deceived us and rest of the other visitors. When I ask for money back, they refused to give us. Currently, I’m fighting with my credit card company to get my money back.

Nothing. I found roaches and fruitflies all over my room. Their room cleNing and trash policies are disgusting, and the \"trash room\" is so vile you cant even set your trash down without nearly puking. I will never stay at extended stay America again. I will chose to sleep in my car for a week over this place. I only stayed 2 of the 7 nights and still have yet to be contacted about reimbursement.

One of the absolute worst stays I’ve ever had at a hotel. There was a stinch in the room that caused me to use air freshener multiple times. The tub was clogged, the shower did not work, there was no linen for a shower.

I travel frequently, this was a last minute trip, I would’ve been better sleeping in my truck in the parking lot.

The place looks kind of sketchy and there was no security after hours. After 12:30am, we walked right in and didn't have to swipe the key card or anything all while no one was at the front desk. That is not safe.
There was blood in the creases of the toilet seat. It's a place to stay for one night so you can't expect too much.

Upon my arrival, outside and in the elevator smelled like marijuana! During my check-in at 4 pm, I had to wait 45 minutes because the manager was not sure if the room was ready. When I went to my room, the key did not work, so I went back to the lobby, and no one was at the front desk for 15 minutes. The room that was given to me was the wrong room, so the manager was willing to give me a room with two beds. I informed the manager that I would return later to check into my room.
I returned at 8 PM, and there was no one at the front desk for about 40 minutes. While waiting in the lobby, this young girl’s dog tried to attack my son. Finally, when the staff came, I asked her if she could cancel my registration, which she willingly did.

BEWARE!! DO NOT RESERVE THIS HOTEL! We reserved a room here through Expedia to stay one night to break up a long car trip. I called at 2:44 pm, spoke to a very nice woman to let them know we would be arriving late - around 10:00 pm. My exact words were ‘please don’t give our room away, we are planning to be there.’ She kindly assured me that she would make a note and we would have a room. Later, at 8:29 pm I received a phone call from the hotel telling us that we no longer had a room reserved there. The clerk explained that they ‘are an extended stay facility and sometimes people just don’t check out when they’re supposed to.’
What?
We were scheduled to arrive in an hour and a half and had no place to stay.
It’s graduation season and so, whatever wasn’t booked was triple the rate.
After 35 minutes on the phone, Expedia finally processed the refund and offered to help find a replacement hotel where we would be responsible for the difference in cost. Too little too late. We figured it out on our own causing us additional expenses we didn’t plan for.
Expedia should remove this facility from their platform OR figure out a way to make amends without additional expense to its customers.

I’m not one for leaving reviews however for this hotel I will. My husband and I stayed here recently with our toddler twins as a halfway point to a trip down south. Upon entering the hotel, there was no one at the front desk - we waited at least 10 minutes until someone finally appeared and then blankly stared at us. The bed itself was clean however the room overall was not. Coloured makeup covered the countertop in the washroom, a thickness of dust on most surfaces, a broken window curtain bar, and the front of the Ac/heater unit falling off. Breakfast in the morning consisted of coffee, hot water, some teas packs and one chocolate muffin. My husband and I are pretty easy going however would not stay here again. It was cheap, but even for the price we payed, we expected a bit better
