The first night when we go to our room key wasn't working we thought it was us, it eventually opened. We got settled then went out to dinner and when we cane back the key pad light turned green, the door handle turned but the door would not open. We went to the front desk and had maintenance come up and he had to use the key to get in. Next morning i went down to the lobby to talk to the desk person and let him know that our door was not working and if we could get another room. He said the maintenance should have changed the batteries last night nad he would be in at 10 and he woukd make sure he would do that. We went out and didn't get back until 4 went up to our room and the door still did not work. The front desk got hald of maintenance and sais it couldnt be fix. So they gave us another room. When we got to the other room we wanted to take a shower before going out to dinner. The ceiling light and fan combo was literally sitting on the curtain rod and we couldn't move the curtain to take a shower becuse we were afraid of the ceiling fan/light and tile coming down. We did infor the front desk when we left.

If you are looking for a ROACH MOTEL, this is the ultimate location. Killed 3 roaches within one hour of check-in. When I reported it to the front desk/manager, he offered the room next door! When we objected, he even threatened to call the police!!!! I was in hotel/restaurant management for many years and this disgrace to hospitality should be burned down.

Breakfast was free, just juice, milk, coffee, cereal, sausage-egg-cheese sandwiches, etc

There were a lot of bugs (roaches). The blankets were pretty stained. Cheap place tho and convenient to ACME. Microwave didn’t work right (all of the numbers and the info was scratched off) and the tv was pretty busted. I wouldn’t stay again.

The curtain was broke. Room was dirty. Bathtub had hair in it and a screw that fell from the broken hand rail. The tv screen was messed up to where I couldn’t watch tv and the bathroom light had a timer so I had to keep turning it on as I was in there longer than it allowed.

Honestly this place would’ve gotten 4 stars all around. My fiance and I, who are from MD, went to Philadelphia to see a concert. We last minute booked this on Expedia same day. The photos looked great and reviews weren’t terrible. Also, it was affordable. We have a two year-old and rarely get a night out like this. We got to the hotel, checked in three our bags in the room and went to our concert. Had a great time, even stopped in Philly and got some cheesesteaks. Went back to the hotel room looking forward to a nice hot shower after being stuffed in a stadium, all sweaty and with people smoking. Went to shower and it wouldn’t turn on. Called the front desk. They said there’s nothing they can do and a maintenance guy can be there around 3 AM. This was at midnight. We were supposed to check out at 11 AM. We did not want to go to bed to be woken up at 3 AM for them to fix a shower that we wouldn’t even use that point. We requested another room. They said no. Called Expedia, who also called the front desk and also confirmed they didn’t have any extra rooms to offer us and at least they could send somebody at 3 AM. Absolutely not. After going back-and-forth with the front desk and Expedia for a little under an hour, we made the decision to just drive home. The front desk refused to refund, and Expedia also refuse to refund but for our $90 stay they said they’d just give us a $50 credit on Expedia. Took my losses, accepted the credit and went home. Disappointed, and frustrated.

I booked more than a month ago a room with 2 beds, when I got there they gave me one bed and they said they were booked and couldn't give me what I booked. So I left.

It should be stated that this is a motel not a hotel. It was fine for a quick night stay, but not a vacation spot for extended time. We needed it for an overnight stay so it was fine. The pillows are quite small but it's definitely a no frills place. The price was comparable to the conditions.

I didn't have a stay. I left a different hotel because of bugs everywhere, booked through hotels.com to get a room at SureStay, and was turned away at the door. They said they didn't see my itinerary, and didn't care that I had the receipt and all the information to show them. Now they're refusing to refund me! Do not try and stay here; you'll be gambling with your money.

I was thoroughly disappointed. This is a Best Western and of all the best westerns I’ve stayed in, this was more like a motel 6. I killed a cockroach that was on my nightstand when I woke on Saturday morning. The alarm clock wasn’t plugged in and I’m guessing it’s because the wires were frayed which is a fire hazard. The tv lost its setting so I had no tv for the majority of the stay.
When I checked in, the lady was very polite and was the best part of the entire stay. The key cards to get into the room are very difficult to use. If you don’t scan them perfectly, then you’re not gaining access until you do.
I do not recommend this hotel.

I left my last hotel because of the jacuzzi not working among other things. So, I booked with this hotel.... soon as I got there both Jacuzzi's didn't work, wrong room, ice maker didn't work, key card never worked, and staff were REALLY RUDE!! I even called corporate to complain and send photos of how the staff let people not staying at the hotel sleep on the lobby sofa and staff just sitting around in the lobby not behind front desk. The janitor/maintenance guy was rude and felt he was a bit racist towards me.

I called ahead and was told that the pool closes at 10. At check-in, it was confirmed that the pool would close at 10. I went to the pool around 7 and the pool was padlocked. The front desk agent lied and denied ever telling me the pool hours over the phone or at check-in. He was borderline belligerent and completely dishonest. Room 250, the shower sputs, but hardly runs at a decent speed without making a TERRIBLE sound. The sheets were dirty on one of the beds. There's a $30 fee to change rooms!

The only reason I chose this place was because of the amenities specifically the jacuzzi, the pool and the gym. The jacuzzi in my room didn’t work and the tub was small. The gym is an outdated old hotel room turned gym and the equipment (treadmill) is broken. Breakfast is disgusting if you don’t eat microwave eggs with pork. Spoke to manager they offered me more time at this crummy place.. maybe my standards were too high. Expect nothing and then this place would be great

Booked a room with 2 beds for daughter and me, I'm her father. Entered the room to see only 1 bed. Had to go back to front desk and ask for the room I booked. The front desk guy was nice and accommodating. Got to the room we booked and it was filty. Trash cans were full of food, drink bottles and trash. Turn the lights on in the bathroom and there was cockroachs scattered everywhere. There was clumps of hair and dust and dirt all over the floors. The beds were made poorly. Gnats flying around. The pictures online looked great but this place was disgusting. Had to cancel my 2 day stay and try and find a hotel, mind you this was at 9pm. Horrible start to a vacation

Room in need of many updates. Not really clean, hair in tub and debris in corners. The shower curtain rod not in correct place and causes water to spray out both sides unless you rig it by bending rings to stay. Stains on bathroom floor that were questionable/unidentifiable and most likely not cleaned properly. A/C leaked water on the floor and outside on what seemed to be only our room. Bathroom light would turn off and on randomly when on. Towels were not available at desk when asked for. Sketchy people hanging out in parking lot that may or may not have even been renting a room.
We did stick it out because we had our dogs and there were not too many options elsewhere. However, I think it should have cost a lot less per night for what we got.

The room did not match the pictures. They have modern updated rooms lining the courtyard, but the rooms in the corners are not updated, and are cheap loss leaders. Wallpaper, old stains on chairs, etc. Nothing like the majority of the other rooms at the hotel. Also, the ice maker portion of the mini fridge was frozen full of ice. I asked for a different room, and was placed in another "corner" room. I got in the second room and the mini fridge was half the size as the first. It wasn't full of ice, but I could only fit one water bottle in to put in my cooler. I asked how much for the more modern style room that I saw in her pictures when I booked it? He said he could do something in the morning if I wanted.

I was top tired, and was leaving in there morning.

The next morning, there was a puddle in the room on the floor under the ac.

There was a jaccuzi hot tub by the pool, but he said it was closed.

I walked by, and it was "on " all night and into next morning. There is already a "no lifeguard swim at your own risk sign", why is the jacuzzi closed?

I had a hard hot day, and the jaccuzi was the reason I booked the place, so I could relax. But, I any use it because?

I'm gonna stop there for now.

The lobby was beautiful and held most of the attraction but going to the room and viewing the property compared to the pictures online left something to be desired. Overall the cleanliness was okay but certain amenities like the ac and tv were working incorrectly and /or broken. The pool was great and the breakfast needed some more options but was laid out nice and tasted well. Overall a good bang for the buck but isn't the best place for a picky eye.

This room was not one of rooms as expected. There were no pictures of this room. The walls got peeling wallpaper. cracked, tear up flooring in the bathroom. Wasnt expecting the pool and jacuzzi to be outside. The pool looked dirty. Its crazy to charge over 100$ for a dirty room that barely got properly cleaned and change bedding. And can not get cartoon network it says its unauthorized. There has been trash left in the room from previous people

When I checked in at 2 PM, the front desk lady was very nice friendly and efficient. Although when I checked out and I wanted to make sure they knew of the things in my room that needed repair fixing or maintenance a different woman from when I checked in was very author Tory power hungry, and didn’t listen to a word I said instead she discipline me treating me like a child telling me that I needed to tell the front desk as soon as a problem occurred. When I tried to explain to her that it wasn’t a major concern she was still very stern and strict, making sure that she was the one in charge and not me. She made me very upset and I just ended up leaving because there was no debating her rules and regulations Customer Service has gone downhill where the customer is never right and you have to put up with unsatisfactory Customer Service.

I checked in & was given my room keys , my room door was ajar, I found a maid , she came in to see why & she pointed there were towels missing so she left the room she didn’t speak English . So I shut my door and put the little lock chain over , a few min later someone tries to come in my room . It was another maid with a few towels . Room was not ready , that should not have occurred . Glad I had the chain on the door and was not nude .

The photos advertising the property were nothing like the actual property. I tried to cancel my stay when I saw it and I was told that was not an option. All rooms have exterior doors. The parking lot is dark and there were people loitering around the vehicles. There were some rooms that were accessible through a courtyard, however, the rooms still had exterior doors. The room smelled musty and not clean. There were holes in the wall around the shower fixtures. The bathtub water could not be shut off completely and the tub was stained. There were holes in the walls of the room and the air conditioner was leaking into the room. There was a gap aroud the door large enough to see light from outside. The bed had black specks on the sheets. The pool looked nice, but the hot tub was a dark gray color. I left and found another establishment.

Horrible place

Upon entering my room, several issues immediately became apparent, significantly impacting my stay:
Ineffective Air Conditioning: The AC unit failed to cool the room adequately, and a "check filter" indicator was visible, suggesting a lack of maintenance.
Non-functioning Lighting: The main room light was inoperable.
Pest Infestation: Immediately upon entering the bathroom, I discovered roaches crawling on the wall. I took a picture to document this, and upon reviewing it, I was further disgusted to see significant fecal matter around the toilet.
Refrigerator Malfunction: Everything placed in the refrigerator froze solid, rendering it unusable for keeping items chilled without freezing them.
I reported these issues to the front desk, but the staff showed a concerning lack of concern. Despite multiple attempts to speak with a manager, I was repeatedly told they were unavailable ("not here" or "on a conference call") and my requests for a call back went unfulfilled.

The property looks nice. The pool would be worth it except check in is not until 3 and the pool closes at 7. Totally not okay. Not enough time for new check ins. Hot tub is out of order. Water is darn near brown. And when I came back to my room with food and set it up to eat roaches came from behind the TV the head board from the ceiling. I didn't stay in the room for 5 hours
