The room accommodations were excellent! The facilities were exemplary, the breakfast menu healthy and filling, the Staff highly professional and the rooms were extremely clean! I felt incredibly safe traveling with my two little ones! I'll definitely be staying at this StayBridge Suites location again!

I have family in this area and have stayed at a number of the properties nearby. Frankly, every one of the other places I've stayed has been pretty disappointing. This is now going to be my new go to when staying in this area. It is clean, it is quiet, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast is good, it just seems to be well-run with good management. My room was like a mini-apartment with a little seating area and a small but functional kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel room furniture is a bit old, but nice sized rooms. Loved the scent in the lobby area. Gym was clean and empty!! Nice to not charge for laundry machines. Nice to offer grills outside and ample seating. I would definitely stay at another Staybridge. Priced well !

Very nice stay. It’s so nice to have a full kitchen, even though we only used the large refrigerator! It’s also nice to see dressers and closet space to put our clothes away! I had an amazing stay. The pool was lovely the food for breakfast and diner was great. All included in your stay btw. Me and my family truly had a great time the gym was clean like everything else was. The only complaint I have which isn’t any of the staff fault was that there was a group of young wild teens and an older adult trespassing coming into the pool and taking up most of the space making it uncomfortable for me and my family to enjoy the pool. They were there both days of my stay maybe I should have informed the staff but I didn’t. Other then that it was a clean comfortable and convenient stay

My experience was phenomenal from the reservation to my request for minor changes every step everyone was friendly, the listened well and they were helpful. I will definitely come back as long as my money allows. Peace, safety and free parking go a long way with me. My family was happy and they kept saying how they loved everything.

Absolutely terrible, untrained and unprofessional staff at the Front Desk. Took an hour to get into my room, including five trips upstairs and back down because the keys did not work. Received a bill that I shouldn’t have, so went to complain to the front desk and the receptionist threw the bill at me across the desk. So if you don’t want to get a headache dealing with unprofessional people just don’t stay here. There’s a lot of nice hotels all around. The hallway carpet smells very bad.

This quaint hotel is nicely decorated, and clean.
It sets back and away from the busy area so you can go shop or dine but return to quietness. On the evening of arrival, the hotel hosted a lovely social event with light refreshments for guests.

From the front desk staff to kitchen personnel-everyone was great! So appreciated their kind and helpful nature. ..even the guests were friendly.

Would definitely rebook here when in the area.

We stayed just one night to rest our heads for a day trip. The breakfast was great in the morning. Your typical options but everything was hot and ready. The lady was always around to help and provided us a bag so we can take things to go. The front door of the room wasn't sealed for noise. so we heard footsteps, talking, and anything happening in the hallways. It's a good thing we had a second bedroom. The room had everything we needed to create a meal, but we ordered out. It was nice to have plates, utensils and actual glasses to have with our meal. Service around 7pm came to ask if we needed our garbage taken out which is a nice touch. This way our room wasn't smelling with food from eating. We did smell others who were cooking, good thing it smelled nice.

The shower took over 15 minutes to get warm. I ended up using a washcloth to clean myself because I had an appointment I was going to be late for. The shower head was filthy. The surfaces were dusty. A drawer for the bathroom sink did not open because of faulty construction. And worst of all, I got absolutely no sleep because of the pull out mattress. It was completely ripped and there was no support or padding at all. I was offered to switch rooms, but that mattress was also exactly the same. Horrendous!!!

Great studios and suites. Could do with having the wooden furniture and cabinets either touched up, or better still, replaced. You can tell that they’re old. Super comfortable beds! You have to request housekeeping services if you want it or they don’t seem to come on their own. Usually breakfast is quite good, with fresh fruit and do it yourself waffles. They have a happy hour Monday to Thursday with great beer and decent wine plus bar food. Overall a very good hotel if you don’t mind the furniture being a bit rough.

Quick two night stay for a family holiday visit. We booked an accessible room for my mom who has physical disabilities. It was everything we needed. Pull out couch was handy but not so comfy so the staff came quickly with an egg crate mattress cushion and extra duvet for our comfort. Other than the breakfast running out of eggs an hour before it wrapped up, everything was great!

We are locals who lost power during a heat wave..We were able to gather our things and quickly make a reservation. They were booking fast but I did the reservation in the very early morning hours. I was lucky as they were filling up quickly. The room was nicely air conditioned prior to our arrival. It felt very clean..We really liked having a mini kitchen..I highly recommend this hotel.
