I’ve stayed in Hiltons as an Honors member for many years. This particular Hilton does not meet the high standards of the other Hiltons where I have stayed. The elevators need replacement, as they are VERY slow.The toilet paper dispenser in my room was hanging crookedly so the roll kept sliding off. The oddly-placed hand sanitizer station in the middle of the hallway of my floor was broken and hanging by a thread. Hopefully, the hotel will fix these items and also embark on some major upgrades, like new elevators and carpeting. It would be great to see this property brought up to the standards of other Hilton hotels and the other better-maintained hotels in the region.

Overnight stay at this hotel while visiting Longwood Gardens. The room was spacious, bright and quiet. I know a lot of reviews were on the cleanliness of the hotel and I was skeptical but believe me, this hotel is extremely clean. Thanks to housekeeping for doing such a meticulous job. I will definitely stay here again.

Location is excellent and very convenient to area tourist locations. The service staff were all super friendly and helpful. Options for food were good, not pricey with a nice selection for grill options. Many options for food exist within walking distance. Room was comfortable with the exception of the a/c unit which was aircraft engine loud. We turned it off, thankfully the night was cool. The room was on the ground level, very convenient, but the occupant above us was heavy footed and one could hear every movement. Overall a nice place to stay overnight.

In addition to the cleanliness of the room and attentive staff I liked that after we checked in the staff asked if all was good with the room. Also the bathroom shower curtain meticulously folded closed and the excess folded over the shower bar. I've have never seen that before even in the lux hotels! The gym was clean with all new equipment. I loved the Peleton bike! Def would recommend this location.

The place looks nice and clean. The in-room carpeting seems a bit dated. the toilets are way too loud. It did not include breakfast but graciously they said I can buy it if I want.

Reception gave me a little square of chocolate for being a rewards member. I thought it was some kind of joke. If it is not a joke, please don't insult a customer who paid over $200 a night by "rewarding" him with a 2 cent piece of candy. Better off not calling attention to the fact that the rewards program is worthless.

Staff once briefed for what service hotel said they performed accomplished it but I had to press. Inexcusable for hotel to lack adequate hot water in AM for showers. Windows leak excessively. Heating noisy and poor. Breakfast poor lobby unacceptable to eat in without outdoor coat on so cold.

65th birthday weekend

65th birthday trip with friends. From the front desk to housekeeping everyone was friendly and helpful. The bartender Sally was great fun. Nancy May checked us in and was extremely helpful and nice. Anytime any of us come to Kennett Square we will definitely stay here!!

This property is located close to Longwood Gardens, which is great. However, it is located right next to the highway and was extremely noisy. And there is always traffic. There was no hot water in the shower. When I mentioned this to the staff, no response.
The staff was not particularly friendly. When I asked for a receipt I was told to "go online". The lobby has a strange mix of check-in, waiting area and bar/restaurant. Not exactly sure if there was food but guests were drinking in the area that people are checking in.

I was sad I forgot my swim suit. They have a nice little indoor pool. It's nice because they have a small bar, and snack area with sundries available. There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well. I would have hoped that, for the price of the room, that the breakfast was included in the price of the stay, but it's an additional charge.

Most hotels have either coffee or water available in the lobby - this one did not - the lobby wasn’t guest friendly as part was a small “dining area” - very bright lights - not somewhere you’d want to relax in at night for any reason.
Only one elevator which was so loud and very slow and would halt to a stop alarmingly every single time. The bed was very comfortable that was basically the only reason why we didn’t drive home and forfeit the stay.
