The location is good with lot of restaurants, shopping within walking distance. The room was clean and there was room service. Very convenient spot if you want to travel to hersheys chocolate world and do iconic Philadelphia tours. Some of the best restaurants and breweries are nearby.

We were only there one night so it really didn’t matter to us that much. Breakfast was mediocre, but comparable to other hotels with this type of breakfast. All and all would stay here again.

Overall, everything was great. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very quiet, too. The breakfast was really nice with lots of choices. Our only complaint was that the faucet in our room was not functioning properly. It could hardly be turned on or off or changed from hot to cold because it was very stiff and made a horrible creaking noise. We did report it to the clerk at checkout.

The room was clean. I liked that the check-out time was noon and breakfast remained open beyond 9:30. Tried to call for directions when we were close but only got recording. Was annoyed that a $20 'incidental' charge was made. I am waiting for its return. Clearly, this is a way for the company to invest this charge from everyone and make extra money. If they insist on doing this, they should return it with interest.

Plenty of parking (found a space right in front!). The room was clean and staff was welcoming. The free breakfast was a welcome perk since the roads in the area are under construction. Anyone planning to stay may want to request a room facing the front parking lot. We had a room facing the back, and the highway noise from Rocky Run Parkway was very noticeable when trying to sleep - even using the provided ear plugs. Would stay there again if we're in the area.

When I entered there was a group of young men and their parent siting in the lobby eating pizza and talking quite loudly. It seems to me that if they were going to be eating pizza, they should have been in the dining area and not one of the first impressions that a person had when they walked into the hotel. It had been restored the next morning when we woke up. This hotel is located near a busy highway and we could hear the traffic noise throughout the night but especially early morning when it was heavier. But it is conveniently located near Longwood Gardens which we had come to visit.
