Great location right next to Jongro 3-ga station exits 4 and 5. Very small but secure and perfect for my needs. Self check-in was easy. Though there is no elevator, I had no problem carrying my bags to the 3rd floor. Clean bed and bathroom, cable TV service, small refrigerator and good WiFi was present. Staff responded quickly by email when I had a problem with an outlet and sent a staff member to my unit within the hour to fix it. The only problem I had was on the last night of my stay when somebody was smoking in the unit next to mine and the smell drifted into my unit. This was of course not the management’s fault since it is against the rules. I could’ve confronted the neighbor but it was so late. Overall I would definitely stay here again for a convenient location that is clean and affordable.

The hotel is very well located and tidy. Although the entrance system is a little bit complicated, It is just a matter of trying and chatting with the hotel’s support. There are minor things to fix in the bathroom (mine had a hand wash basin that move a little bit), but in general it was a great place to be.

The room is clean and quiet, small but cozy. 3 minutes walk to Guest house from subway station. Ana, the check-in staff was extremely friendly and helpful. She showed me patiently how to use the subway to go places and even the airport. For the price and convenience, it was worthy to stay in thie guest house.

Great area, property is clean and basic. It’s a very small room but meets the expectation for the price. I would prefer more outlets. There is only one outlet and in a severely inconvenient location. No outlets in bathroom or near a mirror to do your hair. We had to plug our phones in and leave them on the floor at the foot of the bed, because the outlet was under the bed at the foot of the bed. There is no counter space in the bathroom either to be able to put personal grooming items or makeup. Laundry was available but quite small and the cost was 20000krw/14.50 usd for one load. The window also had a blind that didn’t keep the light out so it was hard to sleep in, in the morning due to the bright sunlight. The buildings as mentioned by others does not have an elevator so if you have several bags or heavy bags the haul up the stairs is brutal.

Definitely recommend this location for your next trip to Seoul. Great location in the center of where the action is. Surrounded by the best food, shopping and nightlife. This is a no thrills hotel if all you need to do is sleep and shower.

Loved how close we were to everything! Location is very ideal we found! Room size was not bad at all compared to other places! Room could use a good cleaning there was a lot of dirt and dust everywhere even found some on the corner of our bed when we checked in, bathroom had some mould and there are no elevators so had to carry all our luggage up and down the stairs. I think with some renovations this place would be excellent! Would comeback for the location 😊

Le personnel répond rapidement aux questions par mail. Il n’y a personne sur place. Le logement est satisfaisant mais n’est pas propre, il reste beaucoup de saleté sous et derrière les meubles et la cuisine commune au sous-sol était très sale. Dans la description du logement il est dit qu’il y a une laverie parmi les commodités, et c’est entre autres pour cela que nous l’avions choisi, mais il n’y a en réalité pas ce service. De plus, le rideau de la fenêtre n’est pas du tout occultant.

無人ホテルです。チェックインも機械でパスワードを入力して玄関も出入りします。エレベーターがないので重たいスーツケースがあるのは大変です。部屋に冷蔵庫はありません。ベッドは、大きめです。シャワーの水圧が良かったです。窓のない部屋だったので暗いです。階段にも電気なく怖い感じでした。

Llegamos a lamentablemente no tenían nuestra habitación lista. La única manera de comunicarse con el personal es mediante un correo, por lo que la respuesta puede tardar un poco. Al final nos asignaron otra habitación, la cual estaba en buenas condiciones, pero en un piso mucho más lejano.

5号線の鍾路3街駅からすぐ。メインストリートから1本中に入っているのでとても静かでした。ただ、部屋の壁が薄いのとエレベーターがないので、スーツケースを持って階段を上り下りしてると思われる音が結構聞こえました。
部屋は最低限の設備ですが、私は寝るだけと割り切っていたので問題なかったです。

Tiny Rooms but great location for Insa-Dong! The hotel is located in the heart of Insa-Dong’s Hanok village, 3 mins from the nearest subway station, surrounded by many shops and eateries. It is convenient to travel to other places by subway. However, the rooms were tiny , and our bed sheets were dirty! Can’t even open suitcases in the room at all! The electrical plugs were at strange places in the rooms, so it was difficult for us to charge phones and cameras. The plus side was the common dinning room which we can refill drinking water and able to buy takeaways and eat there instead. The staff were friendly enough. But no housekeeping service were provided during our 4 nights stay.

フロントはありません。スタッフも基本日中だけのようです。チェックインが遅くなりそうだったら必ず連絡を！エントランスのパスワードとか教えてくれます。
周りは飲屋街ですがとても静か。部屋もきれい。階段ないので、体力注意。

夜１０時過ぎのチェックインだとスタッフ不在でセルフになります。施設入口ドアに自分宛てのメモがテープで貼り付けてあり、玄関解錠暗証番号と自分の使用部屋No.部屋解錠暗証番号が書かれていました。チェックアウト後の荷物預けは、勝手に玄関前に置いておくスタイル、これもスタッフ不在。今回、全て上手く行き不満はありませんでしたし、煩わしさが無かった分むしろ良かったくらいです。
が、、
上記全ては「人類性善説」の上で行われており、悪さしようとする人にとっては簡単に罪を犯せる情況にあります。　私が、翌朝預けてたスーツケースを取りに戻った際、施設入口扉が完全にしまっておらずロックが掛かってませんでした。玄関暗証番号を知らない通りがかりの人すべて、自由に出入り可能となってた訳です。幾つか並んだスーツケースから、高そうなのを持って出る人が居なかったかな笑

賑やかな仁寺洞の真ん中で駅からも近く、日本語で対応してもらえて大変助かりました。部屋は静かで綺麗でした。チェックイン後の出入りも自由で朝早くや夜遅くでも気にせず出入りできました。また機会があれば利用したいです。

鍾路3街の4番出口から徒歩1分程で立地がとても良かったです。3泊しましたが清掃は無かったです。ゲストハウスタイプの宿泊施設では個室に入室されることに若干抵抗があるので、逆に良かったです。リクエストすれば替えのタオルはもらえます。チェックアウトの時スタッフの方に会うことはなく、自分でゴミ出しだけして帰りました。また機会があれば利用したいです。

Very nice, very clean, would stay again.
I was surprised that I never saw any staff, but we already had our door code so there was no problem whatsoever. Because our room got changed into another building due to maintenance/remodeling issues, they were kind enough to tell us beforehand and even gave us a bigger room with more beds and a kitchen.
The guesthouse is located in an alley, so the surroundings gave me a sketchy vibe at first because we arrived at night. But on the day the street was actually filled with hardware stores.

출입구말고는 나갈수 없는 폐쇄적 구주의 지하에 객실이 있다는데 경악 했읍니다.
건물이 낡은건 어쩔수 없겠지만 시설 정비를 너무 소홀히 해서 객실에 거미줄이 있고 장판이나 욕실에 낀 때를 보니 재방문 의사 제로고요
호텔스닷컴에 고지된 연락처는 없는 번호로 나와 매우 당좡 했읍니다

Tres bonne location mais seulement pour dormir

La location du logement est très très très bien, mais par contre les chambres sont très médiocres notamment les salle de bain avec de la moisissure… j’ai eu un soucis et je les ai contacté par mail on m’a très rapidement trouvé une solution. Je les remercie pour ça car sinon mon séjour aurait été un désastre.. le logement est proche de tout et de plusieurs stations. Il est bien pour des personnes qui visites Séoul et qui rentre seulement pour dormir. Choisissez une chambre supérieure pour avoir « une fenêtre » sinon vous serez au RDC sans fenêtre !

The hostel is in a great location, in ikseoongdon and close to many restaurants, shops and cafes. Two very comfortable metro line are at 5 min walk. The property has a good shared area. The rooms are spacious enough but the cleanliness was not the best. The rooms are not soundproofed. I will still remember everything as a good experience!

駅から近いですが、3号線と5号線と1号線の出口があるので、駅の中で迷わなければとても近いです。
地上に上がればそれぞれの出口は遠くないので駅の中グルグルするより、地上に出た方が早かった様に思います。
