I was moved to a different room because of a “ issue with my room” and from the inside I was able to hear all the cars passing by lie of my door was open. I was only able to sleep 2 hours on my stay the second day. The first day was okay but there was still noise from outside. Don’t come to this hotel if you want a place to sleep well.

Was there for 3 nights. We had a room in the 4th floor. The room was big but the air conditioner would not go lower than the set temperature they had it. So room was hot all day and night. Theres a night club in ghe back so you can hear the loud music inside your room until late at night. The key card will deactivate every day, so we had to go get activated. Lastly the food was not good, food tasted old from previous days.

It is definitely an older building and close to the noise of Main Street. Bring some earplugs, it’s also well located and the bed was comfortable. The staff was ever pleasant and helpful. Disappointed reservation not honored.
I booked and paid for 2 nights but was unable to check in due to medical reasons. Upon arrival the next day my reservation was cancelled. I was not refunded for the second day. Hotels.com says it's the property's discretion but the property said they never got paid. Someone got the money. Even though the reservation was guaranteed and paid for I am out 2 nights that was paid for. I just requested the 1 night credit as I missed the first night stay.
Where in the world do you pay for something and show up and the reservation is not honored and no one takes responsibility. Horrible on the property and hotels.com
My advice is to breakup bookings into smaller chunks so if you happen to be unable to make check in at least the entire stay is not cancelled and not refunded.

This hotel is very centrally located for a visit to Cabo San Lucas. It is easy walking distance to many fine restaurants and coffee shops, as well as the beach, for those who like to walk. The staff is very helpful and friendly. When we asked to change rooms because the one we were in, right over a very busy road was so noisy, we were accomodated. The pool is clean but not heated. Every time we asked for bottled water, we were given it promptly. I was nervous about the hotel having a copy of my passport, and when I asked for it back, Ithey explained it is law to have legal ID, so I gave them a copy of my citizenship card to copy and they returned the passport copy no problem. Recommended for those who like an urban experience while visiting Cabo!

Lady at Front desk was more preoccupied with selling me Tours, instead of of at least trying to cooperate with me in my request for reimbursement from either Seven crowns or Expedia due to my dissatisfaction with the hotel. she really told me” I cannot reimburse you anything neither can Expedia”. I highly recommend this hotel however Warning do not eat at the restaurant rip of prices at breakfast i ordered the mole omlette and a glass of oj . What came was a 2 egg omlette with tasteless cheese and a dollop of mole .. no toast no potatoes nothing bill was $29 usa i was still hungry and pissed...
