Front office stood out the most , Maggie was wonderful helpful guided us accommodating as well . Very cute hotel with greenery and colorful decor n design, sadly I would have to say i wish it was cleaner, rooms stairs and courtyard, the kitchen area definitely needed looking after. Anything and everything within and just outside the hotel can be heard from the rooms. I would accept this given the location and design of this hotel, but during my stay there was some drunk guy being absurdly loud and screaming into his phone all night. Im doubtful that he was a guest and it was too loud and clear for him to not have been in the hotel lobby. As a native spanish speaker, I knew he was using violent language. No staff on site, I tried calling both U.S and local numbers from their site multiple times for some peace of mind, but no one answered. Regardless of quality of hotel or its location, theres no excuse for absence of staff to divert this kind of dangerous behavior.

I loved the Cabo inn, both concierges, Jorge and Maggie were incredibly helpful with food and activity recommendations, Ana did a great job cleaning our room and making sure we had clean towels, the property is beautiful the surrounding area is very walkable and close to the beach, someone else said in their review there was no pool, there definitely is it’s on the 3rd floor that person may not have gone up there. I love that they are able to keep the rates affordable this is one of the only budget friendly hotels in Cabo and we appreciated it so much!! We would stay here again if we’re ever back in Cabo.

Staff were wonderful. Truly genuine people wanting guests to have an amazing time in Cabo. The place was clean. Location is convenient to so many places and things to do. Excellent for that. The area felt safe for walking around, even after dark. Many good local restaurants within a few blocks as well as the busy, tourist places at the harbor.
Things to be prepared for. The top floor rooms are beautiful, but not entirely walled. Meaning, curtains are the thing between you and the rest of the hotel public areas. At night if the lights are on inside, you can see what’s happening in the room from the street. Still, it’s so pretty and spacious it’s hard to complain. Just be prepared. If you’re looking for traditional hotel rooms, this isn’t your place. If you want a local and traveler vibe, you’ll love it.
Water pressure is not consistent. Be prepared to play, will I have enough water to shower? Will the shower stay on the whole time?
There’s mosquito netting because it’s not actually a room - use it or be eaten up overnight.

We loved our stay at the Cabo Inn. The rooms were small, but expected. The staff was so sweet and helpful. We enjoyed spending the mornings drinking coffee on the second floor balcony over looking the neighborhood. It was a short walk to Medano Beach. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. If you are looking for something outside of the resorts, The Cabo Inn is worth checking out!

We arrived four hours early, but Gabby at the front desk made room in a small office for us to store luggage until the room is ready. This is the third time we have stayed at Cabo Inn… Always a great experience and great value right in the middle of downtown Cabo. We love the option of using the community kitchen when needed, but there are so many great places to eat around the corner had a great price… And just a 30 minute walk to the beach, or a 10 minute bus ride.

Maggie, the front desk worker, was amazing! So kind and welcoming. They are in the process of renovating the rooms at this point. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, AC fan, and tv that has access to netflix. It was really close to amenities auch as qalmart, sou wnir shops, and tons of restaurants to try out.

This property looked cute in the courtyard, but the door had a weird lock and a big gap under big enough for mice rats or other critters to get in. There was spiders on the bed. The shower had cold water only. No after hours staff support. The plug didn’t charge my phone. This stay is a last choice. Very uncomfortable.

Wow, wow, wow! I still can't get over how special I was treated at the Cabo Inn Hotel. I stayed there on my birthday, and when I checked in to my room I discovered a bottle of sparking wine, balloons, a party hat, towel swans on the bed decorated with Hershey kisses, a heart made of bougainvillea flowers and ... wait for it ... a dozen red roses!!!! I thought maybe someone in my family had arranged for it, but nope - it was the hotel. I was absolutely blown away!

It was okay, receptionists were friendly. Rooms were decent, no toiletries. Sheets kinda smelled the first night. Overall an economic stay in Cabo. But we're pretty sure that the cleaning crew stole one of my wife's pants which was kinda weird.

The one and only issue we had was the awful smell coming from the bathroom…water or sewer smell not to sure, but we just kept the door shut. It is Mexico, and the price was more than fair. Would def stay again :)

This property is a great boutique hotel within walking distance to the Marina and mall areas. The rooms are being renovated and the upper floors are not handicapped enabled. This place has a really cute vibe- I wish they had told us we had access to the roof terrace (closes at ten) and they made pizza onsite. Our room was tiny and next to the kitchen with no windows on the first floor- super lacking any ambience (paint the wall as a color? but the bed was very comfortable - bedspread didn’t seem all that clean. Good location east to walk to the main strip and lots of food and shops nearby.

Cabo Inn Hotel is authentic, colourful, clean and friendly. It’s not super fancy but that suits me fine. The staff are helpful. It’s quiet at night. The a/c works. Cleaning staff do a good job every day. It’s in convenient walking distance to the main tourist areas of Cabo San Lucas. Good value for money.

Affordable option in Cabo San Lucas
The staff at Cabo Inn were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent! I would recommend on that basis. You should know that the only (glazed) windows in the rooms are onto a courtyard, so the rooms are kind of dark and might make you feel claustrophobic. You’ll also have less privacy if on the main floor. The floor is hard to keep clean as it’s brick. But overall it’s a good option if you plan to spend little time in the room itself, as the staff will be more than happy to provide suggestions of what to do in Los Cabos.

I loved my stay at the Cabo Inn Hotel. For the inexpensive price, the location was great. I was able to easily walk to downtown areas in Cabo San Lucas, and the dining available near by was great. Having seen other reviews of this property I came prepared with a small coffee maker and other simple amenities for my room so I could relax on my own terms throughout my stay. Finding parking for my rental car was a little challenging at times, but never more than a few blocks away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For travelers looking for convenience and a great price, this is the place.

I went to Cabo to fish with friends and was looking for an inexpensive room . Cabo Inn is an older historical hotel with a lot of history and character. (with stucco walls and Spanish tile floors). The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. I will stay at Cabo Inn again, even though I have a timeshare 20km away.
