We had an amazing experience! The only negative was some of the smaller food options ran out of supplies. They had promised we would be picked up at the airport, but nobody showed up. Then they changed their deal and said it wasn’t included after telling me originally it was.
That being said, I would absolutely stay at this property again! Loved it!

Great value. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and lunch on the beach perfect. Dinner harder to plan for with some places closed certain nights. We checked out some local spots for variety. Check out the Sunset property for a change of pace. Can’t really beat the beach life at the Blanco. Ubers in/out work fine. We will be back.

The grounds were well maintained and the beach front area was perfect for laying out and swimming. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food at the property was decent. Unfortunately, our rooms (we were moved to a different room due to water leaking from bathroom ceiling and one of the beds blocking access to the closet) were outdated and dirty. The sofa was filthy and we had to flag housekeeping down to get a sheet to cover it so that we could use it. Also, the floor was dirty and covered with debris. My husband used towels and soap to clean the floors. We asked housekeeping to mop but all she did was move the mop around without actually cleaning the floor. We would not stay here again or recommend it.

Our room was very clean and we received an upgrade for no extra charge with a beautiful view of the water. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our complaint was the food options available for vegetarian and gluten free dietary needs. Salads were basically all that was available. There were some gluten free bread or rolls offered at the cafe style restaurant but they were very dry. No gluten free buns for burgers or sandwiches, no gluten free pizza. No vegetarian sandwich options. We realize that seafood is the main food offered, but options are needed.

Our room was very clean and had a beautiful view. We loved the comfy bedding and couch! We spent most of our days relaxing by the beach in the loungers, and it was so peaceful and beautiful. The beaches were clean and always felt very safe.

The staff were excellent throughout our stay. All of our servers at the restaurants were pleasant, friendly, and did their jobs exceptionally well.

We came for an anniversary trip and really appreciated how peaceful the resort felt — it was never rowdy or out of hand. The staff did a great job keeping everything organized and running smoothly. Overall, it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

This is the best resort I have ever stayed at, the staff was amazing, the food was soo good, restaurants, room service and buffets. We went with group of 10, four rooms in Blanco and everyone agrees that it made for a perfect vacation. Can’t wait to come back next year. I won’t be booking through Expedia, that is not a user friendly app, glitchy system, and impossible to communicate with. I will book directly with this facility as one of our group did.

Van service from the Cabo airport on Gray Line to the hotel and return to the airport was good. Location is great next to the crystal-clear ocean with beautiful views and soft sand. Our room had a beautiful ocean view. Room service was excellent. There were five live flamingos that were on a lawn near the pool. Very interesting birds. The food was great and abundant at our hotel and the hotel next door as part of our all-inclusive package. Service on the beach for drinks and food was excellent. Vendors continually walked through the area on the beach selling jewelry, clothes, blankets etc. My wife bought some necklaces at a very good price. The hotel is only a few miles from downtown and the marina with many stores and restaurants. The weather was fantastic around 80-85 degrees for the 7 days at the hotel. The property is showing signs of wear tear since we were there in 2018. The lounge chair cushions were too soft and somewhat uncomfortable. Some of the stones around the pool have worn down with some depressions making it a little difficult to walk. I had to be careful not to trip and fall. Every night we could hear loud music from 10pm till 3am from a nightclub near the hotel. Despite a few negatives my wife and I enjoyed our stay at Pueblo Blanco Bonito Hotel.

Overall, a pretty good stay! We stayed at the Blanco, but had access to the Rose. Pools were great and well maintained. We travelled with our two daughters : 13 and 20 yrs. Both had a great time!
Beach is fantastic, but you need to be a good swimmer. Once you get in… you’re swiming: yep, that deep! Would not recommend for young kids who are not good swimmers.
Food was okay where we stayed, but going to the restaurant at the Sunset property was fantastic…. Hard to believe that there would be this much of a difference in food quality between the Sunset resort vs the Branco and Rose.
Shuttle to the Sunset was a great service.
CONS:
Hotel rooms a bit dated, but you get what you pay for. Beds were very uncomfortable! I’m usually very easy going when it comes to sleeping, but I could not wait to leave just based on the lack of comfort re: the beds.
Vendors on the beach are annoying! I get that they need to make a living and appreciate that they are grinding out there, but constant badgering…it was relentless all day long. Yes, you can ignore them or politely decline.. we took up lawn chairs in the front on day 1, but moved to the second row to escape the vendors.

We absolutely loved Pueblo Bueno Los Cabos and the sister property Rose. We dined on both properties and loved every meal. All the fruit and fish I could ask for, as well as other choices.

We filled up every day with activities, sunshine, great food, a variety of drinks, and just enough down time to feel rested. Although we walked into town twice, we could have been just as happy never leaving the properties - they were so nice. I highly recommend Pueblo Bonito.

If you want to visit a scene from a post card do yourself a favor and book here! It’s old fashioned and not modernized but you can go to the market at sunset beach with the shuttle service they provide and enjoy the day there shopping and eating most of which is included in the all inclusive package. You can use the amenities and restaurants from the next door resort because there’s only two at this one. The staff is exceptional and I have to say their beyond hospitality is true to word. Clear skies, clear water, what more could you ask for?

Our experience was terrible the first room we went into had food smeared on the walls and the tv missing from the wall with cables hanging out. They moved us to a second room that had no hot water & maintenance was unable to fix. We were charged for a missing bracelet that was never lost. Our room key lock was broken so we had to get rescanned at the front desk every time we needed to enter. Both rooms were dirty. Never staying again. It is not normal for me to write a negative review but I was terribly disappointed in this hotel

The property really needs significant remodeling, especially the rooms and pool area. The food was just okay—nothing memorable. During one dinner, my husband unfortunately found a rock in his omelette. The chef apologized at the time and offered a complimentary meal, but when we returned to take him up on it, he didn’t remember the situation.

This was our first family vacation, and while our son loved the heated pool and we appreciated the beachfront location, those were the only highlights. The morning front desk staff were rude and dismissive, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the servers and bell staff were very kind and helpful.

Overall, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Only two complaints, people put towels on chairs at 5 am and don’t show up until 1-2pm so hard to find a lounge chair.

When making reservations for a restaurant you can only make it for the number of people in your room, so we had to always go to the concierge’s.

Beautiful and clean. Staff was mostly very slow and we got different answers to the same question multiple times. The room was missing a lot of basics (silverware, napkins, a mirror outside the bathroom area) overall we had a nice trip but were used to a little better service and amenities. The location is perfect, however.

Rooms are outdated and sheets needs to be replaced. The room has a bad mildew smell and the sheets smelled like they needed to be replaced 20 years ago. However the staff was super nice, attentive and excellent service. Pools is nice and the beach view was amazing.

We had a wonderful time lounging on the beach & enjoying food & drink service by the beach/pool. The beach is swimmable and fantastic. You can walk to Rose and enjoy all of the amenities there and there’s a free shuttle to Sunset. We did not have a single bad meal. Staff is amazing! It was worth it and we will return!

It was hard to get a bottle of water or coffe before 7 am. . Not 24 hrs room service like said during check in. Waiters at bars were rude. Overall it is hard to get drinks and food served. Watchout for hidden fees. We were awaken at 1:25 am with a loud noise it was about 50 pebble rocks thrown at our door. Cleaning ladies will not replace the empty tissue box or shanpoo bottles.

The views are amazing. There was an incident which we sought to be remedied through a mid stay survey from the property and asked to be contacted as it was a safety issue and the property did not reach out or follow through. The rooms are showing their age and the water was always luke warm. The staff were attentive and the green spaces looked immaculate. All of this though was tainted by the safety concern not being addressed which impacted several guests.

The room was spacious for 5. Needs updating. The grounds were great! Pool, food, beach, staff all amazing. Using the app was so easy and convenient. We took the bus to Sunset for a day which was fun. Only problem was 2 out of 5 got sick from the food. Ugh. Not a fun way to spend a trip but we would still do it all over again.

We had a good time at Pueblo Bonito Blanco resort. Great view from the room and decent room service. What really made it special and worth the cost was all-inclusive access to sister properties - Rose and Sunset Beach. The service was okay, staff seemed not too friendly to English speakers but very friendly to Spanish speakers. They appeared uninterested and inconvenienced when placing orders. I hope they can improve on their service. The beach was swimmable on most days but too many vendors blocking the view and trying to sell souvenirs at all times.

Had to mention 3 times for no warm water to shower before action was taken. Had to aak for shower towels 3 times before getting them. Never received VIP fruit from expedia asked 3 times never received. No room upgrade from VIP. Was charged the 90.00 credit from expedia after leaving resort. This was my 2nd time at this resort loved it 1st time but this time will have me look else where to go.

All inclusive 🤔 Disliked how everything we like seemed to be get the “that’s extra “ response. Went to the bar to grab a bottled water for both my husband and I and at first was only given one and was told that is the rule…. One at a time. Made a hissy fit, then was given another. Later to find out that the “rule” is actually two at a time. Thinking it’s time to get everyone on the same page.
