Nice room! I will definitely go back. It’s not in between all the nightlife, but get there can get there fast in an Uber. I like how peaceful it was clean and honestly, it was just quiet the only thing I wish they would’ve had a coffee so I can make myself coffee with the coffee pot they provide, but they don’t provide the actual coffee.

Staff was nice, however the mattresses were so hard..We got the suite which comes with a kitchen, no paper towels were available, there was no extra blankets or sheets for the sofa bed. They hold onto your ID if you ask for towels for the pool. Not enough rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom, the phone in the room was not working .

My buddies stayed here during our trip to Cabo and found it a nice place to stay: from the pool to the continental breakfast (there is an available upgrade to a buffet breakfast), and the short drive to Cabo itself. Price was reasonable and would stay here again, if the opportunity presented itself.

This was a great place to stay. We wanted something with parking and good transportatin options. They called us an Uber and this driver was fabulous!!!! She was always available when we needed her. Nice hotel clean and comfy, the pool area is not that big, parking is guarded 24/7 with a security guard on site. It is about 3-5 miles from the main area on the beach in Cabo. The bathroom in the room was a little small though, and not a whole lot of space for your things to set. The continental bfast is ok but just that. Nothing that you will feel full like a regular meal, i do recommend a restaurant called Stop Light that is a distance from the hotel but totally worth it.

Hotel was very clean and very quiet, barely heard anything when in our room. A/C was very quiet, bed very comfortable. Daily housekeeping which was nice to have. Pool area was beautiful and clean. Everything was very clean really. However, breakfast not so good, same thing every day. The only protein was tasteless \"ham\" and tasteless white \"cheese\", not even hard-boiled eggs. Same every day. But lots of fruit. Most of the staff spoke little-to-no English, can be a plus if you like that part of being in a foreign country, can be a real negative if you really need to communicate or ask a question about bus schedules, best way to airport, etc. We ate at hotel's restaurant late the night we arrived, VERY expensive. There were 2 outstanding restaurants with a 5-minute walk, Higos y Olivos (Italian) and Claros Fish Jr. (seafood), with fair prices. Hotel was a 5-minute taxi ride into downtown Cabo Marina area, but just not as convenient as I would have preferred. Last-minute booking so we were glad to have a room. We felt the hotel was really geared to Mexican nationals rather than tourists, but that was not a problem for us, just something to know. Overall a good property.

We got there late room freezing. Tried to turn off air conditioning could not. Called front desk sent a man up. Didnt speak english we said very cold! Ask to turn it off. He turned the tempature down even colder. We had to sleep in our clothes and jackets shivering. Then we went to go to bed pulled the sheets back long dark hairs in my bed. Sheets all wrinkled. Then my friend pulls her sheet back on her bed even more long dark hairs and wrinkled sheets. Called down again. Same man brought sheets up. Asked again to shut off air. Didnt understand. So we pulled sheets off put new ones on. Layed down in clothes and jackets. Woke up freezing even colder in the morning. It was miserable!!!! Breakfast lady so sweet and helpfull. Very kind.

My stay was from 2/19/2023-2/23/2023.I was solo traveling and I paid roughly $690 USD for the stay in total. The staff was extremely kind, and I felt safe being there. I think when you're traveling alone that's your first priority. The only thing I can say that was bad is that the walls are super thin, and you can hear e v e r y t h i n g. Personally, I didn't mind the noise but if you're someone that cares for that, keep that in mind. The breakfast was nice as well. I kind of want to emphasize how hospitable the staff was. I rate this stay an 8.5/10.

My husband and I stayed here last minute after things didn't go as expected at our Air BNB. Check in was easy and relatively quick We had a basic room with a nice view of the pool. However, they did not have face towels so we had to improvise with hand towels. Also, The TV in our room was set on Spanish, so we couldn't even watch TV because we aren't fluent in Spanish.(even tried to adjust tv settings, and that did no justice) NO ONE at the front desk spoke English which made it hard to communicate our needs. Lastly, they are short staffed at night, the lobby was full of families with kids/babies sitting around waiting to be helped.
Overall, for a 2 day stay it wasn't bad at all! They even have free breakfast!

It happens to be a long weekend for Mexico which meant that the hotel was full because of that I believe they were not prepared for the amount of people in the morning to have continental breakfast. Hotel had easy check-in process, easy to park, and very clean/ modern lobby. The rooms were a bit small, some towels were worn/ ripped, shower curtain had tears, and the phone did not work. On the positive side, the beds were clean and comfortable, continental breakfast was good, and the pool was great for swimming at night. The hotel staff was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again as It was comfortable, safe, and conveniently priced.

Friendly staff, hard working and attentive housekeeping staff. I stay here every time I come to cabo. My only suggestion would be to make sure there is at least one person fluent in english on staff. Most tourists don't speak enough Spanish to communicate effectively and I've seen it cause some problems. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Cabo.

This is the third time we have stayed here. We were very disappointed this time. It definitely has gone down hill. The check in was horrible she didn’t see our reservation we made through Expedia. It took forever!! They only had ONE person working at desk. Line up of people waiting. Check out was the same! We had tiny little bugs running around all over in the room,sink,counters, and the walls. Thankfully no bed bugs!

Beds are very hard. There were no towels in my room. I had to find a maid to get towels. The Safe was locked in the open position. I had to get the service employee to rest the safe. No fridge. To top it off I got food poisoning from the breakfast meal.
