Very pleased with the overall experience at the Corazon. The staff throughout the resort were extremely friendly and helpful when needed. The proximity to the marina afforded us the opportunity to get some solid steps in but not have to go too far for shops and restaurants. Also, it was bonus that the resort was adjacent to Edith’s and the Office. The beach time was very relaxing. We will be back. Thanks

Property is beautiful, it’s built on a hill so lots of stairs up and down, not an issue. Just no grounds all concrete. Amazing views of lands end. It’s loud. Housekeeping starts at 7:00 am and they are loud. I really did not need to be woken up to staff shouting to each other around the property. If you have a DND sign up housekeeping immediately places a note stating you need to call if you want service. They do that by 7:02 am. On my 3rd day I ditched the DND sign and never had service. Had to call and I was out of body wash in both the shower and sink. The concierge is not that. They are salespeople who will do their very best to rope you into a presentation that guarantees a future stay. My travel companion did that on his last visit and when we inquired about the free stay they stated the room was not available. It’s all a scam. Learned the 45 minute presentation takes about 3-4 hours. Grateful I was firm in saying no. Didn’t appreciate the very personal questions asked by the concierge either. Would I stay here again? No. It’s very expensive. You can always drop by and spend the day by spending 50.00 per person.

Our room was great, with a beautiful view. We loved have the hot tub on the balcony. Liked that it was close to downtown and Walmart. Staff and service were good except for the few times they tried to get us to their timeshare presentation but they backed off once we stood firm on not being interested. Never had an issue finding a lounge chair at any of pools and access to the beach was easy. Also the spa and their staff was really great. Will definitely be going back.

The only good thing was the view and the amenities. I booked the ocean front king with hottub, Upon arrival the bed was listed as pillow top, it was more like sleeping on cement. Even with 2 extra comforters to lay on the bed was the worst bed we’ve ever laid on, needless to say we didn’t sleep night one. Plus the TV was broken and the hottub didn’t get hot. So they moved us to a new room. The bed was better but the A/C was broken and the water pressure dribbled out in the shower. They had to come climb a ladder to fix the air conditioning which took time. So the first 2 days were wasted. Then I was supposed to recieve $50 daily credit for food etc. apparently I needed to attend a meeting that was never mentioned to me during my stay so they determined it wasn’t included. So if you don’t like sleeping, like Luke warm hottubs and dribbling showers you found your spot !!! The views were great, service is slow so if you don’t mind waiting a while then you’re in luck !!!

Will not be staying here ever again. Maybe visit for a pool day or beach day. For $600USD a night you can do MUCH BETTER

The resort is smaller than some of the others, which is a good option when you want more quiet atmosphere. Air conditioning in our room was overly loud, there was a leak in a ceiling light in the master bathroom as well. The view from the room was amazing.

Great stay at this hotel. Incredible views, convenient location, and great service (despite the timeshare advertising). Would definitely consider staying here again. We loved the rooftop pool-- you need to hit a F&B minimum to make a reservation, but it was well worth it.

The main con was that the hot tub in our room was way too hot (uncomfortably so), so we couldn't use it at all during the trip.

They did not tell us the VIP status when we check in, they did when we check out. We checked in at 3 PM. They said that we have to wait until 4 PM. We’re sitting in the lobby at 4 PM. I went to the counter, the lady was rude. Said that I have to get on the long line.
The electrical outlet is behind the big sink faucet, the coffee maker plug cannot get in easily. The electrical outlet in the bathroom is far away from the small mirror on the other side of the wall, my hair iron cannot reach it. There are so many designs are wrong.

5 star adult only. They allow kids but only pool for the kids on property. Best ocean view room I have ever had. Best tuna sushi on rooftop bar. We have never had any better. They want you to do their breakfast to buy the vacation club and they give you free meal vouchers. If you use them it is an extermely limited menu. They should give you a choice. I would be happy paying vs the free.

Everyone at Corazon was very friendly and courteous. We were there while the pool was being repaired and the construction work was noisy and annoying. It took a while to learn the elevators to take to get to Aleto, the beach restaurant. Did not care for the sales pitch upon arrival trying to get us to attend a sales pitch the following morning.
Maid service was excellent. Check in and out was a breeze.
Overall we were very pleased and would be glad to return

I booked a King bed ocean view room with a hot tub, but the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed that the main swimming pool was under construction, causing constant noise throughout the day. This made using the ocean view patio unpleasant. We also had to follow up with room service to bring our luggage to the room. Additionally, I requested a kettle from room service, but it never arrived. The hot tub's temperature controls and buttons did not work as advertised. Overall, I was surprised this was labeled as a VIP Access by Expedia as the room wasn’t cheap. I would inquire if main swimming pool is on going before u book the room. Rooftop swimming pool costs extra if you want to use any of the chairs.

We loved our room with an incredible ocean view & private hot tub on our balcony! Linens, mattress, sofa, large TV, bathrobes were all excellent!! We also loved the Beach Club, Rooftop pool, bar & music! We were able to walk to everything (a plus for not wanting to rent a car or take a taxi everywhere. The location was the best!

Worst hotel in Cabo. Don’t waste your time or money here. From check in to check out we had the worst experience with the staffs. The room we booked was not what we got on arrival. They were also not helpful with rectifying the issue. They never answered any questions we had regarding all the extra fees we were charged. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else if you want to have a good time in Cabo.!

Walk you to the bar with two free complimentary drinks.

At first we thought they would give us a tour of the pool area ,rooftop and restaurants with in the hotel but few minutes into the conversation she became EXTREMELY pushy to sale you on a VIP tour /timeshare in order receive 3 nights free and discount on spa and dinner.
Which is not technically free
Cost $110 person cash only which includes breakfast and spa massage plus 2 hour tour
If you did get the 3 nights free be aware you will have to attend another 2 hr tour which is a final decision for you to purchase the VIP if you refuse they make you pay the 3 free nights

Food options in the bar weren’t great and food wasn’t so good

Aleta restaurant looked like a better option but we ended up getting food poisoning

Pool music was kept low, pool was always empty,kept seeing the same people which means hotel was mostlikely empty

Positive note It’s a Beautiful hotel in center of everything
But i would never return or recommend anyone to book here

The location was perfect and the room and views were AMAZING! Definitely my favorite thus far in terms of rooms. The food was a major let down however. We tried 3 different restaurants on-site and wasn't really impressed with anything we ate. Fortunately, we were within walking distance to a ton of restaurants and a Walmart so our in- room kitchen came in handy for sure! The only other downside to our stay was the pressure to attend a presentation. We gave in and attended, and while the lady who gave the presentation was really nice, the \"closer\" was very rude and got nasty with us once we told them we weren't interested in purchasing a membership. That really soured my experience and put a damper on my day. There was also alot of pressure from people on the beach to buy things or book excursions. You really couldn't walk more than 2 feet without someone trying to sell you something or sign you up for something so that got kind of frustrating because we really were just there for a relaxing vacation. Overall we enjoyed our stay, LOVED OUR ROOM, staff was friendly (except for the presentation closer) but we'll probably try a different resort next time we visit Cabo.

Just got back from Corazón Resort in Cabo, and wow… it was everything! This was my second time staying here and somehow it just keeps getting better. The rooms are gorgeous and spotless, the food is delicious, and the amenities? Top-tier. But what truly makes this place stand out is the service it’s next level. Everyone makes you feel like family and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re having the best time.

Huge shoutout to Victoria for the warm welcome, and to Karina for the awesome hotel tour, she was so sweet and knowledgeable. Then we met Mike (aka the man!) who gave us an incredible deal… we’re members now! Also want to send love to Angel, Miguel, Julio, and Salvador from the beach club, they were simply the best.

I seriously didn’t want to leave. One of the best vacations I’ve had yet! already counting the days until I go back!

Disappointing Experience at Corazón Cabo – Not Worth the Price

My stay at Corazón Cabo was unfortunately not what I expected from a resort of this caliber. The room had several maintenance issues — the shower flooded every time we used it, the vanity lights were broken, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. These problems were never resolved during our stay.

On our last day, a staff member told us we had to pay $50 to use the lounge chairs. When we explained we were hotel guests, he responded, “If you sit down, I’ll make sure to stand you up.” It felt confrontational and completely inappropriate. When we later asked for his name to report the interaction, he covered his name tag and walked away.

This behavior, combined with the room issues and lack of accountability, made the experience feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. We attempted to get a refund through Expedia, but the property declined. For the price we paid, this stay was extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t return or recommend Corazón Cabo.

I paid for an infinity ocean view but they gave me a room with partial ocean view at best. See the picture attached for a view from my room. Complete misrepresentation from their website. When I complained, they told me the hotel call this room ocean view infinity and there’s nothing they can do about it. Suggestion to hotel management: Change the category of these rooms to partial view.

Property is great for Spring breakers/party goers/adult couples - Not a place for families. Water was brown/discolored and an entire tower had no water for hours which felt like a big safety issue. It was very difficult to change reservations to another hotel and the staff was not very accommodating. I feel that there are way better options available in this price range. Food at the brewing Co. was average at best. Lots of room for improvement.

Property was nice, had a few dated things like the elevator which didn’t work sometimes, had to reserve areas by the beach just to try to use a beach lounger. Also we placed reservations for the loungers and the rooftop pool but they didn’t actually place those reservations so we didn’t get to use part of the facility. The other thing that was super frustrating and misleading was that on the Expedia page it lists the property as all inclusive, but then the property is actually not all inclusive through Expedia, it can only be purchased directly through the property. We were told of the all inclusive benefits that we had during check in, but then after we went to have dinner at one of the restaurants, we were told that we don’t have the all inclusive package. We were told the things that we had included with our purchase which was food and beverage but excluded premium beverages like top shelf booze. Come to find out, we didn’t have any of that. We also were told by the check in staff (two different people, the time share salesperson that tries to push a timeshare down our throat, and the check in clerk) that we needed to wait until
4pm to get the included food and drinks but that was a lie. Be careful when purchasing the “all inclusive” package for this resort, because you might think you have it and you’ll be greeted and told from the staff at the beginning that you have all inclusive, but then you may not actually have all inclusive. Enjoy your stay!!!!

The expedia booking site gave selection of upgraded executive suite with ocean view. The hotel stuck us on a lower unit end; smelled like sewer and we had a view of an alley and trash. Not ocean view. We complained and they moved us up 3 levels; still not what we were expecting for a room; The nicer rooms are in this middle which were probably not given to expedia customers. The pool area, lobby and restaurants were amazing and great customer service at the pool bar. We enjoyed the property just not our room. Very disappointed in the room.

Beautiful the view from the room was magnificent. Just a lot of steps to get down to the beach so if you’re older, this is a problem. Also, you have to make sure you have reservations for the beach with certain pool areas before you come. It could be difficult during a busy week.
Be careful about the vacation sales that they try to push on you. They’re very persistent.

While overall it was fine I don’t think I will be staying there again. All I asked was that the mini fridge worked and it didn’t. My son has a strict diet and his food spoiled because the fridge stopped working in the middle of the night. They tried to fix it but I think it was more of an electrical problem than the fridge it self. They brought in a new one and still nothing. Also you would think they had a microwave but they didn’t and the food at the restaurant wasn’t very good. Either then that the place was very clean and the staff was amazing. If safety is a concern for you, you will be safe there.

This was my first time in Cabo and my first all inclusive resort. I enjoyed every minute of my stay! It was also my birthday and the staff, especially Pablo, made my birthday even more special! He facilitated a slice of birthday cake and a complementary bottle of champagne on my special day making my stay at Corazon an unforgettable experience. The resort was clean, always smelled nice. The jacuzzi on the balcony was absolutely stunning. The shops and restaurants are all walking distance and the resort is right on a swimmable beach. I would highly recommend this resort to any of my friends and family.

Corazón Resort is a convenient place to stay since you’re able to walk down to the beach and it’s walking distance to restaurants nearby. The pool areas were also very nice even tho some were crowded. The con of this resort is Hector the supervisor at the rooftop bar that does not have great customer service as many complained about him. Hector is very rude and is not friendly.

Our stay was decent, especially since we had a room with ocean views, which made a big difference. However, the resort itself feels dated, and certain areas could use significant upgrades, such as the elevators and the gym. The bathroom could also be more functional—more outlets on both sides of the mirror would be a welcome improvement. The location is just okay, but one downside is the sheer number of vendors on the beach. We were constantly approached, which made it hard to relax. Overall, the hotel feels like a 3-star property striving to be a 4-star, but it doesn't quite get there. While there are some nice aspects, there's also an undeniable budget feel to the experience.

This is not a quiet area. The street, the hotel itself, not quiet. Beds are hard as a rock and the hotel knows it. They will offer a mattress topper. Room service was great. Pool service was good. Rooftop 360 not worth it.

This property was nice and clean, but not over the top memorable or worthy of return for a family with younger kids (from among the 5-6 resorts in Mexico that I have stayed in). Great access to swimmable beach and safe location with walkable restaurants and activities within a few minutes outside the property.

Don’t stay in the building that’s down by the lower pool. The low pool is directly across from the second floor and you have to have the black out curtains shut the whole time for any privacy. That building is also by a street so you are woken by any service trucks. You have to walk a maze of floors, stairs to make it to your room. The rooms are loud also. You can hear your neighbors talking.
