Bahia is a beautiful property with a fantastic staff! They were attentive, friendly, and always happy to help. The location is great - at the beach and near the marina, close to nice restaurants. The bar and restaurant on property were great - really well made cocktails and interesting people around to chat with.

Our king bed room was large, with really comfortable beds and a big shower... Truly just includes all the amenities I expect from a nice hotel (big, stylish, comfy, good smelling soaps, huge soft towels, robes, full mini bar, etc).

Highly recommend staying here if you like good service, a great bar, nice rooms, being close to the beach, getting nice massages, and things like that.

The Bahia was a great hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. It was very quiet. The location is very convenient to a lot of restaurants and nightlife. It's about a 15 minute walk to the marina. There's a lot to do around the hotel. I really enjoyed the coffee shop and restaurant each morning. The bar also has some great cocktails that we tried each evening.
We loved taking advantage of the SUR Beach Club and the hotel pool. The staff had some great recommendations and were always quick to say hello or offer assistance. We had everything we needed for a very nice stay.

Solid Hotel Option - Bring Earplugs

Great hotel for convenience and price. We stayed here because we could not get a final night at the all-inclusive we were staying at. It was the perfect place for our last night in Cabo.

Benefits of this property:
We got a great price for 1 night, which included American breakfast (eggs, protein, potatos) + 50% off any other menu items. The restaurant onsite is nice and the food was good. The location is great. Easy access to other restaurants, entertainment & the marina. It's around the corner from La Lupita - amazing tacos. The rooms are a good size and clean. They have beautiful modern designs.

The downsides (minor but good to know about):
The property is loud. They had some construction going on during the day so if you have kids or need naps, this wouldn't be a great spot. At night it's also quite loud from live music at nearby venues. The other minor downside was the AC in the room had a bright light that was right over our bed. This made it kind of hard to get a good night sleep.

I would 100% stay here again but would pack an eye mask and some earplugs. If we had these two things available we would have given this place 5 stars.

I mistakenly double booked against another business related trip that I’d originally intended to extend into the weekend. I worked with Expedia to correct the situation; they didn’t receive any responses, after being instructed by the hotel to email the details to them. So I reached out directly (after having discussed the issue in person at check in, AND during check out, AND again via email when nobody responded to Expedia) but received no help whatsoever. Not at all helpful if you make a mistake with your booking. I wouldve considered this for future business trips but not after the way they totally disregarded service.

We had an excellent stay during our 5 days at this property. Very attentive staff, great service. Rooms were good sized and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Restaurant offers very tasty food, good drinks at bar. The bar did close a little early, 11:30pm. The Sur was very good. We spent a few days at the beach club and ate lunch and dinner, both very good. Would recommend Bahia, just know.that no direct beach views from hotel.

The reason I gave it 4 stars was that the beds were too hard for our taste, and there was a lot of street and bar noise at night. But we always bring silicone earplugs., so that kept out everything but the fireworks. Food was very good, pool nice and location close to town and the marina. I would stay there again.

My husband & I always celebrate our anniversary with an annual trip to Cabo, and our stay at Bahia Hotel & Beach House was one of our favorites / if not the best time we've had! First off, the Bellmen & Front Desk are so welcoming & friendly. We arrived well before check-in time so our room wasn't ready, but greeted us with a glass of rose & got us all checked in & set up so we could get to our room as soon as it was ready. They have bathrooms right off the lobby, so we were able to quickly change & head out to the pool and beach.
The rooms are clean & modern. We had a room facing the street and it was quiet, even on a Friday & Saturday night. The beds were super comfortable and the room comes stocked with plenty of amenities (at a cost, obviously), hair dryer, La Labo toiletries and super comfy robes.
The location is superb and very walkable. Literally a block from the beach & all the waterfront beach clubs, and 5-min walk to the marina if you're renting a boat or meeting a tour.
All of the staff we interacted with - whether at the coffee shop (which had quick service & an incredible menu) to the pool bar - everyone was lovely and always available.
We are already planning our next trip back to Cabo, and returning to Bahia!!

Staff was wonderful. The property is overpriced for not being on the beach and the area. We have stayed at other places in the Marina that were half the price and better. There is no option for all inclusive and the daily breakfast is a scam. You are limited to the “America breakfast”. Two eggs, potatoes, and sausage. No substitutions and can’t order anything else on the menu without being charged, including juice and drinks. One serving or you are charged again. The prepaid price was only about $2 less than ordering straight from the menu. There are better options in the area. Charging a resort fee is ridiculous. There is no reason to charge an additional $55 a day resort fee for nothing extra but spotty WiFi.

Our room was recently renovated and was excellent. The hot tub on the patio was a nice touch. Lee Vosberg has done a great job here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to come to Cabo. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. The hotel is linked to Sur Beach Club so you have beach access and is a block from the hotel. Wondeful staff and superb location. Everyone was great. The hostess and restaurant personnel could be more friendlier and attentive with providing the food on time. The room was very clean and welcoming. Excellent job by the cleaning personnel. The two things that need to improve greatly are offering a better continental breakfast.There was only one choice of breakfast which was purchase with the hotel reservation. Also having a business room where one can reserve for online meetings would be such an accomodating option. The restaurant can have more food variety and the Sur restaurant at the beach can have more availability for reservations. This restaurant was exceptional and right on the beach, 5 minutes away from the hotel. The location of this hotel is superb! Walking distance to Walmart, restaurants, beach and Ubers are easily accesible. It is family friendly and the receptionist were so nice and friendly. It exceeded my expectations. Make sure to make reservations at the Sur restaurant and to be transported by the staff to the restaurant in a gold cart for the experience. The restaurants can be a bit pricey so take plenty of cash. You can walk from the restaurant to the rest of the beach because it gets noisy around that area due to the proximity to the other restaurants. Highly recommend avoiding Spring Break time, March 23rd to April 5th. It gets loud and crowded. I will definitely return and spend more time here in the near future.

This is an amazing place. Everything is beautiful The bed and pillows are like a dream. The white robe is elegant. The room is large and very nice. They make it very personal and set it up with a mini bar, snacks and even an espresso machine. The pool and hot tub is gorgeous. The restaurant and coffee shop is perfect. The beach house is so much fun, well staffed and safe. The motel is in walking distance to the peer and many activities. The staff is the best. They make you feel important and take care of anything you want or need. It is a comfortable size. Not big and loud. Really classy and not over priced. You won’t find a better place. .

My friends and I recently stayed at Bahia Hotel in Cabo for a birthday/girls trip, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment throughout our stay.

One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's exquisite restaurants. The included American breakfast was delicious, featuring eggs, potatoes, and a breakfast meat. Additionally, everything else on the menu was 50 percent off, including drinks, which was a great deal. The staff at the restaurants were incredibly accommodating, providing excellent service and making sure we had everything we needed.

The staff's attentiveness was especially evident when our group needed immediate assistance in a situation. They were quick to respond and help us resolve the issue, which we greatly appreciated.

The only downside to our stay was the lack of a full-sized mirror in the rooms. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall fantastic experience we had at Bahia Hotel.

Overall, our stay at Bahia Hotel was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Cabo. The top-notch staff, exquisite restaurants, and comfortable accommodations made for a truly unforgettable trip.

I thought the place was clean and great location. It was a bummer the refridgerator is full with their items they want you to buy and they leave coffee and coffee maker on counter which I assumed was free but then I was charged $16 for the coffee for 3 mornings. Definitely a rip off. The breakfast you can buy when you book through Expedia was not worth it. You get an American breakfast every day (2 eggs. Potatoes ,bacon or sausage and toast ). They charge you for everything else which was fine for a day or two but then we couldn’t bare to eat it again.
The gym only had 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical machine and there was a wait everyday for them.

I stayed eight nights and would say overall stay was pleasant. I hope my experience could give you some insights how it is like to stay in this hotel.

Pro:
-Walkable to almost everywhere
-Really close to the beach
-Clean and spacious room
-Shower, Sink and Toilet water pressure and drainage is great
-TV offers few popular English speaking channels (with popular movies)
-Customer service is great (not the restaurant). Bell man (I forgot his name) would give good suggestions of restaurants and start good conservations
-Their cafe (especially bakery) is amazing! Guests from neighbor hotels line up for this cafe.

Con:
-Outlet is far from desk. Lucky my computer charger has long enough cord. The bedside cord locates at bottom shelf. Inconvenience place.
-Reception of telephone signal was ok at one side of the room.
-NO refrigerator! Room has one for mini-bar beverages that are not free. It's not meant for your leftover.
-Chair has no back support. If you are remote worker, you need to have strong core/back to push through.
-Expensive! USD$45 daily resort fee is more expensive than Hawaii resorts.
-Their restaurant is over-priced too. Food has great presentation but the favor was shocking to me. Try other restaurants than this one.
-Check your bill in detail during check out! Someone put my room number for their Christmas Day meal. Hotel removed this charge after I notified them that I've never been to the beach house to eat.

When the checkout process was started the minibar total was way over exaggerated and could not be argued. Close to medano beach . Close to Sur beach club . Sur was damaged from the recent hurricane so enjoyment was limited there .

The staff works ti keep the property clean. They are always moving furniture and dusting. The rooms are spacious. The common areas are spacious.
The views are not really impressive and the pool/hot tub could use a little more attention
