The staff was very friendly. We loved that they had a white board with all the goings-on for each day next to a map with how far away things were. Room was clean and much bigger than we expected with a beautiful city view on the corner. The toiletries were high quality and the kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. Key card access only to the floors which felt safe. They also had Uber/Lyft credits each day that saved us lots of money on rides! Made up for it not being as walkable as we expected due to the chilly weather. Great stay for our first time in Nashville!

We were really impressed with the cleanliness of our room; had a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff members were very nice. It was tricky figuring out the parking situation. When we pulled in it was not clear where to go. The front desk is on the 5th floor and no one was at the valet station at that moment. We learned that you can opt for valet parking at a daily rate of $45 or self-park for a bit less. (We were told valet parking is “safer” so chose that.) The showers have pumps for body wash, shampoo & conditioner but there was just a travel size bar of soap for the sink. No moisturizer lotion was provided but I was able to get some at the front desk. The hotel bar/restaurant looked very nice but we were too busy visiting Nashville to really check it out. The complimentary breakfast was nice with plenty of options. (It would have been nice to have hot coffee service available all day.) The location of the hotel wasn’t bad, just expect to drive or uber to most places. Overall, it was a great stay!

I reserved a double queen room. I got a king bed (3people) and a sofa. The sofa was less than a twin which I had to make at midnight when I was exhausted and I just wanted to go to bed. I was comped parking for the trouble but it did not make up for the lack of sleep on a couch that was cavas material and hard as a rock.

The room was essentially a large apartment with a full kitchen. Only thing missing was a washing machine. I lived in smaller places in college. You could LIVE here quite easily. Parking situation was irritating though, but it was downtown. Little sketchy. Otherwise HUGE accommodations

It was kind of challenging when check-in, when online booking, shows parking available, but no details was given, till we made booking and received an email regarding the additional parking cost.

We understood parking in the city is challenging and with cost, but there was no clear instruction on how to process, there was only one service person and busy, and their check-in desk is at 5th floor, many customers were starting to understand the process and associated cost, it should be a better and clearer way to allow customers more convenient to check-in without too much trouble.
