We were excited at first. Everything seems very good until when we were ready to sleep. We could clearly hear noise from the hallway, someone talking, or even yelling. I got woke up a few times. The noise reduction needs absolutely improvement.

I stayed for three nights, we were upgraded to a lovely big suite, on our last night I fell sick and felt awful the next morning, my wife went to ask the staff if we could have an extra hour to checkout and they told us we could stay until 8pm to rest at no extra cost. All round the staff were helpful and the hotel was great. I would highly recommend.

Marvellous with one tiny flaw

Fabulous location and facilities, room was huge, lovely little touches everywhere (the maid even rolled up the power cables and provided a cable tie) great breakfast and minibar. My only criticism was the lack of a rosehead shower as the shower head was a little low for me.

First thing checking in, I register about 1130 they told me rooms be ready about 1500. Got there after 1600 they only have one room and 2nd be ready in hour. After asking 3 more time they said they will bring up the 2nd room key to us. Nothing happen until 1820 I had go to front desk for the 4th time. Then we you ask the staff for information 4 out of 5 tell you wrong information! And last manners, they really need to learn! The only great experience I had was the SPA at Encor, 1st class service.

An Outstanding Hotel

This is one of those hotels where you happily dream about moving into and becoming a permanent resident. Upon check-in, we knew we were in the right hotel. Our check-in attendant, Ran, was very sweet and professional making sure we felt welcome. The turn-down service was the extra attention which helped make our experience stand out. The room was exactly what we had hoped for and the in-room food service performed how elite hospitality should. So glad to have tried the spa as well where staff are very attentive to your needs. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to all I know that visit Macau.

I spent two nights in the Wynn Tower and I really enjoyed the service. Check in and check out were fast and efficient. I ate at two restaurants on site and the service there was also very good. It is in a good location with Star World and MGM right across the street. Grand Lisboa hotel is a block over and Fisherman's Wharf is about a 30 minute walk away. By taxi, the Macau ferry terminal is about 10 to 20 minutes away depending on traffic. Outside to the right are local shuttles to the ferry terminal and Wynn Cotai.
The hotel room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom is immense. It has a separate tub and shower. The double vanity is stocked with plenty of supplies. They have free Wi-Fi. The electronic lights and curtain are easy to operate. Getting around the casino is relatively easy. One thing I did notice about casinos in general in Macau, one has to be 21 to walk through the casino. Some of the restaurants are located in the casino area so they are inaccessible to those under 21. If under 21, to get to some locations, one will have walk outside and around and enter through another entrance. This is one thing to think about if bringing a family to Macau.
The pool area is spectacular but compared to the rest of the complex, it is a small area. You can access it from a small door located near check in. I walked by it twice before it was pointed out to me. There is a wonderful view of it walking into the building but I did not see many people utilize it.

Airport Shuttle Issue

The shuttle is just their regular inter-property shuttle. It takes 50 minutes to get to the airport. The non-English (why place one of your few non-speakers here?) troll-ette confused the issue by making it seem like the shuttle would not leave for 50 min. when I got the concierge involved, he said they would stop at airport first. They didn't. Plus the troll-ette was made wise remarks to the driver about me. didn't need to know Chinese to get it. amazing how many places drop the ball right at the finish line. Otherwise would have been my first 5 star review.

We received excellent customer service and, as we were celebrating a special occasion, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. It made us feel very special and allowed us to enjoy the Wynn even more. In the evening, we enjoyed a delicious meal at Il Teatro. We ordered breakfast to the room, and although it was delicious, this was the only thing that didn't run smoothly, as they made a few mistakes with the order.

Nice stay for a non-gambler

Overall I really liked the Wynn Macau. My dad was a bit disappointed because there weren't as many people gambling here as other hotels, especially can't compare with Cotai strip hotels. He also complained the slot machines were more outdated compared to other hotels. I quite enjoyed the stay because I don't gamble. Room was super nice and roomy, great service all around! Could definitely improve with more choices for restaurants.

Odd they charged for wireless service in the room and in other areas of the Hotel. All other areas we visited in China had free wifi. A little inconvenient for a top priced hotel.
Food at the casino bar was very average. Did not go to the fine dining restaurants on property.
Facility and shows were better than anything in Las Vegas.

Great stay apart from lack of wifi

Really lovely hotel rooms but lack of free wifi was irritating when vast majority of competitors offer it. The smell of smoke in hallways on designated non-smoking floors was another problem. Would stay here again if these problems could be sorted.

One of the best without a doubt..

Stayed 2 nights at Wynn Tower. Clean, spacious & bright room (which is very important to me). Superb unblocked view from the 22th floor. Also excellent service from very attentive staff at Cafe Esplanada serving breakfast buffet.

Hotel is 15-20mins walk from Senado Square & 10-15mins taxi ride to City of Dreams.

Only hiccup was my requested newspapers were not delivered by 8:30am on both days despite reminder, otherwise would have rated \"Excellent\" for all categories.

For Couples especially.

We were going there on our 1st anniversary, so we needed that something to make it feel extra special to feel like its our honeymoon. To tell you that wynn over exceeded its hype is an understatement.

The venetianmacau where we spent the next day in macau in comparison to Wynn is like comparing an old nokia to iPhone 5s. Literally!!

We had booked one of the premium rooms but the hotel staff moved us to Encore tower which was a pleasant surprise to top it the suite was very current with its interiors with mirrors everywhere!

We are going to be at a Wynn on every May 26th from here on!! Hope there is always one where we travel!!

Spent a long weekend in Macau in April 2014 and stayed at the Wynn. I used some of my free hotel stays through hotels.com to help lower the cost, but after arriving, I wouldn't have minded paying full price. The Wynn has shuttles from the airport and the ferry making it very easy to get to the hotel. We arrived fairly early, so we checked in, but our room wasn't ready so they provided us with some free guidebooks, water, restaurant recommendations and asked us to return around 2pm. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Cafe Esplanada overlooking the pool and when we were allowed into the room, we were blown away. Super comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and they brought our suitcase up and gave us a tour of the room. We enjoyed dinner overlooking the water show (delicious) as well as at 99 Noodles. They clean the room twice a day. The casinos are spread throughout and are mostly baccaret tables so I would recommend learning how to play that before venturing the Macau. The hotel is close to MGM and Grand Lisboa for other gambling options as well as the historical sites. The pool at the hotel was amazing and no one was there! The only downside is having to pay for wireless internet which is around 160 KHD per day. I would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious weekend in Macau

We arrived really early, at 10:30am and were told check in wasn't until 3pm, we asked for an earlier check in if possible and came back at 1pm - room wasn't ready. We were told to come back in 1 hour, which we did - room still not ready. We weren't too fussed by this, as check in was clearly not until 3pm, but as they had told us to come back at 2pm, and didn't have the room ready - they ended up giving us an upgrade to Wynn Encore.
We got to our home, and it was amazing! SO big but still cosy. We got the in-room dining for dinner which was soooo delicious and such a high standard of food!
We ate more than our fair share of the great mini bar treats, and ended up getting the in-room dining for breakfast as it was so good the night before! We checked out at midday after an amazing nights sleep in the comfy bed.

Luxurious stay in the middle of old Macau

We have been to Macau before, the old Macau area and the new Cotai area. Wynn Macau is definitely the most luxurious hotel we ever stayed at. We booked a deluxe city view room and when my husband and I entered the room, we both gasped, the room itself is very large and very spacious compared to Asia's standards, it had a king size bed, a sitting area (sofa, desk and 2 sitting chairs) and floor to ceiling windows which didn't overlook much except for the Encore building but the light was great. The bathroom was amazing; 2 separate sinks, a soaking tub, a vanity area and a shower. The room was super clean and housekeeping was great, they even folded our dirty laundry that was laying around. We went to the pool twice during our stay, once in the morning and once in the evening and both times the pool was EMPTY which totally differs from the Las Vegas Wynn, where you have to fight for a seat. The pool staff was nothing but wonderful, you choose where you want to lay and they lay towels for you, bring you water and sunscreen. The pool was positioned in a weird spot, next to the lobby and surrounded by 2 different cafes so while you swim there are many people staring at you which made me feel very uncomfortable! We had an early morning flight and concierge helped us book our ferry tickets, the gentleman was great however on the day we checked out our request for bell hop to help with our luggage and a taxi waiting for us was not met so that was a bit disappointing.

The service is second to none. It was amazing. They botched our room reservation, but upgraded us to a beautiful suite. Even if that didn't occur, the staff is still great. I would say, if you are planning on going to this hotel and have plans to gamble, be aware it is not like Las Vegas. Macau is \"no nonsense gambling\" in my opinion. I'm a local from LV and found it difficult to enjoy the evening. The limits are higher, the stress is more relevant, the entertainment is limited, and the cocktails are a little more difficult to come by. Just be aware of that, but otherwise the hotel is great.

A luxurious hotel and a gamblers paradise

The Wynn Macau is an elegant place to be and the rooms are definitely 5 star. I stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment in the encore deluxe suite. Every detail in the room is top notch from the automatic drapes, lighting system, wonderful bathroom, sofas and chairs, even the heavy solid doors were impressive. The bed was so comfortable and had 8 high quality down pillows.

Convenience is the only up-side for a non-gambler

Ultimately I compared it with my stay at the Las Vegas' Venetian. For a pure-gambler, the casino (where smokers and non-smokers mix) would be a good place to spend all of one's time. But for a tourist like myself, who's an entertainment seeker, there was nothing for me there. Shopping wasn't a good experience as the \"door-guards\" at some of the branded-name shops weren't friendly or \"welcomy\" at all.
I specified for a non-smoking room; the reception asked me TWICE and I confirmed twice that I wanted a non-smoking room -- I got one which was for smoking. The room smelled of cigarette smoke of course, even though it was clean.
Only compliment would be for the (Phillippino) waiter who served us - and the ONLY friendly people I met (security, waiters) were Phillippinos. I don't know what happened to the rest.
In short, I paid for a 5-star hotel, but got back only a 3-star impression.
Recommended only for pure gamblers, not for holiday-makers or family travelers. Not even for shoppers.

Guess my hubby would have worte the same, we both love the room so much. Casino is really crowded so we went for shopping aournd Taipa and headed back for an evening massage. The couple resting room is fantastic and we both enjoyed although we prefer the ones in Bangkok but in Macau , this is indeed one of the best. Love it, service is ok.

It was far from pool but i went to spa instead. The most impressive private resting area with hi-tech facility in their spa, superb!! Try the macanese massage, awesome :)

Good food, great spa, good shops and very relaxing...large casino but no floor show.

Wynn was delightful - good service, good food, great amenities in the large rooms, casino not too smokey, shops high end and access to other nearby casinos easy. Free shuttle from ferry and taxis always available. I recommend it as well as the new Wynn Encore - which is twice the price but with extra luxuries and more spacious rooms and an air of exclusivity. However, unless you want the ultra luxury, the regular Wynn was fine - especially the Club rooms which are a slight upgrade from the regular rooms.

Hotel room was great, should splurge for the upgraded city street view though. Nevertheless, the room was great. Did not spend any time in the casino but the restaurants and shops are good, very high end stuff.
