Nice location, clean and well attended

Centrally located in a happening neighborhood with the Spanish steps just a 5 min walk. All kinds of restaurants and bars and shopping options within walking distance. Very well attended by housekeeping. Only one problem gets extremely noisy during the early morning hours as the restaurants get busy with prepping and the recycle and thrash services show up. But then they had provided earplugs to ward of the noise.

Very helpful and courteous staff member met us on arrival.
Ample breakfast provisions provided including bread, condiments, juice, water, milk, ham, cheese and replenished when low. Welcome cake also provided.
Noisy due to location but earplugs provided for use
Around the corner from main shopping strip Via Del Corso and Spanish Steps. Lots of food around but restaurants quite expensive. Delis, sandwich and pizza bars more budget friendly. Carrefour Supermarket across the street.

It was a very large apartment for Rome with an outside terrace area..it is a bit older obviously being in Rome but has been updated giving you everything you need.. cleaning service and restock of fridge daily which was cool.. everything is nearby and if you don't wanna deal with the insanity of romes outer areas you can stay close to the hotel as there are plenty of restaurants and such throughout the \"alley way\" it is located in..a unique experience for sure..

We loved the location of this apartment. We had 6 adults and had tons of room. The staff was great and communicated very well. Our only complaint was that because we had 6 people, we stayed at their other location which was the apartment and the noise from the street cleaning kept us up all night.

This hotel is in a fantastic location and so reasonably priced!! We were in walking distance to everything. Some reviews said it could be a bit noisy at this location but we did not find that at all. It's one street off the Main Street so easy to shops, food, beaches, ferry, taxi and Ubers. We had the whole top floor apartment for 6 adults. There was plenty of room and the air condition was very cold, something you don't always find in Italy! The staff was great. We highly recommend Tasso Suites and Spa!

The apartment was beautiful! It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. All travel needs were considered. Sid ensured we had everything we needed for coffee, tea, refreshments, breakfast, etc. We loved the area, although active, it did not disturb our sleep, highly recommended the 67 Spanish Steps apartment!

Steep staircase up to the hotel room but once you are in its nice and clean. Neighborhood is amazing, nice place, the restaurant under the hotel is ass, hated the staffs there, go elsewhere ..nm let me get back to reviewing the hotel lol
Very nice place, id stay there again. The best part of the hotel was the staffs there, very welcoming and nice, especially when he served us breakfast. Even though we could go out for breakfast outside the hotel, we just chose to eat there because our man was very nice, way better service than all the restaurants we ate at.

Ill start this with saying we travel... A LOT.
We also are not one to complain. We enjoy being part of the actual countries and actually prefer to be left alone. However, upon check in we were told that we need to follow them and walked 5 blocks from the shown place. Once we arrived it actually smelled BETTER so we were ok. During tour we were told to beware that the \"trash trucks\" get loud at 5am. Fast forward, we begin bed and my daughter states that her bed smells odd. We look at it and smell urine. I message the host and went to dinner. Come back sheets changed and while we assumed was corrected it was not the bed smelled like urine and now my daughter (15) has no bed.While falling asleep I wake up to the truck at 5am as promised but assuming that was a passing thing it was not. This truck is not trash it is the market across the small street unloading bottles and metal carts on cobblestone streets.... FOR HOURS. We close the windows and just take it with a grain of salt.

Next morning message and they say they sent the \"ROOM BOY\" to clean it maybe my kid urinated on the bed. Immediately that they state my daughter urinated instead of cleaning the bed. 3 days no clean bed. Then to add insult to injury: The cafe below begins construction. Not basic, nailing and drilling into the floor below us to the point our bed was shaking. From 6am-10am. Every day exhausted we didnt leave til 1pm ruining our trip. When messaging they said this isnt our fault. In 143 trips - WORST.

Hotel was ok but we had a tough time getting hold of somebody to open up the door for us. No one was in the vicinity to let us in and we had to wait for a long time until this very nice and helpful guy, Arnold, came.

Beautiful apartment

We stayed in the executive suite and it was a really beautiful apartment, high ceilings and old charm combined with a modern renovation. The location is absolutely amazing, a short walk to so many attractions and streets lined with cafes, restaurants and shops.
We had one or minor maintenance issues but the staff were helpful and attentive and extremely friendly. I would highly recommended.

HORRÍVEL, não caiam nessa cilada

Péssimo, simplesmente terrível. Entrada inteira mofada, acho que o piso da entrada nunca foi lavado ou limpo na vida. Eles basicamente nao tem recepção, porque só fica uma atendente até as três horas da tarde, então se você chegar depois, você tem que se virar para subir uma escada apertada com as malas. Em relação à segurança, também foi um ponto bem preocupante e que deixou a desejar, já que todos os hóspedes recebem o MESMO código para abrir a porta da frente, ou seja, se um antigo hóspede voltar à Roma e quiser sacanear/roubar alguém, o código é sempre o mesmo, é isso somado ao fato de que não existe recepção 24 horas faz com que a hospedagem seja bem insegura. Somado a isso, o sistema de abertura dos quartos é por chave (sistema mais antigo impossível), e o cofre é solto (ou seja, se a pessoa quiser levar o cofre em baixo do braço, ela pode, o que não faz sentido nenhum. Sobre a limpeza diária do quarto, eles só estendem os mesmos lençóis da cama e apenas secam o box e a pia, o que faz com que a limpeza seja bem mediana. As toalhas são finas, o carpete é manchado e sujo. Sobre as amenidades (sabonete, shampoo e condicionador), nas fotos de divulgação do hotel eles são de uma marca ótima, aqua di Parma, o que não corresponde à realidade, já que estão disponíveis apenas amenidades de uma marca aleatoria, inclusive o sabonete é péssimo, não faz espuma, tivemos que comprar outro para usar durante a viagem. O quarto tem uma iluminação péssima. Enfim, experiência horrível.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado a 5 minutos de las gradas España, no cuenta con recepción abierta; por lo q asegúrate de que te envíen tu código antes de la llegada! (A varios huéspedes nos pasó así, q tuvimos q contactar la propiedad ya q no nos habían enviado el código) el desayuno malo para costar 5euros, el aire acondicionado de la habitación con muy mal olor a húmedo! Por lo demás ok

Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch ihre perfekte Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe der Spanischen Treppe, sodass alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die nächste Metro-Station ist nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und auch der Bahnhof lässt sich in ca. 35 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass wir im Oktober mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen konnten. Zwar war es abends noch etwas laut, aber morgens ab 6 Uhr begann das im Erdgeschoss befindliche Lokal, seine Türen zu öffnen, was durch das Stühlerücken für etwa 1,5 Stunden recht laut war. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber absolut ausreichend mit Saft, Kaffee, Tee, Toast, Marmelade, Käse, Schinken und Kuchen. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Die Anreise verlief reibungslos, da wir vorab einen Code für den Zugang per Nachricht erhalten haben. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer großartigen Lage!

Bag den grønne dør finder du dette lille hotel.

Både værelse og service var i top.

Placeringen er centralt i forhold til shopping og spise steder. Ikke mindst den lille tiramisu butik lige om hjørnet.

Top Lage

Das Hotel hat eine top Lage. Check in war unkompliziert und alles wie beschrieben. Wir haben jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser gestellt bekommen. Ich habe eine gluten Unverträglichkeit und das Hotel hat damit super reagiert und hatten alles für mich vorbereitet.

La ubicación no puede estar mejor, super céntrico y al que llegas a pie desde cualquier lado. A unos 10min de la Fontana di Trevi.
Es un sitio limpio y bonito. La decoración minimalista nos ha encantado y el personal muy atento y profesional.
Nosotros hemos cogido la estancia con desayuno y, aunque la variedad no era mucha ( dos tipos de dulce, cereales o para hacer tostadas /sándwich zumo y café) estaba todo muy bueno.
Sin duda si volvemos a Roma, confiaremos en este alojamiento sin duda.

Posizione molto centrale a 30 metri da piazza di Spagna. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Siamo arrivati alle 10 del mattino per lasciare i bagagli e nell attesa della registrazione ci hanno offerto un caffè e un trancio di torta. La stanza jn orfine pulita e con biancheria super morbida

Al principio muy mal ya que llegamos de noche y nunca recibimos las instrucciones para entrar al hotel ya que las mandaron a la pagina de expedía cuando la reserva se hizo a través de hoteles .com.
Me toco llamarlos y esperar mas de una hora hasta que me solucionaron ,ya adentro el aire sonaba y el día siguiente se tapo el baño y se inundo el cuarto .Arnold que es el Handy man del hotel soluciono todo y las dos noches siguientes fueron mejor . Lo único bueno es la ubicación

La propiedad no tiene ascensor y es un pasillo angosto desde la calle que da a una escalera hasta el 1 er piso. Eso no se aclara cuando lo ofrecen como que sería un hotel con recepción y ascensor . Por suerte Arnoldo excelente persona y muy servicial nos ayudó a subir valijas y otras cosas de forma de sobrellevar lo que no se aclara en la información cuando uno reserva.
