Very clean and staff helpful. After my first night I was not able to adjust the air conditioning and my son had the same problem.

Room AC didnt work. This is in August. When i ssked the receptionist about it she told me it was automatically controlled. Outside temp was about 20°C. Room temp was at 25°C at one point. There is a window but it only cracks open from the top about 8 cm. Rooms and facility is very nice looking but they need to change the AC control in the room.

Frühstück für den Preis von 19,95€, viel, viel zu teuer was geboten wird! Ist wie in einer Kantine! Alles lieblos hin geschmießen. Säfte nur Zuckerwasser! Rühreier vom Tetrapack, nur furchbar! Grießlich und Geschmack null, das sind keine Eier, Sie schmecken sehr Künstlich. Es gibt auch keine Spieleier, auch nach Nachfrage! Also bitte, für den Preis wo anderes Frühstücken. Neben dem Hotel gibt es ein Rewe mit einer Bäckerei, findet man sicherlich was zum Frühstücken. Das Hotel ist sehr einfach gehalten, Zimmer wirklich nur mit dem nötigen Mobiliar: Bett, zwei kleiner Nachtischchen, mini Sofa (da haben wir unseren Koffer abgelegt), da kein Schrank vorhanden war wo man was rein tun kann! Nur drei lächerliche Hägen hinter der Zimmertüre. Etwas Ablage Fläche vorm Bett! Keine Minibar, Safe! Dusche ok! Und das alles für 98€ für eine Nacht mit Frühstück, zum vergessen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Nähe zum Messe-Gelände super. Aber das Frühstück für fast 20 Euro extra, fand ich extrem! Der Wasser-Druck in der Dusche war auch sehr schwach, so dauert es ewig bis man lange Haare gewaschen hat... Und für kleine Menschen bitte den Duschkopf nicht so hoch montieren bzw. dass man die Halterung in der Höhe nach unten verstellen kann. Rewe ist gleich neben an, falls man etwas braucht, das fand ich top. Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel leider eher knapp verfügbar und kosten auch 10 Euro extra pro Nacht. Die bargeldlose Bezahlung fand ich nicht ok, aber ist halt unsere Gesellschaft.

Spiksplinternieuw hotel in een buitenwijk van Karlsruhe. Hotel als het wijkje zijn ingericht volgens de laatste trends. Vanwege parkeerstress in binnenstad had ik dit hotel gekozen. De tram stopt voor de deur. Deze brengt je in 20 minuten downtown. Gelet op de kamerprijs had ik een koelkastje op de kamer verwacht.

På forhånd havde vi fået at vide, at der var gratis parkering på hotellet og mulighed for opladning af elbil. Ved ankomst er der alligevel ikke mulighed for opladning af elbil. Parkeringen koster 10 euro, men der er ikke flere pladser. Vi bliver henvist til at holde på gaden. Der er dog heller ikke meget plads, og vi ender med at holde langt fra hotellet. Vi ankommer lidt før 23 og er meget trætte. Vi kan ikke få en nøgle til værelset?! Receptionisten skal åbne døren for os. Da vi skal ud i bilen igen, er hun nødt til at følge os med op på værelset igen og åbne for os.
Lagnet på sengen er så beskidt med jord og blodpletter, at jeg er nødt til at bede om rent sengetøj.
Receptionisten er utrolig ubehøvlet og svarer strengt på spørgsmål om parkering og værelsesnøgle. Da jeg spørger om nyt sengetøj er hun mere venlig.
Vi rejser videre tidligt morgenen efter. Den værste hotel-oplevelse i mit liv til dato. Jeg vil fraråde det til alle.

Gewählt aufgrund der «Zufussnähe» zur ArtKarlsruhe, was ein relevanter Vorteil dieses Hotels ist. Ansonsten ein selten so spartanisch eingerichtetes Hotel erlebt. Die beiden Männer an der Reception haben sich Mühe gegeben, die Chefin hingegen kann nicht einmal ihre Gäste begrüssen. Im Haus oder in der Nähe gibt es kein Restaurant, aber gegenüber ein gutes Lebensmittelgeschäft. Das Frühstück ist gut.
