We found the apartment lacking large windows and very little natural light coming in since we were in apartment-1. The kitchen was very tight with the bar stools in front of the appliances. The kitchen was well stocked which we liked. The apartment was very clean.
There was lots of noise coming from the pipes.
This did not cause problem sleeping because the bed was really comfortable. The shower was excllent and felt good after a busy day. Since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment it was an okay place. Maybe if we were staying on a higher floor The problems wouldn’t exist.

It’s noisy here. The streets are full of life and sometimes the other people in the property are too and you can hear them very clearly. The basement apartment is quiet until the people above start walking around and showering. Earplugs are provided.

Very noisy with ppl in the courtyard when your room is right next to it. Tried to get more toilet paper but wasn’t able to reach anyone on site. Thankfully found some in a cart. Location was good though.

Communication before check in was terrible, phone number didnt work for me and noone answered email for hours.
Last night of stay, random alarm went off in room at 4:30 am and I sent an email because I already knew phone didnt work and they told me to take a video but the alarm stopped. They also told me that they have no indication of an alarm in my room and again to take a video. I told them again that the alarm stopped already. I asked them what kind of alarm it could be? I didnt feel safe afte that and couldnt get back to sleep. I left 3 hours later

The apartment was fab, comfortable bed, great Wi-Fi and a full kitchen. Check in is very simple and the staff are amazing. I’d advise to book with them directly not through a third party as it’s both cheaper and you’ll get better service. Thanks, I will definitely stay again

Good location; A few Glitches

Disconcerting that we were unable to get codes to access the property until check in time since no one is at the property. My initial confirmation said that I would receive codes 24 hours before arrival, but then received an email saying the codes would be available only at check in time, when we would not have access to the internet to obtain the codes. Property had good location with a small Super Mercado very close. Laundry machines were not working one morning but were fixed later. Did not have contact info for property maintenance person. However, would stay there again.

While the place was clean and the self check in went smoothly, a couple of issues beyond Limehome’s control to be aware of.. our apartment faced the street - the street that never slept. Loud noises from people yelling and carrying on all hours of the day. As well, the apartment is the central location for garbage for the street. So on Thursday into all hours of Friday morning up until 6am, people were dragging their wheeled garbage bins on the cobblestones to the main entrance. Just don’t expect a quiet apartment. The apartment was well appointed and within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. And having a separate living area worked great.

This was the worst stay !!!!we arrived early even though the room was ready the staff was rude they lets us be out in the cold for 2 hours they don't have no place to leave the lugged til you ready to check in Don't stay here they show you pictures of a suite that when you get there is not the same i advised expifia not to show this property,,,

We loved the location. It’s close to everything we needed. The apartment was nice. Some minor things were that it seemed like they were doing some maintenance in two walls and hadn’t finished painting. One of the bathroom’s walls needed some maintenance next to the shower. We would definitely stay again.

I had the worst experience in this apartment. I have been locked out as the code did not work and I had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to come in to help. For half of my stay the heating was not working and it was freezing in the apartment. There was a horrible smell in the bathroom for the whole stay. The customer support team was just not helpful. The call center goes to the german team, it’s impossible to get any support before 11 am. You can’t leave the luggage in the building. Do yourself a favour and don’t stay there!

We planned to stay for several weeks at the property. After a few nights, the noise was unbearable, water was leaking into our bathroom from the upstairs bathroom. Disgusting and unsanitary. The solution was to move us to a different room in the middle of the night. The room we were moved to was much tighter than the first, so between us our twins, it was horribly cramped. Noise again, and the sofa bed, which acts as the second bed, had a crossbar that is bent with secondary supports falling on the floor. Could not sleep, even with our kids complaining about it. Next we find the TV does not work. No channels and the volume does not work. The property attempted to \"fix\" the bed, but with little to no success. We requested a refund for the remaining nights we have at the property, but they refuse to refund it. We are now stuck in room, no front desk, no good customer service, and lacking sleep. Worst customer service, worst hotel, I suggest you stay away!

Worst Flats I've been in Madrid

Worst flat I stayed in Madrid in 7 years of travelling monthly to Madrid. Inward facing, 2 windows to the inside, mega small, you had to walk sideways to fit in between things so packed the flat was.
By mistake I booked it for 2 people - which can be super common in hotels.com, and in the online system where you need to upload the passport I was trying to put my passport twice, because the online system doesn't ask you again how many people are actually coming.
The staff cancelled my online check in twice because of this, and didn't inform me by text or call, just email. I ended up having to stay in front of the property trying to search for a number to find because they on purpose don't give you a easy number to call.

At the end of the stay they could very very easily provide a storage solution for luggage.... No no no, that would be too good of a service for this place. They give you a discount for a 3rd party storage facility 4 blocks away going downhill and uphill and you pay near 20€ to hold luggage there. Another steal on top of the steal this place already is.

Will never again stay at this property for my monthly trips.

This place was quite cute and comfortable. I was nervous about the lack of a front desk for checkin or other concerns, but everything went off without a hitch. We would definitely stay here again in the future or at another Limehome property.

Pleasant Stay in Good Location

Our apartment was very nice. I was confused about whether there would be a washing machine in the apt, and it turns out that there was no washing machine in the apartment. Instead, there are 2 washing machines on the ground floor that are shared by all of the units.
At times (usually in the morning), there was a sewer gas smell emanating from the bathroom, but it wasn't a big problem. Closing the door to the bathroom limited the smell to the bathroom when necessary (which wasn't often). Sewer gas smells seem to be kind of common in old, European buildings, so I wasn't too worried about it. Overall, the place was scrupulously clean.
When I had a minor issue with the shower draining slowly, I contacted Limehome, and they fixed it within a couple of hours. I was pleased with their responsiveness.
I'd definitely stay there again.

Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue muy decepcionante y, sinceramente, me sentí estafado.
Desde el primer momento hubo un pésimo servicio de atención al cliente por WhatsApp, con respuestas lentas, poco empáticas y siempre negativas.
La habitación asignada no correspondía en absoluto con las imágenes publicadas, ni en su propia aplicación ni en Hotels.com. Las fotos muestran un espacio amplio y bien distribuido, pero al llegar me dieron una habitación muy reducida, claramente insuficiente.
Es importante recalcar que yo pagué por una habitación para tres adultos y un menor, y lo que me asignaron apenas era adecuada para dos personas. El mismo día de llegada, nada más abrir la puerta y sin haber usado la habitación, solicité un cambio o reembolso. Lo único que pedía era que me asignaran la habitación que ellos mismos anuncian, que es considerablemente más grande que la que me dieron.
Ante la negativa constante del hotel, tuvo que intervenir Hotels.com, quienes gestionaron el caso y me indicaron que debía esperar 24 horas a la respuesta del alojamiento. Finalmente, Limehome respondió con una negativa escudándose en sus políticas de cancelación, ignorando completamente que el problema era que la habitación no coincidía con lo contratado.
Durante todo el proceso recibí malas formas, cero flexibilidad y ninguna intención de resolver el problema, a pesar de que el error era evidente y reclamé de inmediato. En este caso, la publicidad es engañosa.
No recomiendo esta propiedad.

Alojamiento nuevo en zona céntrica, aunque un bajo queda a la calle y para tener intimidad, tienes que tener las cortinas echadas.
El punto negativo es la atención al cliente. Nos confirmaron la entrada anticipada que no se produjo y no nos avisaron. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente y la solución no fue la deseada..
Es un servicio poco personalizado y muy dirigido al turista de paso.

Hotel muy bien ubicado en Malasaña a unos minutos de la gran via y de una estación de metro. El hotel esta muy limpio y tiene pequeña cocina y refrigerador.
El servicio es de auto registro airbnb pero el personal siempre esta al pendiente mediante chat o email. Lo usaremos tres veces durante nuestras vacaciones y lo recomiendo ampliamente

Séjour catastrophique dans un appartement qui ne correspondait en rien à ce que nous avions réservé. Nous avions réservé pour un rez-de-chaussée résultat, nous nous retrouvons à la cave Au même niveau que le local poubelle avec très peu de lumière, des fenêtres situées au plafond et une humidité permanente dans l’appartement. Nous avons été réveillés par des bruits d’écoulement des eaux usées de l immeuble. impossible de dormir. L’appartement est dans un état délabré. Le parquet et les plaintes sont décollés. Il y a deux odeurs d’humidité et des remontées égouts dans l’appartement. Attention à ce type de loueur. Nous avons loué à plusieurs reprises à Madrid. nous n’avons reçu aucune assistance de la part d’Hotels.com. Décevant

Hébergement bien placé et propre.C'est joliment décoré et moderne. Les indications pour l'arrivée et le départ sont bien claires. Sur place, l'appartement est bien équipé. Il y a un supermarché assez près.
Petits bémols : appartement qui a 4 couchages, mais heureusement que nous n'étions que 2 car c'est petit. Et surtout il n'y a personne à l'accueil, ça manque un peu d'humanité... Attention il n'y a pas de possibilité de consigne sur place, il est proposé de se rendre quelques rues plus loin pour utiliser une salle spéciale de consigne bagages mais c'est payant et cher surtout pour quelques heures, il faut payer la journée complète !

Propreté : le ménage de la salle de bain et de la cuisine n’était pas fait : des traces de dentifrice dans l’évier ou encore des miettes/poussière sur le plan de travail.
Équipement : nous sommes restées 3 nuits et impossible de faire un brin de ménage car peu d’équipement pour faire le ménage dans l’appartement (liquide vaisselle et éponge).
Insonorité : la chambre est vraiment mal isolée nous entendions tout types d’échanges….
Intimité : appartement situé au sous sol donnant sur la cour intérieure, donc très peu de luminosité et des regards en permanence. Aussi, nous étions contraintes de fermer les rideaux car une caméra donnait sur notre chambre.

Mi primera experiencia en un hotel sin personal. Pero que siempre esta alerta al WhatsApp y la atencion es rapida y cordial.
Yo me aloje en una habitación con balcón y es magnífica.
El barrio y todo el hotel valen la pena.
Tiene lavadoras de ropa que a nosotros nos ayudaron mucho.
Lo unico raro es tener que pedir el cambio de toallas que no es automático.
100% recomendae

Lägenheten var högst upp, superfin utsikt från fönsterna, mysig i allmänhet.
Vi skulle dock ha fått 2 queen size sängar, men vi fick 1 queen size och 1 dubbel bäddsoffa. Våra tonårsbarn sov i bäddsoffan och den var så obekväm. Den ena fick sova med huvudet vid fotändan för att en bräda skavde i ryggen när hen låg åt rätt håll.
Vill man laga en lättare lunch eller middag så funkar det kanon på deras induktionshäll. Bra läge, apotek 2 min bort, barer och restauranger runt omkring och närlivs 5 min ifrån.
