Everything was excellent, clean and spacious room. Great area very well located.
Only cons - A/C was on winter mode and does not works. The room feels warm or hot and we have to open the windows which let enter the noise.
A recommendation is to let the mode of the A/C as each guests wanted to. If they wanted cold, let then select they're own temperature that feels comfortable to them.

The location was really great. There’s no reception or staff on site, but you can chat with their AI assistant 24/7. Check in was easy and I had no problems at all with communication. However there is a lot of noise from other rooms and from the street/square outside, and windows are not isolated from neither noise nor cold. I visited in November and it was very cold in the room especially at night, and you can’t turn the heating up because it’s regulated by the apartment building it’s part of. The rooms also have concrete floors so just not very cosy or nice to hang out there. Kitchen was good except for there not being a sink in the kitchen so you have to wash your dishes etc. in the bathroom, which seemed a little strange but manageable.

Was a bit nervous about not having a reception desk, but realized this was not an issue, it was a seamless process. And the Hotel was quick to respond via WhatsApp. The kitchen was lovely and they provided the needed plates, utensils, and pots, which really was a great substitute from all our eating out in Europe. Probably the easiest place to live, and it helped that it was located in the centre of a lively area, always a pleasure to walk out.

Great location, good communication about how to get in, and on extra charges for things like cleaning, which has to be ordered. Took us a while to work out how to get out of the security gates and on to the street. Kitchen area is a positive but a sink would round it off nicely as kettle has to filled slowly using mugs in the sink in the shower-room, but overall very happy, good stay, good value.

It was extremely noisy; sleeping at night was nearly impossible. On some days, the mayhem continued until 4 AM. We were also disappointed to find that, despite advertising a kitchenette, there was no hob in the room. That felt quite misleading.

Had we known this was a shared kitchen setup, we would not have booked. The shared kitchen had no window or proper ventilation, so our room ended up filled with strong smells like onion and garlic whenever someone decided to cook a late night meal. As a result, we had to open our window for fresh air, which only let in even more noise, making it impossible to get any rest.

I booked this property because of the reviews and high ratings. When we arrived, I was surprised that the concrete bedroom floor looked unfinished. No one has mentioned it in a review, and if you come from North America, you are used to carpeted or hardwood floors and not concrete. The bedroom floor wasn't properly cleaned, and the concrete floor looks dirty. I informed management right away via WhatsApp. The next morning, Maria came and had a look. She promised to have the floor cleaned again, which they did. The location is very convenient except that taxis/Uber have to drop/pick you off at the corner since the property is on a shopping street and no vehicles can come in. The property is on the 4th floor, and the hallways are carpeted and clean. The Wi-Fi is super strong, and each room has its own Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a concrete floor again, but it looks modern and updated. The beds were comfortable. There is a laundry area where they provide everything, including laundry bags and drying racks. Their customer service (Maria) and the rest of their team are easy to talk to and respond fast.

Overall, very happy with my stay. Highlights were the excellent service and cleanliness. As for areas of improvement, the bed could be a bit more comfortable, and I felt cold. No matter how much I tried to turn up the heating, I couldn’t manage it. It might have been my fault, but I couldn’t figure it out.

Although they suggest you walk barefoot in the room( I walked with white sport socks and they hot black). Thee were some returning sewage smell and I had to leave the bathroom fan/light on otherwise the smell was invading the room. Alarmist could not shower due to the smell of sewage.

Our stay in Bob W Chueca was very pleasant. The room is perfect for couples. The location of the hotel is super central, you can walk to the train station or you can also just walk around and find the tourist attractions. What I liked the most was the detail that Bob left us on the table when we arrived, which was a handwritten welcome card and some cookies. I personally liked that a lot. Communication with him was also very easy. Public Transportation from the airport to hotel was very easy as well. If there’s a chance for us going back to Madrid, Bob W Chueca would be our place to stay again. I would highly recommend you to stay there if you are planning on going to Madrid.

Great location-5 mins walk from Tribunal metro stn. and 10 mins from Gran Via. Hotel easy to find from Tribunal metro (not from Chueca metro stn). Access was easy following instructions.
Food supermarket by metro stn useful for supplies to stock up on.
Room was large but decor is not as bright as in photos. Did not like the dark stone floor.
Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was good with powerful shower.
My room was noisy through night caused by the air con units attached to the outside walls. Ear plugs definitely needed.
But the more good than bad points mean that I would stay again.

El no tener que llevar llave, tarjeta...es una ventaja. Con las claves entras sin problema y dan mucha seguridad.
La habitación tiene un tamaño correcto para dos personas, con todos los útiles que necesitas para tomar un café, comer algo tranquilamente en la habitación...
Los detalles que tienen con el huésped son geniales: café, champú acondicionador y gel, una bolsita reutilizable que puedes usar, dos esterillas para usar en el gym, etc.
Lo mejor es la comunicación. Pendientes de ti desde tu llegada y atentos a cualquier duda, pregunta o sugerencia que quieras hacerles.
El personal súper atento y amable!

Ideal place to base yourself for a trip to Madrid. Metro station a few minutes walk up the road, but major sites are all within walking distance. If you’re tired at the end of the day and don’t want to be around Plaza Mayor or Sol, there are many many bars and restaurants minutes away from the apartment.
The apartment is clean with all the facilities you need and more. Had a view over the square which was great for people watching. We had our own kitchenette but there is also a larger more equipped kitchen guests can share and access to a washing machine/dryer.
Luggage storage facilities too so if you have a late flight you can safely leave your bags there.
Not having a reception desk is not an issue, the key codes to access the building worked smoothly.
Great extra touches as well such as fruit and biscuits in your room when you arrive, spare charging cables, cotton wool, shower gel, cloth and washing up liquid. And not stingy with the loo rolls as I’ve experienced before in other apartments.
Communication really good with emails and a monitored WhatsApp.
Highly recommended and will use Bob again. Thanks to all the staff on site for a job well done.

We stayed here two nights and it was perfect! The location is 10/10⭐️So many shops and restaurants right outside the door. A Starbucks next door if you need a large coffee. We walked to the Museo del Pardo, the city center, the Market de San Miguel, and the palace. We only had one full day in Madrid so we squeezed a lot in. The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, the linens were great, and we felt safe in the building/room. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back.

Me he hospedado en el de Atocha y el de Chueca y la verdad que en términos de ruidos, es menos ruidoso el de Atocha y es más nuevito, me gusta más el de Atocha. Las habitaciones son más nuevas, espaciosas y más silenciosas. De todas maneras el de Chueca está muy bien ubicado.
Esta vez me ha parecido muy caro para lo que era, la verdad. Este hotel me gusta mucho en general porque la comunicación y la atención es muy buena y además son enérgicamente eficientes y sustentables.

This property is located in the middle of the Chueca area of Madrid. There’s lots of shopping, nightlife, and dining. Everything is very nearby and it’s a popular area, especially during the holidays. The apartment we had did not meet expectations. Let me start off with stating that it was a very secure building, clean great amenities, quick attentive responsive host, but we were very uncomfortable. It was tiny, cold, plain, loud and had very thin walls. We traveled with our 7 year old, so we stated we had 3 people. We were giving a tiny apartment with a double bed in a bedroom which wasn’t much bigger, and a pull out single sofa couch as the other sleeping area which was right in the kitchen. When it was open, there was barely any room to walk around to get to the bedroom. There was a tiny kitchen/dining area which was stocked, but absolutely no room. At night it was impossible to sleep with the noise coming from outside even at 3am, and the noise from the neighbors. You literally could hear everything the people next to us and they were just talking at a normal level. Honestly, it felt like a prison in there. We did not enjoy our stay. The hot water even ran out after 1 shower. I did reach out to the manager and they tried to change our room but they were fully booked. They did give us free breakfast, but I would never stay in this property ever again. Many things were beyond their control, so I don’t blame them. They were kind and responsive, but will never stay here again

Absolutely delightful place to stay and the best customer service I've had in any hotel. The hotel is right in the middle of the busiest district in Madrid and it's loud all night long. I would strongly recommend earplugs if you have a room with a view. Definitely planning on staying again in the future, lovely first time in Spain.

We knew the neighborhood would be noisy and that was fine with us. If you are sensitive to city noise, you should ask for a room in the back of the building.

I choose this location since it was near where my daughter lives. It also happens to be a great central location. As other reviews state, it is on a pretty busy street (no cars, just pedestrian). It is fairly noisy, but with the windows closed, not a problem. Anything you need/want is easily within walking distance.

The communication with Bob W. was a breeze. Responses to my inquiries were always within a few minutes and you feel like they really want to not only help you, but they want you to enjoy your stay!! Even when I didn’t read everything and asked about luggage storage. We had a corner room for 3. It was pretty warm in Madrid, so we took advantage of the a/c. Not sure much got into the bedroom, but we had cooler nights, so it wasn’t an issue. The shower had nice pressure! The shower is a smaller fit for those not familiar with Europe. No hair conditioner or shelves in the shower, but you can just put stuff by the sink. Towels are big! Bed was comfy. We would definitely stay again! In fact, I’m sure we will stay again! Thanks Bob!

Overall this worked well for our stay exploring Madrid. We were excited there was a shared laundry room, but the clothes took an entire day to dry on drying racks, and were still damp when we had to pack. The staff was all very nice. The area is very walkable on a pedestrian street with lots of shopping. It was nice there were yoga mats and a gym available. It’s a basic spot with some extra thoughtful amenities.

This was not inexpensive by any means but it wasn't expensive either. The price was fair for the location and room itself. I thought my stay was overall excellent and would not only recommend this hotel but would also stay again. The room was large, bed was comfortable and clean. While I only stayed 2 nights and did not use the kitchen area, I noticed it had everything one needs to cook. The area is in the middle of all the action and because of this it can be loud (even on the 4th floor), this did not bother me at all because I'm not a light sleeper.
I did find the bathroom was not spotless and there was some hair in the shower but again, this did not bother me because it seemed like an oversight rather than under cleaned. Check in was easy but it did take me a few minutes to actually find the building as there are no numbers posted and it was late at night so the gates were shut. It's a residential between located in between to store fronts.

I asked to get late checkout for free as I'm a Gold member in Hotels.com and in my reservation it was written that I'll get VIP access .
Even that late checkout was available (it was offered for money) the place representative refused and said \"I cannot tell you why hotels is giving you a different information, our own policy regrading late check-outs is the one I already gave you\"(only for pay) .
Also other \"Gold\" benefit \"1 Free beverage per person\" was not given .

The AC was not controlled by the room but thru the whole building. My apartment was hot I was sweating at night and couldn’t sleep. They don’t inform you of this before you rent. In addition, I did not receive any instructions to check in.
