Some of the rooms are very isolated and the pillows are very uncomfortable to sleep with. The staff were quick and helpful and I liked the nice breakfast included. While the area is not the most charming one it is practical as it’s very close to downtown.

El hostal está en remodelación del lobby y área de desayuno por lo que podrías encontrar un poco de polvo y sin acceso al elevador, los cuartos muy bien, esos pisos ya han terminado la renovación y aún huele a pintura nueva. Así que todo me pareció excelente!

( puede ser puntual , pero no dos días seguidos!!! Un Hostel de ésas dimensiones tiene que contar con servicio técnico de guardia en fin de semana o contrato de mantenimiento
El área de coworking es totalmente como una sala de comisaría y no hay otra opción de espacio que el restaurante, con una carta enfocada en un target de clientes muy limitada
Los únicos servicios en áreas comunes están escaleras abajo, ( en pésimas condiciones de mantenimiento!!) tanto para clientes del restaurante , Hostel y tal el gimnasio
Va de moderneo , mucha imagen pero faltan todos ésos detalles

Talvez o erro nem seja deles e sim meu , pois eu achava que seria diferente, fiquei em uma beliche super apertada na parte superior onde subir era uma gincana , realmente muito desconfortável, o banheiro era super sujo e o chuveiro era em um box que eu não conseguia nem me mexer , sem dúvida foi a minha pior experiência em hotéis nesse caso um hostel , os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e solícitos e a localização era.muito boa por isso não dei a pior nota possível , não gosto de comentários negativos maia esse não tem como eu não fazer , para que outras pessoas não passem os perrengues que eu passei

Para mi es uno de los mejores hosteles de Madrid, limpieza, trato de los recepcionistas, instalaciones. Lo único negativo esta vez es que el aire acondicionado estaba muy flojo y pase algo de calor las primeras horas de la noche.

Excelente hostel, atención y limpieza

Todo estuvo excelente, la atencion de la recepción inmejorable. Habitaciones nuevas, super limpias, cama comoda. Ventilada y buena climatizacion. Lo unico negativo es que dan solo una toalla de mano y si quieres de baño son 3 euros aparte.

Buena situacion y economico

El hostal esta muy bien, todo esta nuevo y esta muy centrico.
El precio es economico a dia de hoy y ademas entra un pequeño desayuno buffet en un comedor muy amplio y agradable.
La unica pega que le pongo es el olor de las tuberías en la habitacion.
En algunos momentos era bastante desagradable.
Tuvimos que comprar un ambientador.
La ducha es bastante pequeña tambien.

Bem localizado, atendimento prefeito exceto o jeito que atendente H... tratou um rapaz q ja estava no hostel solicitando o passaporte, sendo q estava em posse da chave de entrada de seu quarto.
O banheiro sujo e mal cheiro
Pedi cama debaixo e disseram q preferencia quem estava mais tempo (fiquei 26 a 29), porem o rapaz cama ao lado ficou hospedado apenas um dia e também nao responderam minhas mensagens.

Greit sted for et kort opphold i Madrid.
Frokost er inkludert, men det står ikke noe tidspunkt og 0730 var alt for sent når jeg skulle rekke et tog videre. Det burde absolutt vært mulig å ta frokosten tidligere.
Greit å kunne trekke for sengene, det gjør det mere privat. Men luften blit tett så det kunne kanskje vært greit med en mulighet for en liten lufteluke som hadde blåst inn litt frisk luft uten å være til plage.

No tenían mi reserva cuando llegué y me hicieron pagar. El ascensor no funcionaba y son casi 100 escalones con equipaje. El desayuno tienen una muy mala organización nunca habia nada y la camarera cubana carece de experiencia, motivación. El café eran 2 expresos.y un litro de agua. Mi cama no tenía cortina. En general regular la ubicación y el estado del hostel. El plato ee ducha es muy pequeño con las mamparas..

Vale a pena se for APENAS para dormir.

As acomodações tem certa privacidade, porém apenas dentro do possível, tendo em vista que você dividirá quarto com 14 pessoas e não há divisor entre os quartos e o banheiro, sendo este no final do corredor, ou seja, vai ao banheiro? Feche a cabine do vaso sanitário, mas todas as 14 pessoas saberão que estará ali dentro. Não há um microondas ou qualquer coisa do tipo caso precise, se quiser comprar algo na rua para comer no hostel tenha em mente que comerá gelado e em um espaço de coworking que não foi planejado para refeições.
