Really helpful concierge with tips on how to travel and ideas for restaurants and things to do. Also informed me that where I was heading was closed so I knew in advance.

Very clean and tidy room with great shower and facilities.

Lovely last-minute stay! Would highly recommend and would come back. Staff were incredibly attentive, accommodating, friendly, and helpful (from a phone adapter to bus passes, if you enjoy the personal touch of a boutique hotel - this delivered). The suite was beautiful: Juliet balcony opens onto a neighborhood street with gorgeous views down to a peek of the ocean, charming street with gas lanterns and 'storybook' historic Lisbon architecture. I enjoyed starting my day with a Nespresso coffee and sunrise view. Great location in the Alfama neighborhood: steps to the old streetcar line, coffee, restaurants, and a bodega within a 2 min walk makes everything easy. Quiet and safe location and hotel, locals are walking their dogs and taking kids to school in the morning, restaurants are full in the evening making the street active and safe but contained to local folks enjoying their time. Chic design, lobby and suites well appointed. The bathroom especially was enjoyable with a large all marble shower. I was really pleased with the wide array of lighting options in my room, making it possible to tailor the desired ambiance perfectly. If you find lighting to be a pain point in either direction (too much, or not enough) this suite is for you because you will really be able to adjust a great many fixtures to suit whatever mood you desire. Airport hotel 'shuttle' was convenient, reliable and on time - it's a limo cab they will arrange. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great spot!

This hotel was clean, modern and the attention to detail in the room was a nice surprise (such as a Welcome note, robes and slippers), along with a fridge with complimentary beverages and snacks. The Staff at the front desk literally met us at the door and helped with our suitcases, as well as gave us valuable information on restaurants and places to go. Great location for walking to places. Highly recommend!

Most amazing location in old town Alfama. Very clean facility, excellent breakfast. Staff were awesome, from breakfast team to front of house. Joana was great in giving recommendations, we did not regret any. If you can, stay here for an authentic, old Lisbon experience. Love this hotel and the chain.

This hotel was in the old part of Lisbon. Absolutely wonderful! Staff was so helpful and friendly. Don’t hesitate to book! But it is very hilly to walk and the trolley is nearby. Very old charm - which is what Lisbon is all about for us!

We only stayed 1 night, but it was quiet, clean, and safe. The staff were all very nice, especially Joana, the Guest Experience Manager who gave helpful recommendations for attractions and activities for the rest of our trip. The location is convenient - there is a restaurant right across from the hotel and others within close walking distance. It's important to note that only taxis can pick up/drop off right at the front of the hotel due to a private street, but it was not a huge issue. We unloaded our bags as far as the car could drop us off, and then the hotel staff helped us walk our bags to the front. When checking out of the hotel, we opted to arrange a taxi and it was able to pick us up right in front. Definitely would stay here again!

Lovely boutique hotel centrally located in Alfama. A bit hard to reach as it is in a historical district and Ubers are not allowed right up to the hotel, only taxi. Also walking in the neighborhood while lovely is also extremely confusing so we were often lost but learned to enjoy it. Overall, a wonderful experience

A lovely traditional hotel with very modern and beautiful rooms. Beds super comfortable. In a quiet alley away from the traffic and the tram 28 stop nearby. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice and lovely place as seating outside. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

My stay at Vicinni Alfama was truly wonderful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The breakfast was exceptional one of the best I’ve had offering a fantastic buffet selection along with hot dishes cooked to your preference.

The only minor downside was that my room was located near reception, and sound from the common areas occasionally filtered through, making it challenging to get a full night’s rest at times. If you’re a light sleeper or have difficulty sleeping, I recommend requesting a room on one of the upper floors for a quieter experience.

That being said, this was a small issue compared to the overall experience, which was excellent. I would still highly recommend this lovely place, and I am grateful for the fantastic hospitality!

We had a great experience at the Vincci Alfama. Rooms were clean, the whole staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast options and I was surprised by the free amenities. I left my blower and fortunately the room had one. Around the hotel there were a couple of restaurants and even more within 5 minutes or so. We felt very safe walking around.

What a truly amazing stay! Our stay at the Vincci Alfama was probably the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff were unbelievable! They were super friendly and so very helpful with recommendations regarding restaurants and places to see and things to do. Breakfast was fantastic, with cooked to order eggs complimented by a delicious buffet of breads, fruit and other items. And the rooms were very comfortable and wonderfully set up with a number of complimentary drinks and snacks. It was just the best! I cannot wait to return to Lisbon and stay here again!

From the first greeting to the end of our stay the staff were fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, location great, the rooms immaculate, very comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. The breakfast which is included was special, as the pastry chef is exceptional. It is worth the stay just for the breakfast! My favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve never slept better at a hotel and breakfast each morning was phenomenal. Staff is 15/10, they went above and beyond. I will say that I don’t recommend to anyone not physically fit, there are so many hills on slippery pavers. There is a trolly nearby but it’s pretty useless since it’s a bit of a tourist attraction and always packed

You will love it here

Our experience was fabulous. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgable, especially Joanna, Afonso and Pedro. They helped us in navigating the city. The hotel is attractive, the bed is comfortable, the neighborhood (Alfama) is very authentic, and the food is excellent. We also had free Champagne in the lobby whenever we wanted it. Our well-stocked mini-bar was free the first day, too. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay!!! We were greeted by señor Pedro M with champagne and dulces. The hotel is very well decorated with mirror/TV in the room. The mini fridge is filled with local drinks (free!!!). Brunch was spectacular (it was included in our reservation)!!!! Location is fabulous to explore Alfama and close to the train station to Poto!

This hotel was amazing for various reasons. From the time you walk in, the staff makes you feel so welcome and special. We were greeted with the friendliest of faces and a glass of champagne! We were seated to check in and spent time chatting and being given great recommendations. We felt so at home already. Our room was very clean and very modern. We really appreciated every detail about this boutique hotel. The breakfast options are fantastic and not just a typical buffet, they also have a menu to order off of. Overall, the staff is really what made our experience. Everyone we interacted with was nothing but lovely. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Lisbon.

What an absolute gem of a hotel. Warm and personal service from all staff from arrival to departure. Lovely welcome drink and even pasteis da nata and other nibblies in the beautiful and well appointed room. The breakfast was really really good from buffet choices to individually cooked egg items like omelettes and eggs florentine. The location was convenient for exploring the Alfama area and was fairly close to the waterfront and castle. There are lots of hills and the stones can seem slippery but the trolley or tuk tuks are good alternatives. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at São Vicente Alfama by TRIUS Hotels in Lisbon, Portugal, and it was an exceptional experience. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the delicious Portuguese draft drinks and snacks, with a variety of fresh and local options to choose from.

Amazing helpful staff. We arrived by taxi which were allowed to drop us off at the hotel, hired transfers and or rental cars have no access to the street near the hotel and it is a hilly cobblestone street to walk to, I would recommend arriving by taxi. The hotel is beautiful, awesome breakfast, clean comfortable room! We would definetly stay here again!

This was a ver nice new hotel, converted from an art school. A walk uphill is required to board an overcrowded tram in an extremely hot, humid and busy Old Town Lisbon.

My only complaint would be that when we needed a cab , a staff member, possibly the manager,

First off the rooms were so clean and I was given treats and a welcome drink in my room on arrival. ❤️ The service from all employees was the best I’ve EVER had at a hotel. The included breakfast had many choices and the food was wonderful! This hotel even found out I couldn’t make breakfast because of an early tour one morning so they packed me a breakfast and a coffee to take with me. I Loved this hotel!

We stayed here one night. It is a great location. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind. They took us up to our room and made sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was included and was great! Had cold food as well as a menu that you could order from including eggs, pancakes, and crepes. Location was very good and we were able to walk to many places. It is quite hilly around here, so something to be aware of. Overall, great experience and would stay again.
