We stayed here for one night and had a very nice experience. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and well located. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

DO NOT STAY HERE AS A FEMALE TRAVELER. I’m a woman who booked this hotel. It was a great stay until I was woken up by a male worker entering my room. I had a do not disturb sign out and the door was locked. He did not knock, he just let himself in. Thank goodness my husband was with me. The employee was not a cleaner, I believe he was the front desk person. Why would a front desk worker need to enter a locked room unannounced when it wasn’t past check in? There aren’t the normal safety latches in the hotel that prevent the door from being opened if you’re inside. I addressed what happened with the front desk person when I checked out and I think it was the same guy that entered my room. I felt so unsafe after this experience and checked out immediately. If you’re a solo female traveler BEWARE.

The hotel was well decorated and rooms spacious. However there was a sewage smell in the bathroom, perhaps older building and we were on first floor.

The hotel staff were great but the hotel is tired and in need of some modernization. The breakfast was good. Area around the hotel is busy and noisy and not much immediately around the hotel. However close to the Elevador Baixa to get from the Baixa area to the Rua Madalena.

Hotel in a good location with lots of eating places close by. All attractions within walking distance. Breakfast taken in cafe underneath hotel but a very strange concept and terrible cold filtered coffee. It was quite laughable as you could trade your orange juice or bread roll in for a fruit bowl which looked nothing like the photo and was not enjoyable. Despite trading in bread roll you were still given ham, cheese, butter and Jam. Don’t try and grab breakfast earlier than 7.30 even if you have an early flight as there is no flexibility.
Despite the breakfast fiasco we liked the hotel as reception staff really welcoming and kind and rooms lovely. We had a superior room on 3rd floor which was roomy, comfortable and quiet. Would recommend but breakfast needs some tweaking and filtered coffee needs upgrading.

From the moment we walked in the door until checkout the service was exemplary. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The hotel was close to many transportation, sights and convenience stores. There is a large market Pingo Doce a few minutes walk away. Many restaurants and Gelaterias. Our room was clean, a bit small for US standards but had very good AC. Amenities are adequate. Elevators are small. Breakfast was included, in the restaurant located in the basement of the hotel (street level), it was excellent quality and plentiful. Overall a very good experience. This is an older hotel, not luxury but definitely has enough to offer at a reasonable price.

Adored this hotel! The staff really make this place. Huge thanks to the ladies on reception who couldn't do enough for us and to the manager at checkout who was brilliant. Great room, fantastic location, close to everywhere, including being round the corner from Bifanas do Afonso. Plus, we had one of the best breakfasts ever at the hotel. The chef and lady serving at the till were so great! Can't recommend this place enough. Five stars all round. Highly recommended.

Our stay was excellent, the location was perfect, quiet but still very much walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants, shops, etc. Can't say enough good things about the staff either, as soon as we've let them know that our flight back got cancelled, Bernard, the manager, did not hesitate for one sec to help us out (he offered a late check out if need be). We ended up staying an extra night and they were very accommodating. Everything was clean everytime we came back to our room at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again next time we find ourselves in Lisbon!

All the front desk was so helpful. speacially the very first day of my Lisbon, Jessica the front desk receptionist welcomed me very well and provided me all the useful information. She arranged laundary me, was great help for me.
All the night evening staff and evening staff was really helpful. Its my bad i wanted to mention every single staff member name but unfortunately i forgot the name. All girls and one guy front desk all really good.
Only one thing made me disappointmnet was not having coffee machine and a small refregerator in the room. i did not know that if i choose COSY room option then i am not getting coffee machine and refrigerator. For me both are very basic necessatiies when you stay in the hotel. Regardless the price ofthe room, both these items should be in the room. I can not imagin my life without coffee. Yes they have one coffee machine on ground floor but it is not same as having coffee right away in the room when you wake up.
Restaurant- Loraine the front desk desk help at restaurant was very polite, humble and very accomodating. The only one thing i need to add the option c Vegan breakfast not enough for a person. Choices are not as of option A but at same price.

A great stay — a very new facility, situated in the most ideal and perfect location. Near Rossio square, harborfront, Rua Augusta, St. George's Castle etc. Rooms were spacious, and bathrooms were large and sumptuous. Very good breakfast provided in attached coffeeshop. This was an amazing hotel, a great value. Shout out to Front Desk's \"Maria,\" she was gracious and friendly and very helpful, she helped me with a cab ride and directions, etc. And provided me with a \"to go\" breakfast on the morning I was checking out. This place is a \"10.\"

I loved that I was so close to everything I wanted to do! During my Lisbon stay, I only had to Uber from the airport upon arrival and to the train upon my departure, though I'm sure I could have figured out the metro.
Also, I had a birthday during my stay, and as I was checking out, I was told that they had prepared something special for me at breakfast that I couldn't enjoy because of my travel schedule. I loved that they took the time to notice!

Really cool, small, and new boutique property in the middle of Lisbon. Property is really clean and well-equipped. Rooms are small as expected for a boutique hotel in an older building, but they're very well furnished and modern with USB ports and plenty of power. Location is beyond perfect. Walkable to everything including metro and long distance train stations. Staff seemed genuinely happy to see you whenever you came back and when you checked in/out.
