The room was great...very spacious. The hot tub was excellent, especially after a day of hard skiing. Our only challenge was negotiating the logistics of the hotel and figuring out how to get to the hot tub and then return to our room. There was a lot of walking once we figured things out. The property could use another stairwell or elevator.

The Village was beautiful! Location fantastic! Two minute walk to the FREE gondola. Spectaular ten minute ride to the Canyon Ski Lodge. This particular unit was very nicely decorated and equipped. The ONLY thing I didn’t like is that there is no view from the room. Its surrounded with buildings. Very enclosed. The sky is barely visible. To enjoy Mammoth you need to leave the room. Which isn’t such a bad thing ;)

I have stayed at this property three times. The first two times it was excellent clean efficient staff high-quality furniture. This stay it was the complete opposite unit was dirty, a number of things were broken, and the staff was not at all engaged or helpful. I likely will not go back to this property.

Condo was perfectly appointed with nice sheets and towels, dishware and pots and pans. The location is absolutely perfect for jumping on the gondola and getting up to the mountain. Love the underground parking! And the best part was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

We had a late check in and were tired after a 6 hour drive . Our room was clean , but hiding was a mess of issues . Tub stopper didn’t lock to hold water and after a long drive a soaking bath sounded really nice, didn’t happen. Bedroom fan didn’t work along with both land phones. Kitchen sink wouldn’t drain due to garbage disposer not working and toilet would flush intermittently . Luckily we didn't spend too much time in the room, but for the price and quality this resort is know for , we were disappointed . When I brought a couple of these issues that we noticed the first night to the attention of the front desk , they were very nice and sent someone the next day to fix the fan and tub drain. The other issues came about the second day before checking out . I was offered a return of resort fees , which was good . I really felt a one night comp would have been justified , but after requesting that I was turned down . We’ve stayed here before and didn’t have any issues , so needless to say we were disappointed of the overall condition of this suite .

This town and surrounding area of 100 miles is absolutely gorgeous in the Fall, particularly between Oct 1 and Oct 20.
The condo is very clean with just the right accessories. There is coverd parking underground with roll up gate.
Good option of dinning just downstairs within very short walking distance. Additional dinning within 5 minutes drive.

Our room was in need of some serious renovating. The blinds were broken. The ceiling fan was broken. The clickers did not work…I’m assuming they needed new batteries. We had to call maintenance up to light our pilot light on the fireplace. The shower curtain only covered half the shower.
With that said about the room, the front desk was helpful and maintenance was prompt and efficient. The lobby was nice and it always smelled so nice when you came in. Parking is a nightmare especially if you have a big car. We ended up parking across the street on the street the last day. That worked well.

I love that you have access to the parking garage, as parking in the area is otherwise quite difficult to find and/or expensive. I love having a full kitchen with all the dishes you would need. The front desk staff was very friendly upon check-in (we arrived pretty late - close to 10pm). The Wi-Fi was pretty strong. I enjoy having a balcony (although in the mornings ours wall in full sun so we couldn't use it without being blinded, but the one on my last visit was wonderful). I do wish the towels were softer (they're very scratchy) and wish that the TV was hooked up to the internet so that visitors could log in to things like Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc. The remote was very difficult to use. It was quite warm and there wasn't any air conditioning or fans in the main living space so we opened windows but then we really heard all the noise of drunks late at night and celebrations very early in the morning from events going on in the area. The couch is also pretty uncomfortable. I will likely stay again, due to the convenience of the location, however for the price I do wish some of these issues could be improved upon.

Stat read 76deg set for 70 felt like 109.
Master bed; mattress did fit the frame, left a let of exposed timber. Also the frame is loose and creaks heavy all night..
Too hot poor bed and creaky with some running event finishing at5:15am….
So u comfortable bed, unbarebly hot and a massive amount of noise outside to the pleasure of few to the detriment of many….

We had made this trip to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary. I was very surprised by such a beautiful place, very nice, comfortable and clean! would definitely stay here again! I was on the other hand disappointed that our fireplace had been turned off for summer, but have to thank Kaetlyn for going above and beyond to help us be comfortable.
