This place has no stairs at all. If you park under ground, have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to floor one. Breakfast is also downstairs. So if any mobility issues, this is not the hotel for you. Also pumped/sprayed a floral smell into the halls.

Front desk was not friendly at all. Didn’t even look up from their phones when you’d pass by. Breakfast - none on one day, eggs (were rubber), sausage, waffle maker and breads only on second day. Room - huge gaps in the floor tile, when I showered, the shower doors kept rolling open because the floor was uneven. Had to pull multiple hairs out of the sheets, was gross. Has heat, has AC, window opened, bed was fine. Was close to a bus stop to head up the mountain, good proximity to downtown if you have a car. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Very poor stay. Luke warm water at best in the shower, also very confusing to find where the hot water even was. Room had trash left in it. TV remote wouldn’t work, tried 5 different remotes through the front desk, none of them worked. The they moved us rooms. The new rooms had hot water but also, so hard to find where it gets hot. Next morning the breakfast was supposed to be at 6:30 but the woman didn’t show. They offered 20$ refund but I haven’t gotten it yet. Nobody was rude or anything but they just seemed to be low staffed (no maintenance man, no breakfast person) and things just weren’t working well. For 180$ for one night mid-week, this was a big disappointment.

The room was clean and nice but...there is no elevator here and when we asked if we could have a room on the first floor, we were informed there were no options \"in our category\" (booking through hotels.com) even though the hotel was not fully booked. We went down to breakfast 15 min before end time and there were no eggs and they said \"no eggs for today.\" The breakfast area is in a dark basement next to the indoor hottub. Will not be staying here again especially with options in town for nearly the same price.

Cleaning services were not done timely. Went out for skiing at 8:00am and back to the hotel at 4:00pm during my stay but the service was not done and my family waited in the lobby till done for more than 30 min. The reception staff was also horrible. Not helpful to resolve the issue and said the janitors left already so my room couldn’t be serviced while they were cleaning other rooms.

we stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights but the room staff don't change the linen or fitted sheets everyday. I also noticed that they dont clean the bathroom either eventhough you requested for a room clean up. They only changed the towels. Breakfast and coffeee or teas are free but expect the same menu everyday. It would be better if they at least offer some variety. The aircon is also annoying. It's very loud as it goes on and off automatically with room temp. setting. Location wise is good. i hope they can improve with this review.

The property met our needs but with no extra frills. Room was clean, just old and dark, with thin walls- updating would be nice. Chair was broken and some lights didn’t work. Bed was comfortable. Dining area is in the basement. Underground parking is nice but you’ll need 4 wheel drive or chains to get out if there’s snow/ice. Close to bus stop and restaurants.

As a first time Best Western customer:
1)Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful.
2)Room was average--heating unit was louder than expected and not easy to sleep through.
3) Fridge didn't keep items cold
4) Not many channels available on tv
5) On last day no breakfast was available, only cereal and stale bread. No advanced notice or reason why
6) On last day, I was told pipe broke and no water for the day.
7) When we arrived at 4:30pm that day, housekeeping had just started to clean room. We were tired from skiing all day and said just empty garbages, as we're tired.
8) Floors were dirty but nothing was cleaned earlier in the day.
9) Shower was nice, hot and powerful. Please fix the wall around the shower head
10) Some dresser drawers didn't work properly
11) Difficult to take luggage to underground parking since there are no elevators and when it snows, there was no choice but to muscle two 30\" suitcases down the 15 stairs.
12) Blankets and covers insufficient for current temps which are in the low 20's.

Unfortunately, for the room price, the positives didn't outweigh the negatives so we will look elsewhere on our Mammoth trips this season. thank you.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property, the first time they ran out of hot water but I just chalked it up as bad luck and things like that happen. On the second day of our stay this time the complimentary breakfast bar was empty. The front desk said the worker called in and there would be no breakfast. What, one person calls in and the whole kitchen closes down. The complimentary breakfast is key for a family travelling with kids and the reason I choose to stay here over other similar hotels in the area that do not offer this. I understand now that this property is run with a skeleton crew, I will not be booking this place again.

We had a great stay. Big room, comfortable beds, convenient breakfast and great location. Only downsides were we had the room closest to the lobby and the after hour phone/kiosk was very loud and woke us up. Also only one person at a time could toast their breakfast bread. In the room: the walls were dirty and the ceiling had a weird spot on it. The tv kept wigging out, but im just assuming that was bc of the area and the reception.

It was inconvenient to have only stairs as an option to get to my room. Im glad im able to do stairs bo problem but if i had my elderly grand mother with me, that wouldve sucked. Also, the breakfast was downstairs and super weird. Felt a little bit creepy, it felt like a basement.

Some of the staff was nice but there were a couple that looked annoyed to be there.

Other than that, yes i would stay again, bc its was a decent price and didnt have to pay a ton to be in mammoth.

Everyone was very friendly to me and my family during our stay. I had no problems and would stay here again in the future. There was one thing that did take us aback though. The lady that cooked breakfast did confront a teenaged kid about the food that he was taking. He told her that \"it was his moms birthday and he was taking her breakfast in bed\". The worker then told him he was not allowed to get food for himself and that he had to leave. Obviously, there could be something else going on that I was unaware of, but from the outside looking in this seemed quite unnecessary.

You get what you pay for.

I’ve stayed here before and I knew what I was paying for. A few things stood out this time that made it a little underwhelming. There were random tissues left in the room. As if someone had blew their nose and just left them on a counter that housekeeping missed. Then there was an empty can of an alcoholic beverage that was on the floor behind the bed. Again, it’s the best western, so I wasn’t expecting magic, but at least a clean room upon arrival would’ve been nice. The last complaint was that the jacuzzi wasn’t even filled with water. After a long day of boarding I really do enjoy a nice soak in the jacuzzi. We weren’t notified before or upon arrival that the jacuzzi wasn’t operating. Would have been nice to know beforehand, as that would have altered where I stayed.

Went out here for a ski trip and we had another place with friends but ended up being too many people so we got this place and it was very confortable and close by to our lift could’ve fixed the parking lot had way too much ice but it was still nice
