Functional but basic

Functional and quiet and clean enough. Floor was a little dirty and bathroom was small and very hot. No A/C during a heat wave meant we had to leave the windows open and use the provided fan. (This isn’t uncommon in Northern Europe.) It was basic and usable but I don’t plan to return if we can find a better room elsewhere. Location is super close to the train station and an easy walk to old town.

Budget hotel so don't expect too much. The room is ok sizewise, the bed is very good. Cleanliness was good too.

But ask for a room in the back because the front is on a noisy avenue and there is no ventilation system. So its either open window for air with the noise, or closed window without airing.
The bathroom was ok but smelled of moist.

This is a budget hotel, saying that the room was spotless, a good size with plenty of power points and a working tv. The bath was really clean with added extras such as tissues, shower gel and hand wash plus a huge lighted mirror and a small but powerful hairdryer. Really impressed especially for the price.

Inexpensive, clean, bright, convenient, no frills

The price and convenience to the train station was excellent. It wasn't a "seedy" neighborhood either. The place was clean and perfectly fine as a clean, warm, bright place to stay. I didn't see an elevator, and there are no extras that I saw outside of a hairdryer.

We were as far as i know not given a notice on when the cleaning staff went by our room or a hanger to signal occupancy. First day they knocked on the door around 9:00 when we were still in bed. As far as we could see there was no visit during the rest of the day. Second day they came and we were ready (but still inside) around 9:00 but they didnt refresh towels. The option to chance the tv input was closed off digitally so we could not cast on the tv, the front desk said it was indeed not an option. For the rest its just what you see is what you get.

Travelodge type hotel in great location for boarding the train the next day and easy walk into the beautiful old town. Moaz on reception was very helpful and suggested trying the traditional Dom Keller to sample the local beers, which had a fantastic atmosphere.

Practical hotel opposite station

This is a a practical hotel opposite the rail station and several bus stops. It’s good value with a good breakfast for a reasonable charge. The walls are not thick and it can be noisy.

This is not a fancy hotel. It is very basic but does that very well. Spotless bath and beds. All amenities one needs. We had a three bed room and it was spacious, perfect for mom/dad and one child. Excellent location by Aachen HBF.

It is basic, but it so handy for the train station. The room is small, but fine, the bathroom is also fine. It's just fine. It's all fine. Comfier chairs would be nice (maybe fine?), but for €50-odd a night, you could do a lot worse.

I find hotel breakfasts, the participants, really depressing, so just used to pop 30 meters around the corner and get coffee and a roĺl from the bakery nearby. The location really is great.

Nice(ish) staff, they communicated to me in a language I've never heatd before.

If you're waiting for a train, there's a cracking bar seconds away.

I'd go back quite happily.

Downside, the check-in time is balls. You cant even drop your bags so have to use lockers at the staiom.

Booked it for a week of Holiday in Aachen. Good location, friendly desk staff.
Some not so nice points: room didnt get cleaned all the week. Only new towels provided and bin emptied.
Breakfast was alright, but overbooked. Far to small breakfast area with max 25 seats but possibly at least 50 bookings. You had to join the queue for a table...

Around the hotel: good options for a quick snack. Very good breakfast options just next to the Hotel with the Moss Bakery!

Conveniently located hotel within walking distance to the city center, and right across from the train station. Somewhat noisy at night because of that, but no big deal. The rooms are big, but basic. No kettles, refrigerators, microwaves, or anything like that. Not even a kettle in the common area for hot water. No cleaning service, and limited front desk staff.

Inter railing trip stopover.

I was inter railing so being 50 yards from the Hauptbahnhof at a reasonable price was excellent. Decent restaurants and cafes around and lots more in the Altstadt. Nice city too.

Literally bare bones offering. The location is excellent and that is what you're paying for. This place has zero amenities and the one sole staff member at the reception definitely slspt through her customer service orientation week. Zero wath towards guests. If you are desperate for the location and staying for a a couple of days max, go for this. Anything more, find someplace else for a better return on your money. Not even a coffee machine at this place.

We usually use Accord/ Ibis chain of hotels… this time we said let’s give Bestprice Hotel a chance ! Although the cost of rooms was almost the same as Ibis.
The receptionist Richard was very professional and courteous .
Best price, could be s great competitor to Ibis if they manage to get good and professional customers nit like the rif raf we have seen during our stay.

We stayed two nights and thought it was ok and could use the hotel again on further travel.
The second night was terrible as we found out that the hotel’s soundproofing is just terrible.
The other guests above our room or could be next to our room were extremely noisy we couldnt get to sleep!
We called a hotel number ( as the front desk closes at 10 pm and nobody on duty after 10 pm!) to report this but We explained that someone has to do sonething unfortunately he did not seem to have done anything and the tumult and racket continued until past 2 am with a different type of noise the sexual intercourse of the couple above .
If you do not mind tumult and noise it is fine to stay here if not find another place .
Finally a note on the car park space in a dirty courtyard with a very narrow gate but the courtyard is full of broken refuse bags the tenants of the adjacent building leave outside the refuse drums!!! See pictures.

Worst "Hotel" that I've ever experienced.

When I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 AM, the doors were locked and I couldn't get inside. I had to pay for a locker at the train station to store my luggage. When I came back at 13:30 PM, the employee at the desk very rudely told me to wait outside, and they refused to speak with me until exactly 14:00 PM. To make matters worst, none of the staff at the hotel were wearing masks, so they are clearly not taking this pandemic very seriously.

Avoid this hotel.

Der Preis war sehr günstig. Sauberkeit ging so. Lage ist top. TV ging nicht. Seltsamer Geruch im ganzen Haus. Im Bad gab es zumindest immer heißes Wasser.
Für eine Nacht OK, länger würde ich nicht machen.

深い浴槽ありとの説明があったのでこのホテルに決めましたがシャワーだけでした。
チェックインしてすぐに伝えましたが取り合ってもらえませんでした。
これはExpediaの問題かホテルの説明不足かわかりませんがリラックスするための重要な条件をないがしろにする態度に不審感でいっぱいです。

Leider hatte ich dieses Mal das Zimmer 202. das Zimmer hat keinen Zugang zum Lift. Ich musste meinen Koffer die Treppe runter tragen!, Ich bin 85 Jahre alt und das war für mich beschwerlich. Ich bin zum vierten Mal im Best Price gewesen. Für mich ist die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ausschlaggebend für meine Buchung. Im Allgemeinen ist es für mich okay. Und ich werde wieder im Best Price absteigen.

Praktisch omdat het dicht bij het station is. Verwacht geen service. Bijvoorbeeld de receptie zat dicht bij aankomst en telefoon nummer (op de deur) werd niet beantwoord. Medewerker was even koffie drinken. Vervelend na een reis van 4,5 uur.
Personeel bij ontbijt ook onverschillig.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a estação de trem, ponto de ônibus e ponto de táxi. Em relação ao estabelecimento, é antigo, mas suas condições são boas, os funcionários são solicitos e dispostos. A limpeza é média, trocam a toalha qdo solicitado e não limpam o chão todos os dias, só trocam o cesto de papel. Não senti cheiro de cigarro, havia uma placa de proibido fumar em minha porta. Camas e travesseiros confortáveis.Aoesar da localização , não houve incomodo com barulho.Voltaria novamente com certeza. Bom custo/benefício.

Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber. Wände bräuchten unbedingt einen Anstrich. Die Bettwäsche war beschmutzt, undeutige flecken auf Larken. Auf dem Fussboden waren einige Fussel. Die Duschtür/Vorhang auswechslung nötig.

OK budsjettval

OK val om du reiser på budsjett. Nær togstasjonen, men eit stykke frå bykjernen. Ingen aircondition, så det kan bli veldig varmt om sommaren. Vi fekk rom ut mot vegen, som gjorde at vi ikkje kunne lufte om natta pga. trafikken. Frukosten var grei.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt bei Reise mit der Bahn ist die Lage am Hauptbahnhof prima. Zimmer ausgestattet mit Bett, Schreibtisch, 1 Stuhl, Kleiderbügeln - alles sauber und absolut okay für den Preis. Bad: Klein, aber sauber, Dusche funktioniert gut. Becher fürs Zähneputzen muss man mitbringen (wenn man möchte). Alles in allem als spartanisch, aber vertretbar - und preislich dann auch okay. Frühstück im Haus: einfach. Preis 8,90 Euro ist da auch noch okay, weil Kaffeeautomat mit Wahlmöglichkeiten bereitsteht und Trinkbares liefert.

Sommartid vs vintertid?

Bra läge mitt emot stationen. Tyvärr jobbar hotellet med andra tider än angivet och komminicerat vid incheckning - 20 Minuter innan utcheckningstid kommer jag upp till mitt rum och möter öppen dörr med mitt bagage synligt från korridoren. Ingen personal på hela etaget att fråga vad som försigår, lobbyn inte heller bemannad den tiden på dagen.

Bezieht sich ausschließlich auf das Zimmer (Frühstück habe ich nicht wahrgenommen):
Einfaches und sauberes Hotel ohne Schnickschnack. Hat alles, was man braucht und auch nicht mehr (also Bett, Tisch mit Schrank, einen Stuhl, einen Fernseher und das Bad mit Waschbecken, Dusche, Toilette und Föhn).
Die Sauberkeit war super.
Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Unkomplizierter Check-in und auch außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten möglicher Check-out.

Für eine Nacht genutzt. Die sehr kurze Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof und dem örtlichen ÖPNV des Hotels war mir sehr wichtig.
Mein Zimmer war sauber, aber nur mäßig ausgestattet (kein Tresor, Fön oder Wasserkocher).
Als meine Zimmer-Zugangskarte mal nicht funktionierte, konnte mir schnell mit einer neuen Karte geholfen werden.
Preis ist unschlagbar. Top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Perfekte Lage aber im nicht so guten Zustand

Die Lage ist wunderbar. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber von Aachen Hbf und fußläufig in der Nähe von Innenstadt. Allerdings ist das Gebäude alt und der Zustand des Hotel ist nicht so gut.

perfektes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer für eine Nacht gebucht. Ausschlaggebend für die Wahl waren Lage und Preis. Die Lage ist direkt gegenüber des Hbf perfekt. Ins Zentrum hat man zu Fuss max. 10 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind spartanisch dekoriert und eher ungemütlich, es ist aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alles schien frisch renoviert zu sein und war in gutem Zustand. Bei einem Zimmerpreis von 45 Euro ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis perfekt. Gerne wieder.

가격이 정말 싸지만, 룸 청소 전혀 되지 않는데, 아침 9시에 문두드립니다. 너무 심해서 rossmann에서 슬리퍼사서 신었어요. 엘레베이터는 있지만 캐리어2, 사람2이면 꽉차요. 중앙역에서는 정말 가까우니 1박정도만 추천합니다.

駅に近いホテルです。とても便利でリーズナブルな価格です。クーラーが付いていないこと、部屋によってはエレベーターでアクセスしにくいことが難点です。部屋は清潔にしてありますが、高いレベルを求められる方にはお勧めできないかもしれません。受付は非常に簡素ですが、問題ないと思います。
