Great Resort in Nusa Dua.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Stayed 8 nights with wife and 3 kids aged 14 12 and 8 in the 3 bedroom 3 bathropm auitw with private pool. Amazing room, abosulutelu huge.
The only downside of the resort is the lack of variety in restaurants (only 1) or the menu at the restaurant not changing to create variety.

Positives: The facilities were good and the staff were excellent, particularly the breakfast staff.
Negatives: The toilet plumbing and mould smell in our room was terrible from the moment we arrived. The hotel technicians attempted to resolve the issues, however, they were only masking the underlying problems. This made our stay in the room unbearable.
It would have been nice to have better/more plant-based options for lunch and dinner, to avoid eating elsewhere.
Overall, I'm not sure if I would return to this hotel, unless the standard improved.

Such a wonderful place to stay! From arrival all the staff were so incredibly lovely and helpful especially with our three kids age 5 and under. Room was very big and spacious and always immaculate, the cleaning crew did such a wonderful job and left a beautiful set up for my birthday it was truly special! Plus a beautiful slice of cake delivered on my birthday. Kids club was fantastic all the kids loved it! Food at buffet was great and ranged changed daily, pool was fantastic and always seats to sit on! Great location to, super close to other food and markets and out the back entrance great massages and circle k. Amazing place to stay!

We got the room with pool and it is on the ground floor, lots of ants attracted to the fruits or sugar packet for coffee. The shower is not easy to adjust and water splashes every where. It is very large space and the pool area is nice. Hotel room need to be updated but otherwise ok.

We stayed in a suite with kids aged 15&13. Kids slept on a sofa, not sofa bed. Luckily we asked for an extra bed and this was granted at no extra price. Beds were comfortable and rooms were cleaned daily. The bathroom composition was not ideal. The shower head was positioned very low. There was mould around the edges of the windows.
The breakfast choice was extensive. The western breakfasts were not the best but the Indonesian options were great.
The staff was excellent. Attentive to everything and going out of their way to assist. Shuttle service for the beach and for the Bali Central were convenient and regular.

Novatel was lovely, clean rooms and spacious. Pool was great for the kids as it had a volleyball net and basketball ring. A short distance down the road had shops, pharmacy and good restaurants that were affordable. The kids club was great and beautiful staff who looked after the kids.

Amazing stay in an apartment. Only downside was bad design of bath tub. Hard to get in and out of bath. Water went everywhere and on the floor whoch made it slippery despite shower curtain being there. Not for children, less abled or disabled. Amazing breakfast spread.

Bathrooms not very clean and plumbing had some odors. When you're paying close to 6M IDR per night you'd expect alot more for the price paid.

Loved the hotel! For the value for money I couldn’t fault it. We needed 3 bedrooms and I wanted our own pool in a resort. It is an older style hotel but that was part of the charnWe stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with a private swimming pool and it was HUGE!!
The resort pool was fabulous. Nice and big and lots of nooks and crannies to keep the kids entertained. No pool slides which tbh I enjoyed as it made the pool nice and relaxing and probably more quiet than other resorts might have been.
Buffet breakfasts were amazing, the lunch at the pool & room service were great and big variety.
The spa was incredible - do the 2.5 hour Spa Sampler - you won’t be disappointed.
The staff were so responsive - whether it was a phone call or WhatsApp any issues or questions were addressed immediately
The hotel grounds are lush and lovely
The kids club had great activities and my kids picked and chose what they did but they loved going and made some great friends at kids club - my kids ages 5 & 7.
My 2.5 yo also loved it but had to be accompanied with an adult/our nanny.
The beach was a 2 minute shuttle ride to the beach club - the beach was fabulous and the 30 min massage I got at the beach was incredible too.
The location of the hotel was great - a 5 min free shuttle to the Bali Collection (or a $5 Gojak if that was full or time didn’t suit) or a 5-10 minute walk along the road to some restaurants etc.

Novotel will cocoon you, find your inner butterfly

Just landed after a 14 hour flight to Singapore then another 3 hours to Bali. Ideal location to recover from jet lag. The hotel wants to keep you cocooned in their environment. Nusa Dua is an enclosed environment with at least 6 up market hotels controlling the beach front and local area. I asked for a map of the local area, not available, but if you walk out the rear entrance you are immediatly in real Bali, hustle and bustle, a large choice of restaurants and blue bird cabs waiting to pick you up. Get out and explore. would also recommend GWK cultural park (n.b. there aren't any taxi ranks to get back, ask your taxi to wait, visiting time 1-2hours) and a walk along the beach (turn right when facing the sea) leads to a hindu temple on the cliff top.

Between this resort and the Novotel in Benoa we preferred the more intimate Benoa. However nusa doa is very convenient for the beaches shopping and just bring able to note conveniently travel to other areas of the island quickly. Both are goodn in their own way, we recommend staying at both

We had a two bedroom room with a private pool. Room was very spacious with a little kitchenette, which was useful for light lunches. We had breakfast included which had loads of options to choose from.

Within walking distance were a lot of different restaurants for dinner. About a 10min walk is Bali Collection which had a range of shops and restaurants as well.

To get to the beach, a shuttle runs every 5 mins. Quite a few sun lounges and a lovely beach. Drinking water is a little pricey, compared to supermarket prices, so be sure to bring enough with you.

A great hotel with very friendly staff. We had a wonderful holiday and would go back.

We had pool view room which carries a bit of noise, but didn’t worry us. The grounds are beautiful, pool is great and deck chairs fill up early. Bottom level pool is quite a big step to get in it if.
room is very dated and smells at times (musty type sewer smell). Serviced every day which is great for fresh towels and more needed toilet paper!
Staff are absolutely beautiful, pool side service especially, we loved Yuda & Yuka who were so cheerful and thoughtful & great to chat to.
Food was ok at restaurant, Pause cafe was better.
Good walking access from rear of hotel to convenient stores, laundry service, cheaper massage/spa’s. Walking distance from front of hotel to other restaurants and street markets. Staff easily arrange taxis if needed.
The Accor membership if worth buying for food/drink discounts, we had family of 4, so $150AUD outlay is worth it
The beach club is a bit disappointing, toilets, not very nice. The beach itself had a bit of rubbish washed up but overall a nice, day. very strong current to swim in. Free shuttle back-and-forth was great and went every 15 minutes.

Overall experience with my family was great and can not wait to go back for tge next holiday. We appreciate the great smile of the staff and willingness to assist us during our stay. The Square restaurant is an \"okay\" for overnight stay breakfast buffet. The served food was below my expectations compare to other Novotel I have been stayed worldwide. Their main serving mostly rice dishes and noodles. We loved our 2 bedroom suite we stayed in as the porch gave us the relaxing afternoon listening to the chirping birth and feeling the cool breeze while having our cup of tea. The In balance spa staff is well accommodating but I hope their hair spa is more restful if client is on a lying or slightly head down for treatment for more relaxing pampering instead of a barber type chair in a salon. Their massage bed with hole was an okay but needs to be sanitized as it's smelled pungent during our massage. It was like a someone sweat stayed on a surface of the head area. The Koi ponds was pretty and nice to sit on a nipa hut while having a slow day relaxing.Appreciated the provided Spring drinking water as our thirst quencher and kept us hydrated. Yeah, the Novotel beach access was the Best part of our stay. We stayed not for the pool experience but for the OCEAN therapy. Thank you!

Loved the staff and grounds. We had a 1 bedroom suite which was very spacious. Only complaint is the kitchen needs to be stocked better and the bathroom was really past it used by date. The grounds and pool was great. Room kept very clean by excellent housekeeping staff. Meal we had in dining room was not the best and cold we ate out after that. 21percent added on to meals and drinks makes it pricey to.eat and drink at hotel. All in all will definitely stay there again. Lovely friendly staff couldn’t ask for better.

This is the type of hotel for fat slobs that want to sit around a pool. I could do that at home. Everything is expensive and you would have no idea you were even in Bali if it were not for the signs. Even the coconuts there are wrapped in plastic.

The grounds of this hotel are amazing, very lush and tropical. The shuttle bus to the private beach is great, we felt very safe and looked after. We are a family of 5 and the 2 bed 2 bath room was perfect!
The staff were so welcoming and helpful.
We found the bathroom in our bedroom tired but still tidy enough.
Overall a great stay for our first time in Nusa dua

Huge property but not well-maintained.
1) no USB charging ports only two ports in the two-room suite got one multi plug charger (from hotel on refundable deposit fee) then used our plug to charge phones. Huge issue if you have multiple phones and other devices like smart watches too.
2)The kids club was just for namesake half the toys were broken, there was foosball table that didn’t work n few ride along cars n other stuff. 3)The breakfast buffet was okay had western local n the Indian (not the same as Indian) tasted like it was going thru a budget cut. Three restaurants but all had almost same menu.
4)Had booked the hotel as it had a pool with the room but it was a rather small splash pool and it wasn't even clean, leaves kept falling off the roof n cobwebs on the statue pouring water into it.
5)They said it was a functional kitchen but no microwave if you want to rent one they’re happy to for a price.
All in all book elsewhere if you want value for money spent 5star just for name.

The hotel overall was very clean with lovely grounds and friendly staff, quiet with a shuttle bus to Bali collection shopping and there beach bar.
The room we stayed in was a king bedroom that had a small kitchen area and very spacious living room.
The bathroom was in need of updating as it had the shower over the bath. The water would go al over the sides of the bath and onto the floor. The room was cleaned every day so not an issue as long as you don’t mind the mess at the time of showering. The food in the restaurant was of good quality, as were the drinks.
We really enjoyed our stay.

It's our 1st time and 4nights stay, relaxing, eco friendly and comfortable stay. Aside from being uncomfortable staying in the buffet breakfast, with no enough cooling system, which is understandable because the restaurant is an open space. Shuttle service to the beach and going around to the market area is a plus for a convenient stay.

Planning to go back to Bali in the future, I'll make sure to put novotel in the top list of where to stay.

Our favourite thing about this property was the toddler pool our 2 yr old would spend hours in there playing. The beach was great but not safe for swimming directly in front of the beach club and would have been a 300m walk to the swimming area. I’m not sure if this is always or just the weather when we were there but something I hadn’t considered. The rooms were large but a little dated. I will forever not understand why hotels have clear glass doors on toilets and showers. Great location to walk to shops and Bali collection. There were also many restaurants outside of the resort that were easy to access. The property itself is well maintained. For the price compared to other options in Nusa Dua we were happy with our stay.

Location is good and majority staff are good and friendly. The pool is really good and the beach was also great. Buffet breakfast is good as there was something new everyday. Check in was from 2pm and our room was not ready even though we arrived around 11pm. Seems like to there is a massive sewage system issue as all the area around the toilets stinks. Drinks are usually warm as the fridges don’t seem to be working well.

Would recommend as the complex is very safe and rooms are clean and well catered apart from tea & coffee facilities... this you will need to purchase to have in your room. There was a diplomatic conference in our resort on the last few days of our stay and we felt standards slipped for the guests because all focus was shifted and amenities were limited. All in all a very pleasant stay.

It was close to the shops & restaurants.
Towels were old & had marks on them. There wasnt any enough tissues or toilet papers in the bathrooms. Complimentary photograph was offered by the hotel which the photographer was hesitant to provide & did not provide. Will not use Novotel Nusa Dua again. Thabk you but no yhank you.

Fantastic stay at this resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with our 3 children aged 13, 11 and 9. The room was huge and spacious, but a little dark. Beautiful, well maintained gardens. The pool is large, well maintained and clean. The kids loved the volleyball and basketball set ups in the pool.
Lots of nearby restaurants within walking distance to resort, and free shuttle bus services to the beach club and Bali collection shopping area. Our only negative was that breakfast was a bit too repetitive each day. It would have been nice to have a larger variation and selection available, especially in the breakfast cereal/muesli area which was limited.
Overall we would definitely stay again if we return. Affordable, spacious accommodation in a quiet, family friendly location.

Everything was very adequate. The resort itself is a little “tired”. The pool area in particular needs redoing but the staff and general accomodation was good value for money. Shuttle service to the beach and Bali collection was timely and when I required a taxi to other areas it was always executed quickly. Never a wait longer than 5 mins. Amazing hotel, clean and modern facilities. Great pools and nice food at the buffet. Buffet dinner offered 3 times a week, otherwise, menu a la carte. Mini club for kids and shuttle for the beach each 15 minutes. Walking distance to restaurants and souvenirs shops.

Great facilities but amenities need improvements

The hotel has very good facilities, the pool is great as well as the lobby and surroundings. The food needs improvement, and the room we were staying in needs some work on the floors as they were very noisy with cracking noises when we walked on them. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall a good experience but again food needs a bit of love.

Pillows were smelly however they were cahmged whne asked.

We absolutely loved this resort! Can’t fault it. The staff were lovely, the restaurant, bar and cafe were wonderful, and the pool was clean and large, with separate areas for kids and adults. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent for families with kids and has kids club and spa for parents to relax a little also. Nannies are also available to hire easily to help look after kids. Shuttle bus to beach is not a hassle in any way, extremely regular and convenient and very close.

We stayed for 10 days and our experience was fantastic. Novotel is great for families and couples for a relaxing stay and all the facilities you could ask for. Close to shops and beach. Staff in all areas are fantastic and extremely helpful. High recommend this resort 💯
