We stayed at the St. Regis in early April as a family of five, including two small children, and had an absolutely unforgettable experience. Initially, we had checked into another 5-star property, but the location didn’t meet our expectations, and we decided to move to St. Regis—a decision we’ll always be glad we made.

While the physical property itself is breathtaking, what truly sets St. Regis apart is its exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by multiple staff members, including the Manager, Felix, who consistently provided extraordinary assistance throughout our stay. It felt as though the entire staff knew our family by name, greeting us whenever we walked by or entered a restaurant—this level of personalized service was remarkable.

We were assisted by several butlers (Putra, Ernie, & Edi) during our visit, all of whom went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our children still talk about Edi, who kindly drove them to the kids' club when we realized we were running late for our spa appointment.

Beyond the impeccable service, the breakfast options were incredible, with a wide variety to suit every palate. The private beach was a unique feature, elevating our Bali experience, although we spent much of our time relaxing by the stunning pools.

We’re already planning our next trip back to St. Regis. The only downside is that the team has set such a high standard that we’re unsure if any other hotel will be able to compete!

The staff was magnificent in welcoming us back to At Regis. Once again the buffet breakfast was a very special treat, with lobster omelette, Wagu steak and Foie gras. Freshly squeeze fruit juice on demand and also a wide range of other food on offer. The staff would also take the food to your table so you don’t have to wait around. Last time we visited St Regis, the also offered a complimentary afternoon tea, but on this occasion it was chargeable. However, the management kindly offered us one free day. The room we booked was supposed to be sea facing, but we wasn’t able to see the ocean. Over ground plantation and the distance from the room to the ocean was quite a different away. Again the management gave us a discount on the room. Overall we really enjoyed coming back to the St Regis.

Envoy picked up my a private vechile arranged by the st Regis resort. Upon arrival everything was faultless. Room was very spacious and clean. The room comes with your own butler. Th grounds and beach area are spotless and staff are friendly and polite. The food and service at every bar and restaurant is faultless. We couldn’t recommend this resort highly enough. It is a world class resort.

The hotel is beautiful, the food is good (a bit overpriced for what it is), the beach is stunning and the service is amazing. I definitely enjoyed my stay for 2 nights when I was there and was impressed by the quality and the service.

The only unfortunate incident for me was after check out, as I accidentally left my charger plugged in next to the bed. When I called the hotel to let them know exactly where it was plugged in and arrange a pick up, they replied there was nothing in the room and that it was empty. I asked for them to speak to cleaning staff as I knew where I left it and the reply was that cleaning staff didnt find anything and there were other guests in the room now. Anyway, good reminder to not leave things behind in the room no matter where you stay.

Other than that, the stay really was absolutely amazing and the staff was also wonderful.

This resort is complete luxury . The food excellent the facilities incredible . It is a beautiful resort . The gardens are so tranquil. The staff are all very helpful and friendly . We did have a little problem initially with noise from building works and some other guests crashing their drone on our roof despite a no drone policy . However management upgraded us to the most amazing villa as an apology so peace was restored and I could not only meditate and enjoy the lovely garden but it made our 30th wedding anniversary extra special because the Villa was beyond luxurious . We were treated like royalty and I am very grateful for a truly wonderful stay . A big thank you for spoiling us !! 🙏😊💗

We’ve spent seven nights at the St Regis, and the resort was pretty amazing. We’ve stayed in the Lagoon 2bd villa, which was very spacious and nicely decorated. There is quite a few restaurants at the resort to choose from- we ate one night at the Kayuputi, which also serves as the restaurant for while you’re at the beach during the day. Their dishes are excellent- I’ve enjoyed the octopus with cuttlefish bolognese and the lemongrass infused tomato pasta. The Spa at the resort is great too- I’d recommend their Balinese or holistic massage. The resort itself is lovely and great for relaxing, but the area isn’t spectacular. We stayed here because of a conference, but if I went back- Seminyak would be a better choice (if you just don’t want to spend most of the time at the resort). There is a better selection of great restaurants and things to do as opposed to Nusa Dua.

The first night stay the washroom smelling and the lighting is fleshing. The manager free upgrade my family live in villa. Actually is very nice. But the villa also have some issue about the shower room the head shower was leaking, when my son took shower, the water all going in his eyes.
The service were very good. Only the hotel housekeeping management not very well done.

Wow. The pictures don’t do the St Regis justice. Everything - from being met at the plane, sped through security and into a waiting car, up to the exquisite grounds, makes you feel relaxed.

An exceptional stay

The St Regis Bali is an exceptional hotel. From the moment that you arrive the entire staff is dedicated to doing everything to make your stay special. I was greeted at the airport with cool towels and chocolate truffles and at the hotel with a welcome beverage. Butler service is a wonderful touch as is the buggy service around the property, complimentary area shuttle and the fantastic breakfast. The hotel is on the beach with a huge saltwater lagoon and regular swimming pool, several wonderful restaurants, a spa and is close to some local vendors and a shopping mall if you want to leave the property. The next time I am in Bali I will certainly be returning to the St Regis.

Beautiful resort with the most comfortable beds and pillows I've ever slept on. The service is impeccable. We we're upgraded to a pool suite room but didn't use the plunge pool, the beachside is better. The fumigation smoke that blows everywhere on a Tuesday afternoon is not nice but it goes quickly. Lovely stay amazing breakfast but everything is soooo expensive so I would not eat or use the spa services here the prices are over inflated and just not reasonable.

I went over the Easter weekend which is always really busy, and the best thing about this hotel was that you never felt crowded, could always get multiple cabanas & loungers, never had too many people in the pool etc. I assume it is because of the amount of private villas so most people choosing to make the most of this.

We had a mixed group of singles, couples and a family with young children. There was something for everyone.

The staff were absolutely superb. They consistently happy & willing to go above and beyond. Prices were also extremely reasonably for a Starwood hotel.

Great service from Ari to \"Chilli\" who look after you with a smile and it's their pleasure as they keep on saying:)
Room was awesome with the only slight negative was the overly firm mattress.
The lands were laid out brilliantly and design remained true to Bali with trees, water, colour etc..
The fire show at 6.30 was a blast, literally.
The gym and sauna were excellent.
Pool bar with quick and efficient service.
All restaurants served great food and can meet the needs of every spice nut.

I can't explain the gratitude towards the staff! Very friendly and helpful always smiling ! Make you feel like you are at home! The food is amazing! All the restaurants were perfect! The kids always could order off the children's menu up to 4 years everything is free.

Room - it was nice and spacious we stayed in a suite with two Queen beds. I would recommend the lagoon villa it looked lovely ! Or by the beach.

Children- kids club isn't free 4 + you need to pay which was a little turn off as every st regis we stayed at has always been free of charge also we booked in with free breakfast but had to pay 50% for our son with the amount spent on the room you would think they would atleast throw in free breakfast .. I think this needs improvement but noneless the kids very much enjoyed hanging out by the pool the whole time with us ! One nice thing was the hot cocoa they bring to the kids with cookies lovely treat!

Location - very beautiful beach and taken care of the water is beautiful completely recommend st regis :)

impecable, tasteful, luxurious - we booked a one bedroom lagoon villa and it was perfectly situated right in between their private beach and the amazing and very beautifully designed saltwater lagoon. Even though It's a resort, it feels small, private and personal. The room itself was beautifully decorated and clean and the service was fantastic with no detail spared. The breakfast was amazing - especially the lobster omelette and the egg nouvelle. And the proximity of the beach to the pool bar and the restaurant make it very easy for the entire day to go by just juggling between the 3 spots. Definitely returning!

Overall an awful place in an awful location with a dirty beach.

I came here on the last two nights of my honeymoon. I stayed in 2 other resorts in different parts of Bali and this was more than twice the price of the first two, however by far the worst option. The first thing they do when you arrive is sit you down and try to convince you that your room (suite) is basic and you don't have free breakfast but they will happily include it if you upgrade to a villa for a 'very special special' price of double what you paid already. This is disgraceful for any hotel, but to do so on my honeymoon in front of my new Wife for whom this was to be a treat is just gross. During our stay they tried to nickel and dime us both at all times and we ended up trying to do our best to spend the entire time away from St. Regis.

Overall it's not worth it, there are much nicer places on nicer beaches both in Bali and all over SE Asia with better service and better price.

Pros:
The staff are attentive (overly so and at a cost for everything)
Breakfast is very good

Cons:
Not as nice as the pictures suggest at all.
They try to rip you off for every penny. Everything you may expect to be included an another resort will include free, they will charge for, at insane rates.
Beach water is filthy. Trash in the water. No one swims.
Water activity gear is rented at stupid prices. About 1000% uplift on local rates next door.

Unparalleled excellence

Upon landing at Denpasar airport, we were greeted by 2 friendly hotel staff. They assisted us through immigration, making sure that everything goes smoothly, and we didn't have to line up. The transportation going to the hotel was a roomy van where we were able to stretch our legs and relax. We were given refreshments too.
Upon arrival to the hotel, we were in awe of the beautiful structures and design. The design concept was a fusion between traditional Balinese and European architecture.
Each guest is assigned a butler, who gave us a tour of the hotel and its amenities in a golf cart.
Our room, which was on the top floor (6th) had a good view of the golf course. Our room was just a standard one, but it was already luxurious and very spacious. Glad to be able to request for freshly brewed coffee or espresso any time of the day.
All the staff were courteous, and very well-versed in English. Even the restaurant servers were friendly and some even chatted with us, as they rarely see anyone from the Philippines in the hotel.
All in all the experience was magical and even though we only stayed for 2 nights, it was unforgettable. A truly relaxing and luxurious weekend spent. Every dollar was worth it.

Good service, Balinese style architecture.

I went with my 16 year old daughter to stay in Nusa Dua for 5 nights as a quick introduction to Bali. We had heard a lot about upset stomachs, dengue fever so were focused on trying to get through illness free. The hotel was very clean, food and service were high quality and bottled water is freely available at no charge. The resort is also fumigated twice a week so mosquitoes were minimal. So we had a relaxing, illness free stay.
The only drawbacks were that there isn't much to do in Nusa Dua so you are pretty much stuck in the resort unless you want to get a taxis or hire drivers for the day. Eating and drinking in the resort is (like most 5 star hotels)' pretty expensive but does give you peace of mind.

There are two main pools, one is a saltwater lagoon, which is surrounded by villas that have direct access. There are though only a handful of sun beds around this pool and no service is provided. The other freshwater chlorinated pool has a small frontage on to the beach but only has sun beds on the beach. Service there was available but it was a bit patchy. There were several cabanas but we often found other guests left their possessions on them, even when they weren't using them.

All in all, a nice hotel, clean, mostly good friendly service but a bit isolated and a few design issues.

Middle of nowhere, won't need to go anywhere

The St. Regis is in Nusa Dua, well away from the city centre and convenient shopping. However, you won't need to leave with 24 hour room service, on site restaurants and bars, salt water lagoon and beach side swimming pool, not to mention THE BEACH ITSELF. The best part of the whole experience was the Visa Assistant service, where someone meets you at the airport, helps you get through the visa process ahead of all the other passengers and ushers you through immigration until you're out to your air conditioned, private airport shuttle in minutes.

This trip to Bali is our first time in this beautiful island and I surely made an excellent choice in booking St. Regis. Our exceptional experience began when we landed in the airport. We were met at the airport by facilitators hired by St. Regis so we could be assisted at immigration and with our luggage. A limousine was waiting for us and we were whisked to this magnificent gem of a hotel. The interior design work was amazing with its finest detail work!!! A personal butler was assigned to our suite and we could ask for drinks to be served for free in our room. Our bedroom had its own private garden complete with a whirlpool tub, a lounge cabana and sunbeds. The generously sized room had its own walk-in closet and a beautiful, beautiful toilet and bath. Fresh fruits came in everyday!!! We were assigned on the ground floor which is a few steps from the spa -- which made it so convenient. A sumptuous buffet breakfast came with the package and it had all the variety you could think of. If you do not fancy the courses in the buffet, there is an a la carte menu to select from. Freshly baked croissants, waffles or smoothies which have been freshly whipped up in the kitchen are offered from table to table. Hotels succeed when you feel that you have finally reached home. St. Regis Bali is HOME!

Second time we went back in one trip! I check out of the four seasons 2 days early because we missed the St Regis so much! Even my 7 month old month was happier and smiling more! 7 Star resort, you must stay here, we will be back one day, till then I want to thank the wonderful staff for making every part of our stay un forgettable.

An unforgettable experience, we will return.

This is the most amazing hotel ever! The staff, the hotel, the food! We stayed here for 4 days on the first leg of our trip, and then we had a reunion at the Four Seasons, the Four Seasons was so bad the when our family left and we still had two days left we checked out and went back to the St. Regis! If you come to Bali you must stay here! Sugi you are the man! This was our first time staying at a St Regis, but our next vacation will be at a St Regis hotel. I have stayed in 5 star hotels on almost every continent and this takes the cake! 7 Stars!

Good but not consistently great...

Service is as expected for a St. Regis property. The condition of the property can be described as 'a little tired' but overall still of an excellent standard. The Food and Beverage options are a little limited and the Breakfast venue is rather like a cafeteria and does not have any sophistication – not does it reflect the 5 start status of the property. Property is best suited to families – if you are looking for a quiet venue for adults – this is not your best option.

Heaven on Earth

We stayed 6 nights for our honeymoon. We did not want to leave. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is very friendly and professional. The lagoon pool didn't seem to have an end in sight. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Everything was beautiful. Can not wait to go back for our anniversary!

Everything you could dream of in paradise!

From the very beginning we were greeted with style and quality! Free pick up at the airport in luxury car, perfect breakfasts in the restaurant, dips in the stunning pools, and butler service at our convenience (free tea and coffee)...you just couldn't ask for more. This hotel has it covered! The views are spectacular and the rooms are large and gorgeous. Huge bath tub for two, large patio, sitting area in room, spotless cleanliness and the most amazing experience throughout the hotel. It is gorgeous. Internet is fast! My only complaint is the alcohol is a little pricey, $19 au for cocktails and wine by the glass started around $17. Don't expect cheap, expect the best here! Was worth every cent and we had absolute luxury and quality food and service from start to finish. Kayuputi restaurant was excellent also, watch the sunset from here over cocktails then enjoy a delicious dinner...it is truly amazing. The staff couldn't do enough. We found it a very romantic and peaceful paradise. King Cole bar was great for a late night cocktail and live music also.
