This property could be excellent. If they had out door furniture on the balcony. There was no where to hang wet clothes. And the biggest reason I would not stay here again is that the pool is the hottest pool I have ever come across, so may as well not even have one.

Location is good, 15 min walking to nearest beach and 2 minutes to supermarket. Very poor wi-fi looks like is missing at all. AC is very noisy and not working properly. Bed's lining has a holes and not changing during 5 days stay. Room furniture and bath room accessories are not fresh, required renovation.

The hotel is very central to shops and a new huge supermarket, the staff are just lovely and so helpful, the swimming pool area is neat and tidy with lovely gardens surrounding it

Basic hotel with limited amenities

It's a basic hotel with minimum amenities. If you are looking for just a night or two stay around Nusa Dua, you could consider this. Cleanliness is not the best and breakfast quality is poor. The hotel staffs are polite and friendly.

The negatives
not much in the way of storage for clothes, just a wardrobe and no drawers.
Bathroom towels although changed every day could have done to be renewed.
A room at the front of the hotel can be a bit noisy due to the main road.
Could have done to have more sun beds around the pool.

Staff helpful and very pleasant.
Would we stay here again YES we would.

Only place to spend the night and take a bath

The location of the hotel is far from shops or beach or restaurants. Always need a taxi or car to move around, and hotel room is rather small so cannot lying around in the room enjoying the hotel. There's not much to see inside the hotel. WiFi bandwith is rather slow.

The hotel is well located!

Needs a lot of maintenance with airconditioner drips water into the room making it a slip hazard. After our showers, water leaked into the bedroom. We changed 3 Deluxe Rooms and we were then upgraded to the 4th Superior Room which was excellent. We stayed for 8 nights.

Lokasi hotel cukup bagus dekat dengan pantai (ada shuttle bus + voucher masuk pantai menggiat), breakfast nya banyak variasi dan cukup enak, lobby dan pool bagus. Kamar bersih dan wangi, hanya saja interior agak rusak (wallpaper,atap plafon ada warna coklat2) tapi buat saya tidak masalah karena sesuai dengan harga nya yg murah. over all puas dengan santika. next jika ke nusa dua akan nginap disini lagi.

Overall good value

3rd time we staying at the Santika Siligita. Rooms are not that big, but offer balcony (no chairs / table provided). Overall pretty clean but here and there some updating might be indicated.

We like the pool and the breakfast buffet, although it does mainly cater for Asian Clients.

We recommend choosing a room facing the pool(rooms are as well a little bigger), as the rooms facing the main street can be a bit noisy at night with the local traffic.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Free Bottled Water, Fridge and Tea/Coffee in the room.

Hotel offers a shuttle bus to the Nusa Dua Beach. Blue Taxi to Geger beach is just A$ 3

Appalling treatment by receptionists

The service from the reception staff was the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel in my life. To summarise:
When we checked in we were given the key to our room. When we walked into the room we found it was already occupied by other guests.
There were several other guests also checking in next to us, however they all were given Welcome Drinks and we were not.
Two days in to our stay I noticed a small sign mentioning ‘beach club shuttle’. I asked about this and I was told the hotel has two beach clubs with free loungers for guests. No one had told us this when we checked in or at any other time. Annoying considering we had spent the previous two days sat on the sand on the same beach.
Two (already paid for) nights into our stay, at 10pm we were in bed asleep, when we were woken up by the phone ringing. A receptionist demanded that we come downstairs to pay for the next two nights. He also told me that I had ‘promised’ to pay that day. I was never told I needed to pay that day, I had never told anyone I was going to pay that day, and I would never use a heavy word such as ‘promise’. I was aware that I had not paid for the upcoming two nights, and I had previously offered to pay earlier or if ok I could pay later. I was told later was ok. It was never communicated to me that I needed to pay that day, nor that paying later was a problem. To be woken up late at night, lied to, and made to feel as if we were thieves avoiding a payment was appalling.

Affordable hotel in a higher cost resort area

My friend and I spent two weeks here which was great to use as our base for activities around the area. Great buffet breakfast included. About 13 mins walk from the beach. Friendly staff kept our room in perfect order.

Disappointing \"Health Centre\" = Gym was a joke, 2 old treadmills & 2 old cycling machines. Open air restaurant didn't have enough ceiling fans, warm, lots of mosquitoes & flies.
Room...smelly shower & toilet, no coffee in the bedroom, poor TV reception, only decent thing was the firm bed & pillows, nothing else.
Food in the restaurant was mediocre at best, no knowledge of how to make a simple Lathe or ice coffee drink...overall will not go back there.

We were moved 3 times in our stay there because the ceiling leaked from the air conditioning but the staff was always accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. I've stayed in santika kuta and also equally a great hotel.

This hotel is great for the price you pay but the hallways are very noisy I have stayed here twice now and it's always noisy don't think your gonna sleep in because once breakfast is on the doors are always slammed closed because of the lock , if your on the 1st floor the breakfast is straight under you so it's noisy

Other then that if you can handle the noise it's a really cheap hotel and has a great pool and is close to laundry across the road as well as massage parlours and has a great moped hire for 5 bucks a day it's just noisy

Overall its a good hotel for the price. Unfortunately the rooms are quite noisy. The stuff upgraded me to the deluxe room from superior but its not really a good thing because its beside the swimming pool; too many Chinese tourists and super noisy. We heard Chinese tourists partying sometime in nearby room, and they talk loudly in the corridors. Cant blame the hotel, blame the inconsiderate guests.

Okay hotel, but needs rooms improved

Good hotel providing good service. Twenty minutes walking from a beautiful beach (make sure you get a ticket in the hotel if you want to use the sunbeds), not many restaurants nearby, neither nightlife. Pool great as on the picture. Room set up fine but I had a very humid room with mould on the walls (and even when using dry and cool aircon), this is a serious issue as I couldn't sleep well so needs improvement. Breakfast diverse and tasty.

We had quite a nice room although we booked 7 months in advance and still could not get ajoining rooms.
My daughter had a bad fall in the pool there was no rail to go down the stairs and they were so slippery.
Would not put one in and one of the rails on the stairs half way down the pool was missing so you could
not get out there either if you where a bit older like I am so swimming was out. very unhappy with the service
that I asked each day for a rail to be put on the side of the pool for safety saw other people slipping on the stairs.

great hotel , nice big room, king size bed and really comfortable, nice TV and plenty of channels to choose from, nice size bathroom,friendly staff, the cleaners that made your rooms were machines in and out in no time doing a great job, breakfast was great plenty to choose from, pool is huge and clean 24/7 security, and plenty of parking on site.

It was very nice people were friendly. It would make a better impression on us and others if they learnt our names. It was a very noisy hotel always noise and constant knocking on the door with people for house keeping at inappropriate times for inappropriate things if someone wants their laundry done they will ask. All in all nice hotel we would come back.

Loved this hotel!

Absolutely loved this hotel! The most helpful concierge of anywhere I've stayed. They had a free shuttle to the beach, a huge breakfast buffet every morning( the waffles are delicious!) & a beautiful pool, arranged our airport transfer for us, mailed our postcards... HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Room smell of smoke

Arrived at the hotel almost midnight and get checked in to the room that smell of smoke despite of our booking request for non-smoking room. Bed and pillows are also smells. The next morning we complained and they will clean the room. Very disappointed that we did not get another room, instead we have to stay in the same smelly room. The smell was reduced but we can still smell the smoke. Room was very small and just have enough room to move. There is no standard on their breakfast, the first morning was good, but the rest are just bland.

We had a great stay at Santika. The pool area was under construction, but still OK. Excellent breakfast buffet. Really nice beds and lovely pillows! It's a good bit of awalk to the beach and since pavements are basically nonexistent anywhere in Bali it can be troublesome.

This Hotel is about a 15 minute walk away from the closest beach,didn't worry me as l had a car.
The pool is 25mtrs long which is great for laps.The buffet breakfast is ok, with a selection of Balinese foods as well.
The only down side is that the doors make such a noise when closing, you can hear any door closing in the corridor.
Superior rooms face the road, the noise from the motorbikes and trucks is loud, l was prepared, slept with bluetac in my ears.
Deluxe rooms are on the other side of the corridor, facing the pool, better choice.

this hotel is nice,looks new ,clean and modern.and close to mengiat beach Nusa Dua,
Room and shower also nice,but fist you must check,whether your room has cigarette smell or not and then check the AC's Filter.
My first room,number 142 had very thick layer of dust inside the AC and it will matter if you bring children with allergies,asthma or sensitive nose
Second and third day ,we moved to room 250 which has better view and clean AC

Great hotel for short stay!

We stayed in this hotel in September 2014. Good hotel, very clean and fresh, very good breakfasts with great selection food including local cuisine. But restaurant had only one baby chair, so if you are lucky to be first you will get. Hotel located 15 min walk from the beach and Bali Collection. But staff could be more friendly and flexible with guests wishes and requests. This hotel suits more for short stays, then for long holiday stay, specially with a kids.

Wonderful hotel with real bad service practice.

The housekeeping staff each morning would ring the room bell and yelled out Housekeeping at 830AM--9AM.
They have tour people staying there, and tour people always start early in the morning. Why not make not of all that and clean those rooms first.
It is so annoying to be waken up and to be interrupted in your room so early in the AM.
Otherwise, everything is very nice.
Pool area, buffet breakfast spreads with omelet station.
A few minutes walk outside of the hotel, you will find massage parlors, convenience stores, souvenir shops and restaurants, money exchange places.
It's a cheap taxi ride to the Nusa Dua beach, with all the first class hotels and the facilities on the beach in front of their properties.
It was windy every day we were there. Don't know if it's the season, or is it windy more everyday there.
$9US cab ride to Kuta, a tad more to Samayak, and Ubud

Breakfast was nice, didn't expect a 3 star hotel to have such nice service like sending your egg to your table. The sun rise rays shines into the breakfast area which is just next to the pool, so the view for breakfast was fantastic.

Hotel Santika Siligita

Hotel exprience was amazing, everything was perfect. The white walls and the decor made it peaceful and claiming, far away from the busy streets of Bali just outside. The rooms was as well as impeccable service made it such a delight to come back after every outing. The beach was walking distance from the hotel and passed a lot of shops, bars and local restaurants along the way. Hotel comes highly recommended to those who want to escape the craziness of Kuta. Quite and peaceful.

Value-money hotel

I love Santika hotel in Nusa Dua because of its friendly staff and very good service. Room is compact and clean. Good food served in restaurant, esp their beef steak is very delicious and reasonally priced. Swimming pool & decorations are beautiful & Balinese-wise. Location is pretty good as u can walk to Bali Collection and Nusa Dua beach for abt 15 mins. Overall, will come back to Santika once go back to Bali & highly recommend this hotel to my friends :)

A nice hotel but needs finishing touches. No draws to put your clothes in, there was a wardrobe with only 6 hangers, had to keep most of our clothes in the suitcase. There was no furniture on the balcony, first hotel we have been to with a balcony that had nothing to sit on.Breakfast was ok .

This hotel is new, the room was great size. what i like the most about the hotel is the swimming pool and breakfast. even though it is only 3 stars hotel but the pool and breakfast are like 5 stars hotels. location is good; about 5 minute drive to the beach (close to grand hyatt) and bebek bengil restaurat (must try). Service is excellent.
