If you are going to Bali, this hotel is the place to stay. Only 25 minutes from the airport. We opted for the daily breakfast included. They have 3 different restaurants you can pick for breakfast (they all serve the same food). We did not take the full all inclusive and very happy we didn't. There is the Bali Collection just off the property that has many restaurants and spas. The staff are super friendly. There is a sports lounge that has a pool table, fooseball table and a pinball machine, all free to use. The drinks and appies at the sports lounge are great, make sure to try the Margherita pizza, it is amazing. The room was very spacious. We had a nice little deck over looking the garden. Amenities in the bathroom were amazing, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. We asked them for a foam pillow and they brought two up for us withing 1/2 hour. They also provide 6 bottles of water daily to drink or for use to brush your teeth. Towel service included and there are signs that you cannot reserve a pool lounger prior to 9:30am, if you do and you are not actively there, towel will be removed. If considering the Nusa Dua area, I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back here the next time in Bali.

This resort may be the best I have ever stayed at. Massive yet cozy, beautiful beach that had hardly anybody it seemed. Gentle waves. I seaweed or pollution. I was just in awe. People like Ari helping serve at the pool. The people are so kind and gentle - to guests and to one another. Brilliant place. Will visit again FO SHOOOOUUURE!!!

Check in was appalling- we had to wait for an hour and a half as room was not ready- despite arriving at check in time. When room was finally ready there was no one available to show us to our room so we just told us to point us in the right direction as we were hot and frustrated. We had to ask various staff how to get there along the way as the place is huge.

This experience was extremely disappointing as the resort is lovely and the pools are amazing. If it wasnt for the absolutely abysmal checkin in i would of eated 5 stars.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hyatt Bali and truly enjoyed every aspect of the resort. The property is massive, beautifully landscaped, and feels like a tropical paradise with lush gardens, lagoons, and direct beach access.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with very comfortable beds and great amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. The staff deserve special mention—they were consistently friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile, which made our experience even more memorable.

The resort offers a great variety of pools, perfect for both families and couples, and the beach area is clean and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of international and local dishes, and the restaurants on the property offered good quality food and plenty of options.

The location in Nusa Dua is ideal—safe, peaceful, and close to shopping and other attractions, while still feeling secluded and relaxing.

Overall, Grand Hyatt Bali exceeded our expectations. It’s a perfect choice for a relaxing vacation, whether you’re traveling as a couple or with family. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali.

All in all this is a great hotel, with beautiful grounds and lovely staff. However, my pillows smelled liked sweat and my room was damp and musty. Also, I would have liked to be able to grab a coffee and pastry somewhere in the early morning. Unfortunately, the restaurants seem to only offer a huge buffet breakfast which was way more than I wanted and was quite pricey. I felt like I could have been anywhere in the world at this hotel, not necessarily Bali. Service around the pool was slow. It was very difficult to get anyone’s attention. The servers don’t seem to look around at all to see if anyone needs to order. I had to track them down. But it is a nice hotel.

The staff were ok, what bothered me a lot was that, there was hair on food that I ordered by the pool, when I mentioned this to the staff, their manager came and told me that, the food is cooked outside and they can’t control what goes inside it. They said sorry and left, I was charged for the food still. It was a bitter experience.

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt was absolutely beautiful — so peaceful, yet very family-oriented. Our daughter loved the kids club and the waterslide, and the pool areas were pristine. We came from a smaller resort in Seminyak and the difference was disappointing. Yes its a large resort but the staff are far less accommodating, their English is not as good so lots of miscommunication and time wasted trying to find out information that is not readily available or clear. The rooms are in an array of condition with some very dated, in need of maintenance, dark and mouldy/musty. We moved rooms 3 times so recommend the north wing as the best location and room standard. The buffet breakfast is disappointing, food in restaurants are on repeat apart from the Japanese and overpriced Italian. Looking at the menu's it is easy to think prices are reasonable but tax & service charges are added to the total and you may as well be in Aus. The main pool area is grubby, no one cleans the lounges or tables. The grounds are beautiful and main pool is awesome for kids but unfortunately even though signed no one is enforcing the saving of sunbeds and the big groups of families always commendeer the lounges and save them for the day which is very frustrating, especially when they leave them unattended for hours while they go off to eat and drink. The resort is marketed to have many water sports ie, surfing, banana boat, parasailing, readily available although this is not the case, they need to booked in advance and cost a fortune.. such a waste that the gorgeous beach area is not utelised. We have 2 kids 10 & 12 years and found the resort to be underwhelming.

Overall good experience for a family with lots of amenities, really nice garden, big pool with a slide, courteous staff, nice rich breakfast buffet, nice clean beach and good location near Bali Collection which is great for shopping and dining.

Pasar Senggol was a great experience with buffet dinner and 2 hours of live dancing. Spa experience was also good.

However, the rooms are outdated, the AC did not work at night time, there was loud music and drunk folks from the events happening at the beach at night time.

During our recent stay, we encountered several disappointing experiences that fell short of the level of service we expected from Hyatt brand: 1. Towel for day trips- we booked a waterfall tour and asked for towels to take with us. We were informed that hotel towels cannot be taken outside. Given that many guests in Bali take day tours involving water activities , this feels like a vary basic amenity that should be offered. It cost hotel almost nothing but makes a significant impact on the guest experiance. 2. Beach cleanliness and preparatiob- I jogged early each morning and noticed a clear difference in how beaches were maintained by different hotels. Unfortunately, Hyatt's beach area appeared among the least maintained. Compared to neighboring hotels, where staff were preparing the beach and offering towels to guests as early as 6:30-7:00am, to put on the sun bed to wash the sunrise, for Hyatt even if you ask, you won't be getting the towels until 8:00 am. So Hyatt's beach had more visible garbage (plastic and other debris) and no similar towel service. This gave an impression of neglect that is not consistent with the Hyatt brand. 3. Charge for boiled water- we had arranged to meet a local coffee merchant to buy Luwak coffee. We sat in the lounge area of the restaurant near the lobby and asked for the boiled water and cups so we can taste the coffee that we were buying. To our surprise we were presented with the bill for the hot water. Additionally, the staff seemed unh

Every request took two to three times to be completed. On my last day it took FOUR (4) calls and about three hours (!) to the front desk to have a copy of my bill; I was checking out at 4:30am and wanted to review prior to departure. The wait staff by the \"quiet\" pool were great! The bellman area were a constant dis-appointment. I will state that the cost of dining and drinking at the hotel were very favorable. And, finally, while my guest room was \"ok\" you can tell it's in need of a renovation or at least an update.

Overall the service was amazing.
The hotel was very family oriented.

We did have some concerns. On check-in we noticed they made a mistake and gave us a twin room instead of a king room. The fridge in the room was also not working and had to be replaced.

FInally, food and drinks were quite expensive at the hotel.
