Very nice villa, excellent service. A bit of a walk to the beach, but you can take the cart. Excellent breakfast. The cookies are really good! Tamarind restaurant at Nusa Dua Hotel provides another spot to hang out on the beach. The pool was nice.

Beautiful private villas that provide an exclusive feel. Each staff member provides a welcoming atmosphere and has the utmost professionalism. We got to meet many and many knew us by name by the end of our stay adding that personal touch. The villas are guarded 24/7 but a very respectful staff to ensure complete safety and piece of mind. The spa is extremely relaxing and comfortable with couples options that provide the romantic touch we wanted for our honeymoon. I would highly recommend this place to stay over any other in the Nusa Dua area for the tranquility and privacy it provides.

We were firtunaye yo spend 3 weeks including Christmas.

Stunning villas, very clean, well managed. The team couldnt do enough to make our stay enjoyable.

Food was excellent and plentyful, afternoon teas were gorgeous.

The beach is a short 10 minute walk or you can call for a lift down if you prefer.

As this was our 3rd trip to bali we found our prefered hotel and if we do return for a fourth visit we will be back.

This one bedroom Villa that we stayed in was pretty comfortable. Good size bed though mattress a little hard. TV and wifi worked well and good availability of powerpoints/ boards. The toilet and shower were both outdoors which was a bit hard at night time. Bar fridge topped up daily but unfortunately only coke, lemonade and beer. Afternoon tea daily was included in our stay and that was nice- included juice or hot drinks. Breakfast was also included. We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant and food was fresh and tasty-meals on the small side. The villa pool was very nice. Staff were amazing and very helpful.
The only downside was an onsite wedding the first night which kept us awake after travelling from Australia. And the Villa next door was being refurbished so a lot of noise during the day which made it hard to relax in the pool. Location is great- walking distance to shops and beach as well as Bali Collection.

Our stay at Kayumanis was relaxing and lovely - just what we needed after \"roughing\" it in Raja Ampat. The villa was perfect, the landscaping beautiful, and we loved (and took advantage of) the in-villa dining/room-service options. The walk to the beach club was easy and there's a path along the beach if you want to get your steps in/check out the other dining options around the resort. We also took advantage of the spa, and the massages we received were amazing. One last note - their in room cookies are sooooo good.

We stayed here and at the Ubud property. Both were absolutely amazing! Villas are beautiful - with good sized private pools and outside showers that feel like you are in your own private paradise. Staff are extremely accommodating and everyone was so nice! Food was excellent - whether served in our villa or at restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great service and good cleanliness of the entire villa. The place is very well kept. Working staffs are friendly and helpful. Mini bar, fruits and cookies are replenished daily; their cookies are very tasty! Breakfast is good, great variety, in room dining from the restaurant is also quality food. Only thing they may want to improve is the afternoon tea, too many sweet items, could include some savoury items. Overall we enjoyed the stay and will definitely go back.

Extraordinary.

From the moment they pick you up at the airport, know that you will be well taken care of. Breakfasts are included and amazing - you'll never go hungry with the options they let you have. The staff are so well trained we felt pampered. We've never had this level of attention to detail. We had a great honeymoon.
They go above and beyond. 10/10 would come back to Bali and will only consider this resort.

We had a wonderful time at the Kayumanis Nusa Dua Villa. Through communication pre-arrival, meeting us at the airport - until our departure - without exception - every one of their staff was friendly, attentive and skilled at what they did. Exceptional service. Our Villa was very comfortable. We had a lovely plunge pool - that was larger than expected - I also liked biking to the beach, which was clean and the water was lovely. We were impressed with our breakfasts - and loved the dinners in the Italian restaurant. Delicious.

Excellent villa condition and best people. I made a lot of unforgettable memories with my family.

The private pool(1.5m) was quite large and surrounded with beautiful trees that provide shelter from sunlight. The butler service was super responsive and kind.
It takes 7-8min walk to the beach, and there is a small shower+toilet in the private passage to the beach. The beautiful and calm beach was not crowded.

1. Huge villa with large pool
2. Free shuttle to places within Jimbaran and Nusa Dua areas. Free airport return transfer.
3. Decent selection of alarcarte breakfast. You can order all from the menu. Decent afternoon tea (free).
4. TV comes with HD channels.
5. Great hospitality. All our requests were met.
6. 7 minutes walk to Nusa Dua Beach. There is small beach club from the hotel to set up lounge chair for you.
7. There is a few 5 stars hotel along the beach. It’s convenient to dine there.

What can be improved:
1. There is only one hand washbasin. His and her basin prefers.
2. Less amenities with only toothbrush and shower cap.

Girlfriend and I stayed 7 nights during November. We stayed in Villa Waru and has our own private pool, bedroom, outdoor bathroom and separate lounge dinner.

The villas as perfect and it’s the small touches and staff that turn this resort into a something special. Would go back in a heartbeat. Nusa Dua is also the perfect setting. Own down side is being on the wrong side of the island to see the Bali sun set.

Absolutely beautiful villa. Very private. Hardly saw another person. Staff were so accommodating to our every need. Can’t rate the service highly enough. Quite a secluded location, away from the more “family friendly” side of Nusa Dua but still only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Food is also worth a mention! Delicious!!

This was simply the best hotel/resort I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in hundreds of them. The service was always very pleasant and helpful. The resort as a whole was beautiful. And we were so impressed with our private villa and pool. The food was always delicious too. We really liked the ability to take the free bikes to the beach. I also think the price was pretty fair, this would be over a thousand dollars per night in the US. If I had one minor complaint, it would be that the bed was a little hard. But not enough for me to dock scores. Will definitely stay here again if returning to Bali. Keep up the amazing service!!

Where do I start???!!!... This resort is one in a million!
Pictures and reviews do not do this establishment justice. Private secluded villas, private pool, 24hr breakfast with 24hr room service, 2x a day room cleanings, daily restocked mini fridge with soda water and beer, airport transportation, and local transportation. The attention to detail is top notch and the staff is so kind and amazing.
Our next trip to Bali, we won't even take a second thought as to where we will stay. Kayumanis will be our only pick!

Location of villa was very near the beach, a 5min walk at most. Villa itself was fantastic with spacious rooms and a private pool to match. Staff service was also excellent with daily breakfast sent and setup right at your doorstep. Staff very super duper friendly and their command of English was great as well, helped ease communications. Ideal for couples, and our experience was enhanced with goodies given as we told them we were on our honeymoon. For details of the goodies, couples need to find out themselves. hahaha.. Definitely recommended for anybody who wants to head to Bali for a holiday.

Beautiful Villa where I proposed to my fiance!

I wanted to surprise my fiance with a surprise proposal while she was in Bali and I thought that it'd be perfect to do this at a beautiful villa. I got in touch with Kayumanis to help arrange this and they were extraordinarily responsive and helpful. The front counter staff who handled my requests, Ekta and Eka, if I remember correctly, were very helpful and fast and they were instrumental in helping me surprise my fiance. She was completely blown away by the villa and we just cancelled all our dinner plans and just stayed in and had a wonderful dinner in the villa from their Indonesia restaurant, Tetaring. Order the Turmeric Lobster and the Beef Rendang is just divine. THank you Kayumansi for being so helpful and prompt and responsive. You made it a wonderful stay for my fiance and I and for that, I'm very grateful.

The gem in Nusa Dua

I stayed at Gaharu villa for 4 days, it was amazing, breakfast for everybody in the villa and afternoon tea was great. The villa was huge with the adequate size of swimming pool. However, there are few things that can be improved; the Wifi was a bit lame, pool was not too clean, the mosquito coils all over in the bedrooms and living room were just too much for everybody.
Other than that, everything was just right.

I must start by telling you that I have never written a review online about *Anything*, but I have had such a wonderful, absolutely perfect stay at Kayumanis that I think it is only fair I share a review.
Firstly, we arrived at the airport and were met by a lovely man from the hotel who assisted us to the luxury car to take us to Kayumanis. On entering the car we were given a cool cloth, water, a selection of fizzy drinks and a homemade cookie. After a short journey to the hotel we arrived and the villa is even better than the pictures! It is paradise.
The villa is amazing, the bed is comfy, the pool is warm, the free minibar is full of favourites and I will never forget my showers under the stars or my baths sheltered from the heavy rain whilst reading my book.
Whenever we wanted we could get a free lift into town, no problems whatsoever.
The private beach is wonderful and the bar staff are so attentive.
We were lucky enough to have two massages at the Spa and I would highly recommend the experience! From start to finish it was relaxing and i've never had a massage before but the girls put us at ease.
The food from the two restaurants, to the high teas every afternoon, to the room service menu, were all at such a high standard and utterly delicious. I would recommend the Indonesian ribs!
We had an early flight home and would miss breakfast so the staff even arranged a little picnic for us to enjoy.
The customer service was faultless.
We'll be returning ASAP!

I stayed 4 nights here. This is one of the best hotel I have even lived worldwide. The villa is quiet and clean. There is a large privacy when u stayed in your villa; all staffs are nice, polite and helpful.. they all have their smile on face.. it is closed to the Nusa dua beach. U can borrow bicycle from the villa and just 2 mins ride to there.. overall, it is wonderful and I will strongly recommend it to my family and friends!!

We decided to pick Kayumanis after looking at the photos and the reviews. I and my wife stayed here for 6 nights after spending 3 nights at Kuta. Kayumanis Nusa Dua in fact had everything that a resort has to offer. It really more than satisfied us in almost every aspect including quality of service, food, atmosphere, privacy, cleanliness, etc. The staff always tried to make guests as comfortable as they could. We especially loved the peaceful and quiet environment where you could hardly hear any noises. We will definitely recommend to our friends.
(Special thanks to YUDA at the restaurant who made our days with his warm smile and hearty service every morning. Also thanks to NANDA at the beach bar who made us comfortable every time we were at the beach.)

Lovely quiet private pool villa in colonial style

We had already stayed a week in Seminyak and wanted to see something else on Bali. The villas are set in tropical grounds and are very manicured and beautiful. Everyone looked after us really well and bent over backwards to see to our every wish. We had a long wait until our flight home and had vacated our room but they set up sunbeds by the communal pool (very under utilized) so we could have a cool swim and enjoy our stay until the last minute! We really felt quite like our little villa was 'home' for a week.

We stayed at Kayumanis Nusa Dua for our honeymoon and I am so glad with my choice. The villas are exceptional and more so the service is unmatchable. The staff were friendly, competent, helpful, and the hotel facilities catered for everything we could have asked for. I would strongly recommend Kayumanis ND to everyone.
The villas are very spacious and well equipped, breakfast service is awesome - available at the villa/restaurant/private beach for sunrise at no additional cost, shuttle service is a bespoke service which operates on demand and feels more so like a personal limousine service, and inhouse restaurants are of amazing quality. Overall, this establishment gets 5 stars!!

A wonderful place with the excellent service!

We had a truly magnificent experience at Kayumanis Nusa Dua. The staff was so accommodating and pleasant, and the facility itself was beautiful. The villas were all so private that each felt like its own little resort. It helped that we were there in the off season (early October) so the place was not full. We used the free bikes to get to the beach every day (about a 2 minute ride) and had the Kayumanis section of the beach to ourselves for at least a few hours each day.

My one complaint is the cleanliness of the beach. I was surprised to see so much trash floating ashore and the beach cleaning crew each morning just raking over it so it was buried with a thin layer of sand. They cannot control what washes up on shore but I would have preferred to see their staff removing the trash, not burying it. Didn't bother us too much in the grand scheme of things though. Overall, our stay was remarkable!

Amazing villa (with a bit of hiccup)

We had a great stay at the villa. The staff are very polite and friendly from check-in to check-out. The villa we stayed was very pleasant and comfortable. We are in love with the private pool and outdoor shower.

The only hiccup we had was the sound of gecko on our last night at the villa. We were not sure if the gecko was inside or outside our villa. The staff were very friendly to help us to locate the 1st gecko but the sound continued thereafter. Other than that, we had so much fun at Kayumanis.

Very exclusive individual Villas with private pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included from an alacarte menu with option for set up in your villa or even to arrange a sunrise breakfast on the beach. The only drawback is that resort is not right on the beach but they do provide complimentary bikes to access the private beach associated with the resort. They also provide complimentary shuttle service in and around Nusa Dua and including airport transportation. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful area!

I booked this hotel about 6 months in advance based on the reviews on trip adviser and we were not disappointed! An absolute pleasure to come to Bali and stay in the Kayumanis Private Villa & Spa. Right from when we checked in all the way until we checked out, the staff went above and beyond. For anyone that is booking their honeymoon, this really is the place!

Some extra great things that sometimes is not clear when booking,

1. Free taxi service to certain areas by the Hotel, only 3 times did we actually need to pay for a taxi in the 2 week visit. The hotel give this free taxi service, no need to book in advance, just go to reception and ask to be taken to a place within the Nusa Dua and Jimbara area. They will also pick up at a certain time or you can call them to pick you up.

2. If you email/call the hotel after you book them, you can request for a private Taxi pick up from the Airport and Drop off when you need to. This is something that is very useful and can save you a few pounds!

3. The mini bar was free! yes that’s right, FREE! Although it was a small selection of drinks, its worth noting that! They had Water, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite and a Beer.

4. They have a free to use bicycle service, its actually quite fun to cycle around. Although we would advice do this after 3.30pm onwards as the heat can really be quite harsh. The scenery is quite beautiful.

We would seriously recommend Kayumanis, you really will enjoy your stay here! Its the best hotel ever!

Great Villa and excellent service

The villa was exquisite- great amenities, luxurious ans the private pool was excellent. The best part was the service and the staff who where very polite and prompt. They have an excellent shuttle service which will drop and pick you up from anywhere around the area, it was almost like having a private chauffeur. The have an excellent free breakfast on the beach at sunset. Only slight disappointment was the quality of the beach ... we found that the beaches in jimbaram area were much better.

Best service experienced in Bali

Service provided by hotel staff is the best among four 5-star villas I experienced in Bali. The staff are very kind and willing to help/provide suggestions. The Indonesian Fried Rice (with chilly soy sauce) made is this hotel is also the best - we end up having it for every meal.

Unforgettable memories!!

We were spoiled by the staffs here. The private villa is so beautiful. Only 20villas so suitable for whoever love privacy. Having breakfast, high tea by the pool was a heaven. Especially the candle light dinner which we celebrate our anniversary was amazing, full of roses in the pool and so romantic. The food was impressive. So so so yummy. My wife had 1hour back and shoulder massage/foot massage, the therapist is very good. The beach is a bit of walking or biking which can borrow from the reception. There are beach bed and staffs waiting to take care of us, Purwa was very good in his job at the beach. We always bike along Nusa Dua beach which a lot of 5stars resort along the way and very nice view. Thx to Eka, Ena, Devi and Tana who were a part of our happiness trip here. And all the chef who made very good food. Amazing experiences and will never forget this moment here.

We were very happy with this hotel. The service was outstanding. Everything was done exactly on time. The staff was very friendly, courteous, efficient, warm and most helpful. The facilities were excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing and charming. The restaurant was excellent, the food was delicious and the waitstaff was great. Fabulous experience - treated like gold

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon. Every villa is lovely and has its own private pool. The staff are so so lovely and always went above and beyond. They coordinated our travel to and from airport and were happy to drive us wherever we needed (though we didn't push limits... most of our trips were pretty short)

Daily breakfast and high tea were included and were welcome treats. Again, the service was excellent - very friendly and cordial. We did a sunrise breakfast on the beach that was inclusive and it was a fabulous experience.

The room was spacious, and the private pool was a great luxury. My husband said many times that he felt so pampered.

My only quibble would be that the beach area isn't that great for walking (pretty rocky) but that's super duper minor, in my opinion.

Indulgent and very private treat...just perfect!

We only stayed here for 2 nights as a stopover whilst travelling back to the UK from Australia. We did not want to leave and will definitely be returning. We were overwhelmed with the attentive nature of the staff who could not do enough to help us. We were offered a complimentary driver to take us anywhere we wished to go whilst staying in Bali, given a free 30 minute spa treatment each, provided with a wide selection of breakfast options which were layed out in our villa for us at a time we specified and provided with high tea each afternoon. The food was really good and the villa itself is gorgeous. We had high expectations for this villa on arrival, and it just blew our expectations out of the water. Just book it, it was worth every penny!
