Stayed in the two bedroom villa with family. Was great to be able to stay in the same villa but have separate rooms. The private pools and access to the lagoon behind (only accessible to villas) was truly incredible. The service throughout the entire resort was amazing, very attentive and the butler service included with the villa stay made our stay that much better. While some of the things around the resort required some maintenance such as the shower heads near the beach almost everything else was well-maintained and very clean.

While many beaches around Bali are known for having litter and debris on the beach, the beach was very well maintained and clean throughout the area. The beach was within walking distance from our villa and they provide beach towels and loungers for all guests. There were QR codes at each lounger for ease of ordering and there are staff walking around to take your order. Alternatively, you can walk to the beach bar for a drink/food.

We also used the spa at the resort and it was wonderful. Staff were amazing, very professional and everything was very hygienic.

You can tell the staff take pride in their work and really put the effort in to make the guests have a great experience. Without question would stay here again, especially in the villa.

Room with a pool outside is a must-have experience. Although there will be a lot of flies and moths that want to enter your room. Very calm environment, but also very family oriented. There are still quiet spots if you want to avoid noise. A relaxing resort , but not the place if you want regular evening activities. I came to relax so I am satisfied.

Expedia organises my stress free holiday but failed to inform me that my Bali flight left before the hotel check out date.
Amateurism on their part.
Extremely disappointed with Expedia. We normally make our own arrangements. But due to a close family bereavement we put our trust in Expedia to arrange our travel plan. Yes ok I should have done a forensic assessment of their planning. But the fact is that they sold me a holiday where the return flight left before the hit checkout. It cost me £2000 extra to get home. I want compensation

Beautiful resort in beautiful location. 4/5 due to smoking was allowed in/near restaurant and we had small kids and don’t smoke. No towel racks or make up mirror on bathroom and upon check out out luggage cart never came so we had to take it all ourselves quite a fair way.

Do Not Stay Here!
The place is beautiful, the staff is friendly, the food is good. However, these are pre-requisites for Nusa Dua.
Logistics at this hotel are a nightmare. If you are looking for quiet, rest, or relaxation, this is not the place to find any of these things.
I reached out to the hotel for 5 Days to try to schedule a pick up from the airport - I wound up getting my own taxi ride.
There are incessant bamboo drums playing all day. It may seem quaint at first, but see how you feel after 5 days of not being able to hear yourself think.
The walls are paper thin and there are unmonitored children running around, screaming, yelling , and banging furniture at all hours of the night.
Any trip you make to reception should be planned in advance. Be prepared to be there for 30-40 minutes, no matter the reason.
This place has the chaos factor of a bag full of cats all on roller skates.
I will be back to Nusa Dua in 3 months and will Definitely Not be back to Merusaka.

After exploring the vibrant energy of Ubud, Canggu, and Uluwatu, we chose MERUSAKA Nusa Dua as the perfect way to wind down, and it did not disappoint. The location is ideal for families and kids, with a beautiful beach and a much more relaxed atmosphere compared to the busier parts of Bali.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was decent, though it did get quite packed during peak hours. The gym, while small, was sufficient for a quick workout.

Overall, MERUSAKA Nusa Dua provided a peaceful and comfortable end to our trip, offering a great balance of relaxation and convenience. If you're looking for a family-friendly beachfront resort in Nusa Dua, this is a solid choice!

Nice experience at the Merusaka.

First, in our room at the ground floor with direct access, from our balcony, to a pool shared with only 3 other rooms (we were always alone in the pool, actually).

The hotel has also a very clean beach. A nice walk along the coast goes through this hotel and others.

A small outdoor commercial center, Bali Collection, is close to the hotel, 10 minutes walking.

The team wished me twice my birthday (in the room with a cake and when dining, the singer of the running show sung \"happy birthday\" along with waiters :)), and I thank them again for that.

It’s a beautiful resort but not very well maintained. Out bathroom ceiling was full of mold and it smelled terribly.
Nice pool but it was very hot, not even refreshing and over 30 degrees outside.
Nice beach but not enough umbrellas.

Bei der Ankunft wird man in einer sehr schönen Eingangshalle empfangen. Das Einchecken ging zügig und wir wurden zu unserem Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer war super, mit direktem Poolzugang, einem riesigen Bett und einem sehr großen Badezimmer. Leider roch das Zimmer feucht und der Verdacht bestätigte sich, als man sich auf das Bett legte. Es fühlte sich klamm an. Die Klimaanlage war recht laut, obwohl sie auf niedrigster Stufe lief. Unsere Koffer lagen auf dem Boden, um sie zu sortieren. Leider stellten wir beim zusammenpacken der Koffer fest, dass auch die Sachen im Koffer nun klamm waren. Als wir dann die Koffer aufgerichtet hatten, waren die Koffer nass auf der Außenseite. Am Rande sei noch erwähnt das es etliche kleine schwarze fliegen im Zimmer gab. Die Außenanlage ist ein Traum: mehrere Pools für Groß und Klein und ein super Strand. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und hatten immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Leider haben wir nur eine Nacht hier verbracht, denn hier hätten wir es, in einem anderen Zimmer, auch länger ausgehalten. Das Frühstück bot alles, was man braucht. Von süß bis deftig gab es alles.

Quel hôtel incroyable! Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique! Le personnel était très courtois. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions! C’est un endroit paradisiaque. Nous avons bien mangé. La nourriture est diversifiée et délicieuse. Nous avons aussi profité des activités sur place! Quelle bonne idée la piste multi fonctionnelle entre les hôtels pour faire du sport! Le seul bémol, que l’hôtel ne peut contrôler, les déchets de la plage. La mer rejette beaucoup de déchets pendant la journée. Il faudrait un système pour les ramasser! Merci pour tout!

Good choice for nusa dua

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel in June 24.

The room was comfortable and we chose a pool access room which was a small long pool shared between 4 rooms.

The hotel would be 90% booked I would think and it was hard to find a lounge chair by the pool.

There should be a designated kids pool and an adults only pool.

The breakfast food was adequate with many choices 7/10

The rooms could do with some colour and perhaps a freshen up.

Service was excellent especially the bar staff and main restaurant.

The mini fridge is terrible it does not cool drinks and is in a cabinet that means it gets hot and the glass water bottles don’t fit in the mini fridge
TV faces couch not the bed

We chose all inclusive which was good value given the costs of drinks and food.

Cocktails were great also especially at the beach hut

Great environment at Merusaka. Hubby and I enjoyed our stay very much. Dusa Nua is an exclusive area, lesser crowd than other parts like Kuta and Ubud. However, if it’s your first visit to Bali, you might want to experience other parts of bali to have an authentic feel before going to Dusa Nua.

The food I tried did not measure up to the price I paid. Beramundi lacked flavor and was dry and chewy. Breakfast was way over priced. It just lacked organization and quality. Egg station had a line, ordered eggs benedict but the eggs were ivercooked and took forever to get to me. I did enjoy the pool access room water was refreshing while public pool the water was luke warm.

Our stay in Merusaka was ok. It is a nice hotel, and even though the beach is beautiful, it was filled with trash which made it difficult to swim in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you do stay in Nusa dua, be prepared to have to take a taxi ride to the outside towns (uluwatu, canggu, etc) since there is not much to do here.

Overall it is a beautiful property on a beautiful beach. Everything would have been 5 star except when we checked out. Called for help with our bags at 11:15 (check out is 12). We are seniors and it is a good hike to the lobby. By 12:15, after five follow up calls, we had to just push our bags. Kind of left a bad impression after an otherwise wonderful stay.

On arrival we had to wait for 1 hr after check in time to check in. The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The breakfast was terrible and like a mess hall with people fighting over the one toast machine. The room service took an hr to be told they had run out of white wine. There was a wedding in the mess hall which was so noisy. Thank god we had a pool villa which was lovely but I got eaten alive with mosquito’s. Such a disapointing stay seeing it was out honeymoon.

I booked a room here and it was not a pleasant stay. My room wasn’t available until late and there was big puddle at the door of my room. The room itself was very big and comfortable I liked the room itself, but the water was disgusting. I filled up the bath and the water was like dark brown sewer water that comes out of the tap. The shower also brown water was very gross. Another thing, the food is zero out of 10. Was terrible quality. They want you to wear a mask while you eat at the restaurant aswell which was ridiculous. They are lucky the room itself was good or else I’d give the place zero. I won’t return I’ll wait for the place next door to re open

Service, Room, Food everything was perfect! I absolut recommend this hotel to everyone! We had a room with a private pool, this extra money was worth it. Personal was super nice, very helpful! Mall is in walking distance, there is a free bus ride from the hotel but it’s nice to walk there, just 5 minutes walk. Of course Mall is for tourists and not the “real Bali” but still if you wanna have the “real Bali” grab a cap and drive to Denpasar.
Hotel is best for relaxing, beach is very nice too.
Even if the hotel has a lot of beds, you feel very private there! There a different areas with sunbeds, it never feels crowded. Don’t forget the yoga classes, you need a extra portion of motivation in the morning but it is a great start in the morning - after yoga watch the sunrise at the beach (depends which month you stay there!), in the water!

Our aircon didnt work to begin but the staff quickly fixed it.

Excellent property in a beautiful setting. But ravelers should know what they book -- I had booked a \"one-bedroom suite\" as described on the site but there was no separate bedroom. It was an open suite. The hotel should rectify this on their site.

Nice rooms, very clean. Very friendly staff. Great variety of food at breakfast. Staff can be a bit slow to bring coffee/tea/juices at breakfast.

Perfect

We had our honeymoon here and it was truly amazing! Staff were incredible. We stayed in a one bed villa which was perfect.. Would recommend to anyone. Perfect holiday!

Wide open garden spaces large beach frontage

The resort is very relaxing with open spaces and 6 pools to choose from. The beach is very nice at that stretch of beach.. Recommended

Definitely not 5 star - more like 3.5

From arrival we were told checks in 3pm so go downstairs for lunch - incorrect information re restaurant. Ordered Chicken Tandoori wrap. When queried why so bland was told they don’t use tandoori spices because too spicy! Check in was running late - not enough staff. The room was a swim out overlooking pool through very sparse garden straight into other rooms. No reasonable storage ie no drawers, only 1 power point next to bed, 1 bedside table, bathroom no natural light and not enough electrical lights. Bar fridge no temperature control and NOT cold, no wine glasses. The staff were a cut above the rooms being pleasant and helpful. We had dinner in their Indonesian Restaurant which would be expected to be spicy - but no, bland again. We didn’t eat in the hotel again.

My experience in “ Inaya Bali”was a great one. Hotel is outstanding ,matching international standards with super polite staff. Architecture and environment is perfect with its touch with nature.. by all standards I’ll rate this hotel as “outstanding “ and my stay in Bali is one of the best experiences ever
