Staff were very alert!
They saw that i had finished the drinking water and replenished the next day, with an extra bottle.
Also alert to the fact that coffee in the room had finished, and refilled the next day with extra.

The overall feeling is that there is lack of cleanliness throughout the entire property. Our room 2107, the toilet is positioned tight against the wall so that you had to sit side saddle in order to use it. At check out they tried tocharge us for items we never had, smoothie and coffees we paid cash for. My advice stay elsewhere!

Rooms are large, clean, offering some type of view, ours a garden, which made our stay very relaxing. The staff were fantastic, going out of their way to give you a great stay. The restaurant restaurant provided the most delicious meals, especially breakfast. The pool and gardens were beautiful. There were no shops alongside the hotel, but Bali Collection was walking distance with a free shuttle bus available. Local laundry and convenience stores were just a stroll away.

Nice hotel, would stay again.

Nice hotel, really kind staff and breakfast was delicious. The hotel was also very clean, and in good enough condition. No bathrobe in the room though, and the bed was wider than it was longer which meant my feet were hanging off the edge (I'm 6ft 1).

Would definitely come back though.

Over all our stay was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was adequate but I must say the coffee was really good. The pool was disappointing. The are only 2 ladders to exit the pool with daybeds being used but other guest blocking the ladders which made it difficult for elderly people to get out of the pool. We concidered having a cocktail by the pool one afternoon, but when we saw the prices ($38au for 1 Margarita) we decided to pass. I wouldn’t pay $38 in Australia for a cocktail! Even food at the hotel was over priced!

lengthy check in and out

Location is in Nusa Dua Centre, there is a suttle bus to shopping center and beach (hotel does not have private beach). Check in is annoying and lengthy, alot of unnecesary questions. Nowdays, normally hotel only asks credit card as \"bond\", they did not. As a result, a lengthy check out as well as, they need to check items in the room. We were asked about pillow (??). Breakfast is very basic but the resto is good and tasty. Room is big with veranda. not much facility in the hotel, just swimming pool, small gym and resto. In general, only staff in reception are not that friendly with lengthy check in and out.

Really friendly staff, great location and breakfast was the best.
Was upgraded from a standard room to the deluxe on arrival. We were also able to do a late checkout due to a late flight.
Prices were reasonable but the fish and chips from room service was laughably small, go out for dinner instead of using the hotel's restaurant.
Located in a family-friendly, posh, area of Bali, the hotel had free transport to the beach and the local shopping mall. Look forward to staying there again.

Amenities were very good. The pool was rather small but decent, lots of shade. The breakfast was nice and eclectic. The only downside i would say is that with there being no private beach it was a pain. You can pay for access to any of the other resorts facilities but that was rather expensive. Bali Nusa Dua Hotel did seem to be the cheapest resort in the area so that was a big plus.

It was nice having the shuttle to and from the beach in the shopping center. Breakfast was complete with Indoor or outdoor seating. Lots of families with loud children screaming but not at night. Every single staff member was incredibly polite and helpful.

we arrived after midnight and the staff was as friendly as can be. We stayed for 3 weeks and can say, that is was pure pleasure. we travel a lot and we where really pleased. from day 1 the staff called as by our name and spoiled us. I can recommend this hotel whole ardently. the only thing was the restaurant is halal, so no crispy pork bacon. but the other cooking made up for it, bravo to all the teams. we have memories to last for a long time. thank you. 2 leaks in bathroom, altho fixed, still leaks at bath tub. And this leaves a moldy air in the room. Furnishings and amenities are rather used, maybe due to age of hotel.
Staff service is very present, altho an improvement in English language will
bring more business to this hotel for its pricing value?

Awesome, great value stay in Bali

We had avoided going back to Bali after a poor experience 19 years ago, opting for destinations in Australia or Singapore.
We were quite apprehensive when we booked, but could not have been more pleased.
The staff, room, food and in-house spa were all exceptional.
I would recommend Bali Nusa Dua Hotel to anyone wanting a good value destination in a quieter area of Bali.

Excellent value for money and wonderful service

an excellent value for money. I was in Bali for 3 days and chose this hotel as it was a very convenient location and the price was very attractive compared with other hotels nearby.
The most pleasant surprise was on my last day. I checked out at 1pm, went to my meeting and came back to the hotel at around 7pm. I asked if I could take a shower somewhere before I leave for the airport. To my amazement, I was offered a complementary executive suite for 2 hours where I would take a shower, relax and enjoy a cup of coffee prior to departing for the airport.
I have stayed at well over 100 hotels around the world but I have never experienced this type of gesture or hospitality - it was fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel rather more overly priced hotels in nearby. I will definitely use this hotel again, when I am in Bali next year.

Great relaxing stay

Decor of the hotel was modern but still infused with beautiful Balinese architecture. Room was clean and spacious. Room service great and affordable. Service of staff was friendly and attentive. Area was very private which I enjoyed, a vast difference from the touristy kuta. Private shuttle to beach was also much appreciated.

Quiet area and top quality hotel.

The hotel was wonderful place to stay. The only \"fault\" that I could find would be to say that it would've been really nice to have had somewhere to sit on the room balcony. The room chair couldn't be taken out there because it wouldn't fit through the door gap, but a couple of plastic chairs would be so good for the balmy Bali evenings.
The pool was large and uncrowded.
There's a couple of small bar / restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and the whole area is very quiet. Not the place to go if you want loud disco's or bars (I didn't!).
I'd definitely stay here again.

Very Noisy Hotel, Avoid This Place

My room was on the second floor where I stayed for 2 nights (prepaid through Expedia). The cavernous hallways had every door being shut echoing through the hall and into my room all night long. On my second night a noisy group checked in and made loud noise until about midnight. Calls to the Manager didn't help. This was the only bad experience on a 3 week travel around Bali......also the most expensive room I stayed in.

I had a quick getaway to Nusa Dua and found the Bali Nusa Dua hotel ideal. Whilst not on the beach front, the hotel is just a 5 min walk away. The staff, amenities and general location were all excellent, being a short stroll to the shopping area Bali Collection.

Conference hotel that's also great for relaxing

I have stayed here once before and really enjoyed it, so I decided to stay again, and was not disappointed. All staff are polite and super friendly. The facilities are great and the complimentary wifi was a life saver.

Whenever I think about relaxing in Bali I think of this hotel.

Awesome rooms serviced and maintained by wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. Hotel is a nice retreat from all of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to major attractions and activities if you need a break from the peace and serenity. Would definitely consider staying here again, next time we visit Bali.

Luxury in Nusa Dua at a moderate price

Nusa Dua area in Bali has several 5 star hotels. This is 4+ stars, but much cheaper. It clearly does not target the \"fun in the sun\" dempgraphic. Hence it is very quiet.

This is a well appointed confortable hotel, adjacent to the Bali Nusa Dua Congress Centre. If you have an event here, this is a great option. There is a nice pool and modern, well fitted rooms. It is not at the beach, and does not have great views or anything. It is fairly small, so a nice intimate feeling, and over the 5 days of my stay I got to recognise most of the staff. Don;t stay here for a family holiday, there are better options.

Good hotel but secluded location

Only a two night stay but hotel was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced .
The shuttle to Bali Collection was good so you could get away from the hotel which is fairly secluded and away from anything.
We did use the hotel shuttle bus to the beach which is a considerable distance from the hotel, we did advise he driver the time we wanted to be picked up however the shuttle did not arrive.
We took a taxi from the beach to the Bali collection had lunch and then took their shuttle back to the hotel where we were met with numerous apologies. Later the management bought a letter of apology and some cookies to our room. We were not too worried about the problem accepting that it was a communication error that can occur.
The pool area at the hotel is good and the breakfast was also good.
I do not know what he hotel would be like if there was a conference on as during our stay it was not very busy.
If we were to visit Bali again we would probably not return to this hotel because of its location.

I had a wonderful stay here over 3 nights - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the hotel staff provided excellent service. Everyone from the reception team to the restaurant team were nothing but polite and helpful. I had breakfast included in my room booking which I was very impressed with. There was a large selection of both western and Asian breakfast cuisine with something for everyone's taste (my favourite was the omlette bar where you get to watch as the chef cooks you an omlette with your chosen toppings!) Overall very pleased with my stay and excellent value for money.

I got my room upgraded which was very nice. Hotel is very quiet, in fact Nusa Dua is in a very quiet and secluded area so you need to have a car with you otherwise it will be difficult to go around the area.

Staffs were very friendly and attentive especially the receptionist (Dina i think her name was).

I was there for 5 nights and breakfast everyday was very average. Food was quite bland except the soup station.

Overall, it is a quite reasonably priced hotel and I would definitely come back.

Trendy and Relax stay.

We stay at there for conference in Bali convention center whcih is next by the hotel, Bali Nusa Dua Hotel is not a big in size hotel, we found that all staff are friendly , helpful, the breakfast item is not numerous but enough species, taste delicious. They have a Spa service also. We are all enjoy to stay in Bali Nusa Dua Hotel.

Room Service Menu Needs to be looked at

The hotel overall was lovely, and in a good location. Only a 10-15 minute walk to Bali Connection. The staff are very friendly.

The only really disappointing thing was each time we rang for Room Service they didn't have the items, and we were ordering straight off the Room Service Menu (apple crumble, and hamburgers). Not once but three times!

So we ended up going to a bakery and stocking up, for our evening snack.

Staff as everywhere we stay were excellent ( been about 50 times to Bali). Very very quiet hotel but that suited us on this holiday. Breakfast lacking I believe for many \"westerners\"- no pork bacon, hot tomato's , baked beans etc. lots of Asian type food which a lot of Australians would have for dinner. Mixture of guests English , Australian, Germon, Asian but no pork bacon or sausages ( Moslem issue?) only other issue was hotel has 98 rooms and only about 20 lounges poolside - crazy! Great massage service .
