Whilst generally the hotel is adequate on windy nights the loose blinds on the outside of the Wellness Centre continuously banged throughout the night and the geese/swans kept in neighbouring property were often very noisy and disturbed sleep from 6am.

This is the best hotel experience I’ve had. Staff ensured a First Class experience for the ENTIRE 8 nights. Holiday Inn staff know how to celebrate Christmas & New Year’s in style. They have parties you can choose to join each night and A+++ menus. Choose from the pool or private beach onsite. Standard King rooms are spacious and bottled water topped up daily. Will be making this place a stop-over to chill before heading back to Sydney when I travel in the future from Europe or Asia. Staff 10/10, Amenitites 10/10, Cleaninless 10/10, Room 10/10.

Clean rooms, staff all friendly can’t do enough for you. Pools and surrounding areas kept clean, good quality pool towels and can change daily or more often if needed. Good breakfast and again staff very attentive.
Lovely location right on the beach front, perfect to catch up on rest and relax time. Went to the BBQ night on the beach ( you need to book) very enjoyable.
Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The property is lovely and the staff are very attentive. Mike and Ryan in particular went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Their kindness really stood out during my stay.

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing trip, I would suggest avoiding school holidays. It is a very family friendly resort and there were lots of screaming kids, particularly noticeable from the ocean view rooms. The sliding doors let a lot of sound in and there are also musical performances outside, so it may not be ideal if you are after complete peace and quiet. That said, the view itself is absolutely stunning.

I ordered room service and the food was delicious. The location was great, the bed was very comfy, and because it was my birthday the team surprised me with a little cake and a personalised card. I was really impressed, especially since I booked on such short notice. Highly recommend the buffet breakfast as well.

One thing that did shock me was the amount of plastic that had washed up on the beach. I spent some time picking it up myself. This is of course not the resort’s fault as it is clearly coming in from the ocean, but worth being aware of.

Overall it is a beautiful property with thoughtful staff who made my birthday stay special.

Second time back for holidays with family which included a 8 year old.
Has a good kids club, staff in kids club were amazing although other hotels have more of a range of free activities included in there kids club and perhaps more suited to younger kids.

Pools were good although one large deep swimming pool was lacking.

Minor issue, kettle didn’t work

Right on the beach but no one was really swimming as there is a lot of rubbish washing up to shore. Staff did a great job trying to continuously clean it.

Bars were great and staff were very accommodating even with a strict gluten free option for our son. Offered alternative menus every day for lunch breakfast and dinner

Overall good hotel although there are also other great hotels in the area also

Excellent staff and hotel. Great kids club staff. Kids can eat for free in one of the restaurants if and adult orders a main meal. Kids menu had good healthy options. Breakfast was surprisingly good and well organized even with a made to order egg and coffee service. Not a crappy self service coffee machine in sight!.

Pool is nice and well maintained. Unfortunately lots of plastic debris washes up onto the beach- that's the whole of this region, but the staff do try to clean up. The swimming area in the beach in front of the hotel isnt the best- it's small and lots of jetskis. If u walk a little further, you can use the nicer parts of the beaches adjoining to the other hotels (considered to be public, but have to pay to use their sunloungers).

The hotel could do with a few more shaded lounge beds by the pool/beach, (many are without shade)

A couple of nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel as well as convenience stores, though the hotel restaurant itself offers good food at reasonable prices.

The breakfast is amazing. Honestly we have stayed in hotels world wide and this for me was the best. What ever your taste or nationality you will find many options. The baked soda and multi grain is delicious.

Beach is nice and honestly the staff do their very best but with the tides can bring plastics. We were up early every day and saw the staff raking the beach . Unfortunately this seems to be a problem in the whole of Bali . It didn’t not stop us using the sea as I said above the staff cleaned every day.

The hotel needs the beach sun loungers to be the same as the ones around the pool with comfortable pads as too uncomfortable without padding.

Could do with tap either end of beach for washing off sand.

Beds are huge and comfortable and bathroom very clean.

The staff who do all the fitness and water aerobics are fantastic. We made use of yoga, stretching early morning bike ride etc .

Nice restaurants within walking distance ie Mandela and Bali Collection has many nice restaurants we loved Burmese all 5mins in taxi or free shuttle. Little arts and crafts market and gift shops.

Massage available at hotel . We went outside for a change and loved Royal Orchid Spa all walkable. Very clean and professional with couples rooms.

So we would highly recommended this beautiful hotel. Would visit again.

Get rid or upgrade the souvenir shops at the corner of the property. They look terrible given the overall nice surrounding of the beach. There are two located between the hotel and ocean, one in each corner. The goal when you sit on the lounge chair is to relax and enjoy by the beach; What I have noticed is that people that sell items at the souvenir shop make a lot of noise and spit on the ground(kind of gross & disgusting). Other than that, no complaints.

The hotel is well kept with modern facilities. The staff are really lovely - go out of their way to help in every way! They even learn your names.

Breakfast was fairly good - spread of continental cereal, eggs, pastries, some local/western cooked items and selection of hot drinks. Plenty for vegetarians.

Only let down - quality of a la carte from restaurant was quite poor. We didnt expect gourmet but food really was poor. The cream-mushroom pasta looked and tasted like dirt.

Would recommend this hotel for families (child friendly) and couples. Good location etc. Just eat out after breakfast!

My only complaint is that they didn’t provide free airport shuttles, only shuttle to the shopping center, but it’s not too bad as Grab service was able to get us there quick.

Fantastique expérience à cet endroit. Cet hôtel contient piscines (3) au bord de la mer. Nous avons eu vue sur mer vraiment beau. La nourriture était très bien avec beaucoup de choix. I have now stayed at this property twice. The first time was 5 years ago for a quick 2 night stay this trip we stayed here for 9 nights and brought friends. We all had an incredible stay. The hotel is so clean and it doesn’t look like it’s aged a day since we first stayed. The staff is amongst some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Within 2 days they had our names memorized and would greet us everywhere we went and have tables ready for us every breakfast. I can’t say enough good things!

While i like the property with its beach access, the rooms had issues of cleanliness - Water kettle was dirty and needed replacement, coffee cups had coffee stains & after cleaning bits and pieces of rubbish would remain in the room.

Holiday Inn Nusa Dua exceeded all our expectations! The staff were extremely friendly and professional, always trying to make sure everything met our needs. My partner has quite a few food allergies and they catered around them with no hesitation, the head chef even came to speak to him to make sure he could cook him anything he wanted.
The pool was perfect for our 4yo, and the atmosphere around the pool area was very chilled and relaxing, we walked up along the beach path that passes the other more expensive hotels and they all seemed very hectic and a lot going on, not as chilled.
Rooms were clean and beds were comfy, food was really good, breakfast was yummy, I honestly can not flaw this hotel and would recommend in an instant. The dayspa was amazing aswell.

My partner and I had an incredible time. As always (from our experience) the IHG standard is maintained. The staff were attentive and approachable, nothing was ever too much and they managed to balance the varied needs of all the guests in such a fine way. The food was such a treat, as were the great cocktails. Staff was excellent. I felt like a VIP. I did prepay all the breakfast for two even though I was a solo traveller and never got to use any of the breakfast voucher. The experience there was to please and I love it. I got the 'facing pool' room as an upgrade but all the kids were noisy in the pool all day round and the walls are thin. If not for my sleepleasneas, it could have been perfect. Great experience nonetheless. The swarm of bug ugly mozzies and flies attacking me was in royal Austrians and u left with a bad taste in my mouth from there. Separate post though. This hotel is 5 stars to me with attentive and personable staff, even if they got my name wrong

Highly recommend this resort for families with children. The kids pool and kids club were fantastic.

The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to cater for our needs. They offered a personalised experience.

We stayed in a standard king room which was above our expectations. The room was spacious and offered a partial ocean view. It was well kept however housekeeping needs to work on their attentiveness. The floors were not clean and our sheets were not changed at all.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from. The standard menu was affordable but repetitive for a week long stay.

The pools were nicely set up however there is not enough sun loungers and hard to get. The pools need immediate maintenance. There were a lot of missing tiles and patch up jobs. Four kids cut themselves and needed first aid. The upkeep of the pools was disappointing.

Wifi was fast and had connection throughout the resort, even in the pool.

The spa was a luxurious experience, highly recommended.

Overall, to sum up our stay in key words - above our expectations, highly recommended for young families, excellent staff, would stay there again, spruce up the menu, fix the pools.

The breakfast buffet was only so-so. Not many good choice of restaurant around the hotel though.
