Stayed in a villa with private pool , very clean and nice pool, breakfast was nice, close to the shops and restaurants, good access to the beach, right next door to a activity centre that does jet ski and loads of other activities.
Overall very happy with the hotel

Nice stay for a short trip

Fairly comfortable room, also fairly clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food quality was rather good. Elevator out of order a couple times which could be problematic for some but fortunately not for me. Room window had decent blackout shades but the full outward facing window exposing the shower and bathroom area, which was all glass, had no protection from the light when the sun came up so if you have a room facing the ocean wear an eye mask unless you plan on waking early anyway. All in all, very good value for the money and I would stay again.

We liked the ocean view room and the jacuzzi on the balcony. Very relaxing. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The selection of Indonesian coffees at breakfast was very impressive. We liked the cakes at the afternoon tea. Conveniently located in Nusa Dua with many different restaurants, spas, and convenience store choices nearby. The service was friendly, but a couple of our requests were not followed through on. During one day of our 3-day stay, he has to have our bed sheets changed, but it was not done. On the last day of our stay, it felt like the breakfast service was less attentive than at the beginning. A few items were missed, such as pastries and water. But overall it was a clean, friendly, relaxing stay.

Property is located close to beach and supermarket and dining options. Room view is amazing which is why I chose the sea view. Breakfast is doable . What I think could be better is the lighting all that can be found or labeled . Fridge can be placed at a higher location. As for toilet and shower separation I loved it. I didn’t feel good that security was such that anyone could take the lift up . But it was a pleasurable stay . Staff are helpful . Lighting in lobby could also always be bright. But it was value for money and appreciation for the staff .

What a great spot in Benoa. Fantastic view across the ocean to Nusa Penida. The bath was great out on the verandah, under cover so we could watch the storm and sit in the bath, was awesome. Very quiet and the pool was great. Highly recommended

Loved the spacious clean room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was lovely and bought to the room. The only issue was the pool area. The ground was overly hot to walk on and the pool was not that great. Very hard to get in and out on the pool on the slim ladder. Pool felt slippery. Thus I went to another resort everyday to use their pool.I would stay there again.

We stayed in the premium ocean view suites for 4 nights. Lovely large room, great balcony with an outdoor bath and nice view. Breakfast delivered to our room which we enjoyed on the balcony. Nice quiet accommodation with good pool. Some great restaurants across the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property is not appealing from the road .
The restaurant on site was non operational.
The rooms are pleasant enough , however it is a little run down .
The pool needs some cleaning work as well as the ladder .
The kitchenette out the back needs to be updated .
There is no bar onsite , this was not advertised on the website prior to booking.
The outside deck needs a fan .
We were expecting a little bit more , for the price we paid .

Listed as 3 star but a 2 at best. Only breakfast available and limited selection. Entrance not very inviting and if disabled access is difficult if cars parked, and steps with no slopes down to pool and beach area. Beach full of sports boats and not really inviting to look at. Villa with pool, the access steps are difficult would need flat steps and short distances to climb. More sunbed around the pool only 8 available. Wifi hit and miss especially around the pool areas. Noise from hotel next door is sometimes annoying and the building work going on at the Apollo sports shed. Restaurants close by are good. All in all disappointed with our hotel facilities.

The room was wonderfully spacious and the bed was very big. Tastefully appointed. Great view. Truly wonderful staff. Excellent breakfasts. Only drawback was that the airconditioning was a bit noisy, but still bearable. It certainly worked well. Very good balcony size.

The villa was nice but no room to move around the pool. Rooms need an upgrade. Limited breakfast choice. No restaurant no room service. It was right on the beach so that’s a plus. Not a lot of shops or dining places to choose from.

Benoa Sea Suits & villa not a 4 star hotel

Extremely disappointing, the photos that are posted are stunning however the reality is no where near as shown. For the rate charged this is an outrageous fallacy. Car park is literally in the main lobby, and getting to the hotel is a ride through rubbish. Rooms were clean but seriously outdated. We spent one night and left for a 5 star hotel that charged less than the Benoa Sea Suits. People working at the hotel were terrific but we couldn’t justify the price versus the amenities.

Beyond our expectation, its really comfortable and you’ll enjoy your stay. Location so close with Benoa water sport, just take a walk 100 metres, you’ll reach beach and select your water sport activity.

This hotel was by the beach, I love the pool as it wasn't crowded at all. We got the sea view from our balcony. It wasn't that wow as expected but you could still see a little of the waves. The room was big so that was a plus. They also had a balcony where you can air your wet clothing. Breakfast was delivered to the room and they were on time for it. The only downside was the towels... they weren't very clean as they had stains on it. There were ants in the room as well, I think that came from the plants. The room was not soundproof, therefore, you could hear what's going on outside and across the road. Overall, if you're not too picky, it's still a decent hotel.

Très bon hotel malgré sa facade austère

L'entrée de l'hotel fait un peu peur, il y a des travaux à l'extérieur et la facade de l'hotel n'est pas belle.
Une fois à l'intérieur c'est un autre décor : notre chambre était dans un couloir végétalisé, au bout de ce couloir la piscine et la mer.
la chambre en elle même était très bien avec piscine privé très agréable, les petits tracas ont été résolus rapidement.
le petit déjeuner très copieux et excellent sauf peut être pour le café et les jus de fruits.
La plage est comme dans beaucoup d'endroits à Bali agrémentées de déchets et c'est étonnant de constater que la plupart des hotels ne nettoient pas leurs plages.
On a remarqué que bizarrement les employés ramassent les feuilles mais ne touchent pas aux plastiques ?? on a vu aussi certains faire des tas et les enterrer dans le sable, bref ce n'est pas la même conscience écologique qu'en France, c'est bien dommage car il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour y remédier.
Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil et très serviable à l'image des habitants de Bali en général.
Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité.

Bref une belle surprise cet hotel et je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner

Dejligt ophold til en fornuftig pris

Hotellet ser fra gaden ikke ud af noget. Men er rigtig godt. Vi havde bestilt villa værelserne hvor vi havde en mindre udendørs pool til hver af de 4 værelser. Det kan anbefales - da de er lidt køligere en den større fælles pool. Der er god aircondition på værelserne som er vigtig pga. varmen. Morgenmad på hotellet er ganske fin hvor der kan vælges continental eller indonesisk morgenmad.

We booked this hotel because of the jacuzzi outside. The room looked okay, it's big but not clean. Towels and bedsheets had stains all over them. We tried the jacuzzi, but it was full of bugs and worms, so we cleaned it ourselves. When we turned it on there was an awful smell, drain like, and more worms and insects were coming out... So, jacuzzi was useless. There are some restaurants and shops nearby, but not as many as other places like Seminyak or Ubud. The beach is full of trash and not good for swimming. We tried to go to the pool for once, but there weren't enough beds, so we mostly stayed in the room, as there was nothing to do.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt neben dem Hotel.
Das Zimmer war neuwertig, wurde zwar täglich nass gewischt, dennoch lag vier Tage lang ein Wattestäbchen unter dem Nachttisch und die Ecken waren staubig.
Beim Frühstück auf dem Zimmer gab es eine große Auswahl und es war immer frisch und reichlich
