Our room was a good size, on the 5th floor. The staff are always nice and accomodating. Don’t break a cup though they charge the same amount as a meal lols. Overall a good hotel but being not infront of thr beach we had to pay for beach hut and chair on days we decide to do a beach day.

Room was nice. They put 2 twin beds together for a super duper big bed lol. Shower was good, not alot of pressure in our room and the rainfall shower head didn’t work but it was a good clean room.
It was also close to the beach which was nice. Only a 5 min walk. You do have to cross traffic but it’s easy enough to do and you have security guards who can stop traffic for you.
There’s also a couple marts in the other direction (5 min walk) which you can get snacks and water and beer if you want. Much cheaper as well. Also has aloe Vera and sunscreen and bug spray.
There is also a much cheaper laundry place you can get your clothes done at. Much cheaper than the hotel. Be advised any place you get your laundry done will come back smelling super artificial lol. They love the perfume scents.

Outdoor pool was ok. Staff very friendly. However, they told me to pay down my bill since it went over there limit.
I told them I would come down shortly. I took a shower and they were knocking on the door. My husband told them I would be down to pay. As soon as I got out of the shower and went downstairs to pay. I have never had a hotel ever tell me I am over the limit. I paid the day before we left and never charged anything else.

Unfortunately there is bad sewerage smell in the reception and common areas. Thankfully not in the rooms themselves.
Pool only has 4 sun beds and 5 beanbags by the pool so don’t anticipate on using the pool.
Staff were really good. Reception always there for any needs and always smiling
Security always stopping traffic for people to cross a very busy road

This is a very budget friendly hotel. It’s super close to the hotel and literally right down the street from The Bali Collection for souvenir shopping and a range of dining options. The beach is very close for seafood dining, which is lined with many options along the beach.

Room was amazing! Hotel was very modern with a very friendly staff. The hotel is literally a 3-minute walk to the beach and a short drive from Nusa Dua beach with some amazing vantage points for photos.

While I was there, construction was ongoing on the 5th floor and the rooftop. So the rooftop restaurant and seating was closed, although the pool was open. The restaurant on the 3rd floor was good but has very few windows. I had been hoping to work from the rooftop, while eating and enjoying the view. However, that was a minor inconvenience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay here for four nights. Perfect location for all the beaches and resorts in Nusa Dua. You can’t beat the price point. Other places have better pools and bars and restaurants, but not for this price. Stay here and wander around the area during the day.

We had a very nice, large room but some tiles and aspects needed attention. But the bed was very comfortable and the linens were always fresh and clean. The service was great! Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ample and had a large variety. Non stop drip coffee. There was a cafe on site for barista coffees as well. The Roost restaurant was good, a little more expensive than dinning out but fair for the convenience of having good food in the ready. The roof top pool was lovely and clean. We enjoyed that! The location is near a busy road, there was some noise but nothing that stopped us from sleeping. While the Nest is not on the beach you can walk to the beach that the resorts are on in less than 5 mins. The security will even stop traffic so you can cross the busy street. Bali collection is a beautiful 15. - 20 min walk away. It was safe and very enjoyable. A Gojeck would be a cheap option. LOVED the 12:00 check out and the service was fantastic. Would suggest getting a Grab or Gojeck for the airport if you wanna save some money there.

During the night I’d awake to a stinky smell in my room and the corridor , also on our day of arrival we waited 5 hrs for our room check in was at 2 we arrived at 8.30am , our room was ready earlier in the day but they were surprised when we went to ask for the key at 2 pm they said the room was ready for hours. Another thing I didn’t like about them was it’s all about the money. We were catching taxis ordered by them at $40 Australian to go to Kuta and we found out that we can order our own bluebird for $14 Australian going to the same area they said they have to promote their property first. That was the thing that put me off. Also one of the adults I was travelling with was ordering stuff and she would tell them that she has her own money and she will pay for things herself that she wanted but they were charging me taking money out of my bank account

Room cleaning staff are amazing ! Taking care of our room everyday keeping it so clean and fresh.
Gardens are beautiful and kept tidy. Pool is gorgeous perfect temp as well. Love the views from the rooftop also.

The restaraunt and bar at the hotel is very pricey compared to the street restaurants. You can only purchase food and drink from the bar and restaraunt for the rooftop area inc the pool.

A lovely hotel, extremely clean and conveniently situated. Our room was modern and comfortable with king size bed . We had a claw foot bath, double shower with rain head. two tvs and a lounge area and a blue tooth speaker. The staff are genuinely friendly and polite and appear to enjoy working in the hotel. It was pleasantly surprising stay at the Nest Nusa Dua hotel. From 2 nights were extended to another 2 nights then another one night. The extended stay were decided based on the warm hospitality displayed from the receptionist to the General Manager and the owner himself who happened to be staying there for a week or so. The room we stayed was spacious and appeared luxurious to our taste. The rooftop was well designed and offered access to the beautiful view of the Benoa area and its ocean as well as the glorious sunset one would love to bask every evening. The restaurant located on the rooftop is one that we also truly enjoy as well my favorite dish which I ordered every time I had dinner there, Nasi Campur Rendang. So delicious. I even made sure to communicate it to one of their management team about it. Me and my wife truly enjoy to have breakfast there every morning. I personally appreciate the variety of food they offer and especially their pancakes and waffles. The best I’ve tried during my stay here in Bali at different resorts and hotels. Of course nothing is perfect but I won’t waste my time sharing here because it so minor and too self-preferential. Even though the Nest Hotel is not a 5 stars hotel their services deserve and rightly earned the 5 stars level. I will definitely return to stay at this hotel.

Really nice hotel, lovely friendly staff. Lovely rooms, with huge beds and a nice sized balcony. Nice big walk in shower with great water pressure and toiletries provided. TV in the room has plenty of channels in all languages if you have time to watch it. Whilst there is a fridge jn the room, you will need to ask for it to be connected. Safe and tea/coffee station

Food is absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast has a varied selection of food and juices to cover all taste buds.

Roof top pool is great, towels available from the bar. Not many sun loungers but bean bags are also available.

Lots of staff on hand but sadly not a lot of guests using the beautiful rooftop restaurant and the query but very comfortable birds nest seating options in the evenings, which no doubt leaves the staff with not much to do. However, was nice to hear them laughing amongst themselves though.

Would I recommend or stay again... Absolutely!

Great breakfast buffet with good vegan options. The staff even offered to custom-make vegan dishes for us at breakfast. There is no airport shuttle, and the ride from the airport via Grab (Asia’s Uber) cost about $10. The beach was a 7-minute walk down a narrow road that is also used by motor scooters and the occasional car. The first beach is used for water sports during the day, but there are nicer beaches to the right that belong to fancy hotels but are open access to the public. A free shuttle stops at the hotel to take tourists to what was advertised as a shopping center. It was an overpriced department store with some surrounding restaurants and an overpriced supermarket located in a gated community. My wife and looked around for an hour and grabbed a Grab out of there to a vegan restaurant for lunch. Lots of good vegan restaurants around The Nest, including an Indian-Indonesian place just three minutes away by foot. Only complaint about The Nest is we could sleep one of our four nights because of loud, thumbing dance music from outside combined with loud-talking guests in our hallway. But that is part of the risk of staying at tourist hotels.

This hotel was great value for money. The rooms were huge and spotless. I spent my days at close 5 star beach hotels day pass. This hotel is very close to the Bali collection mall (bit boring and overpriced ) and the local street night market for street shopping and restruants. Other that 5 star hotels I found nuda dua very boring.

Overall, the property stay was great. Beds were comfortable enough. The AC could have been more powerful, but still, it did the job. The room was big enough for our needs. The bathroom was good, however, we couldn’t figure out how to run just the rainfall shower and not the detachable head, so the shower would fill up too quickly and almost flood the bathroom. Not sure if that was a user error or not. The bathroom also had a really strong fragrance smell, which wasn’t bad, but just super strong that it gave us a slight headache on the first day. The dining option at The Roost was okay but not out of this world - the area is very resort like, so there are a handful of options in the area, but if you want more selection, you’ll need to scooter or cab out. They have a breakfast option for 150,000 - we didn’t eat there but we checked out the options and it seemed plentiful. Lastly, the staff were wonderful and catered to our every need. We would come back again just for them!

Great staff, good pool, the room was kept clean, and is spacious. The bathroom has no window, only forced ventilation (something common nowadays, I know, but it makes it harder to deal with moisture and it's smells). There's free reposition of water in the fitroom. About the restaurant, one night we went to the restaurant to eat the advertised Brazilian BBQ but, as a brazilian, I was disappointed since it didn' t get even close to the real thing.

We arrived as Visitors, stayed as Guests and left as Family. The management and staff of our Nest simply DO IT THE RIGHT WAY. Without detail, we experienced horrific treatment by an airline and were delayed 24 hours getting out. One phone call: the Nest sent a driver immediately and welcomed us Home. Where, in 2023, can you get HUGS from staff as you enter or leave a hotel ? One answer: The Nest ! Love to All. E & R

This resort was extremely clean and had a great atmosphere. The rooftop restaurant “The Roost” had a great view and the food was fantastic. The rooms were modern and comfortable and the humidity was extremely low compared to the other hotels.

The only downsides were the service at the restaurant was a bit slow for my liking. You had to seek them out or make eye contact with them. They also did not have in house laundry. It was outsourced.

I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was the best I've experienced at any hotel. Always a new menu everyday for the hot food, and the desserts.
The Gym is ok 20kg dumbbells max, no lat pulldown or leg machines. Probably skip leg day ;)

My room was delightful . Massive king size bed .
Balcony on the topdeck with the pool was so well laid out with a great view.
I didn't have the buffet dinner but I will be back to try it on a Wednesday night

Great but could’ve been better

Our stay was great but it could’ve been better if their Spa was open till night. The people were wonderful, the whole place was clean, they had different buffet breakfast everyday. After a long day going around Bali, it would’ve been great to come home and relax in their Spa. Too bad their spa hours are from 10am-6pm only! Hope they could fix this. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time at The Nest!

Lovely hotel- very comfortable bed

A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful pool and rooftop bar. The room was very comfortable with an amazing bed! The hotel also organised a very good driver for us to go to Uluwatu temple which was great.
