One of the best hotels over stayed at, it gave serious White Lotus vibes (in a good way)

The pool areas are amazing. Best I've ever stayed at!

The breakfast was amazing! So many different cultures to try their food, I loved it! Ate there every day and never got bored.

They had some pretty major renovations going on but It did not impact me at all. The team managing is should get an award as it has been impeccably managed. The construction area is coordinated off with huge beautiful gardens so you would never know and it made the hotel even more beautiful.

My only suggestion to get more of my money would be change some of the dining options to be more regular food in the evening. Most of your restaurants were dead and felt too formal and expensive. The pool menu is great during the day but I found it hard to eat anywhere with my kids at night. I had to go to the next hotel door which was a loss for you. I would have happily never left!

The resort itself is stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and perfectly integrated with its surroundings. The wellness facilities truly set this hotel apart and made our experience exceptional. Starting the day with morning yoga classes, working out in the well-equipped gym, and enjoying a cold plunge right on the beach with breathtaking ocean views was simply magical.

We stayed at the Westin Nusa Dua for four nights around Christmas, and from check-in to check-out, everything was absolutely seamless. Our room (3223) was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well appointed, with excellent amenities throughout.

The buffet breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices. The gym was also a standout—spacious, well equipped, and fitted with modern equipment. We loved the hotel’s close proximity to the beach, with access to a beautiful stretch of sand that felt almost private, shared only with nearby hotels. The beachfront workout area was another great highlight.

Dining options were plentiful, with a great selection ranging from Indonesian and Indian to Italian cuisine. We also enjoyed the massage services—the treatments were excellent, and the spa amenities were impressive, though we personally found the temperature contrast between hot and cold areas a bit extreme.

A special mention as well: it was my birthday during our stay, and the team surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch.

Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we would absolutely return. Thank you to the Westin team for such a wonderful experience.

This was by far the best hotel stay we have had in a long while. Where to start - the staff are all amazing. Kind, caring, made us feel special. We stayed at the hotel our whole trip, so all the staff started to recognise us and it was so nice!
The hotel manager Marco was beyond lovely - so nice to have a chat and made us feel so welcomed and special! Thank you Marco!
I LOVED the house keeping twice a day. This was extremely helpful for me. We have had this in a few hotels in Bali but not in all. And I have to say it was VERY much appreciated! Just getting the extra water or freshening up a towel etc for the night ahead was great! Thank you!
Great pools and pool service - we really enjoyed our meals by the pool. All the hotel restaurants were delicious and we look forward to going back to all of them again.
BIG SHOUT OUT to allllll the breakfast crew/staff - so so so lovely! You were all kind, and always high fiving my kids and remembering I liked a take away coffee in the morning etc. It sounds like small things, but teh effort of caring and kindness is really what makes a trip special.
We look forward to coming back soon - I am already looking at flight of when we can come again next year!

OH AND THE KIDS CLUBS - beautiful ladies! So kind, always so happy to see our girls! Our girls were begging us to go to the kids club everyday and do all the fun craft activities! Thank you all for being so kind and caring with our kids! They loved the fun afternoons with you all!

Great property with incredible service. The pool facilities were great for families. There is also an adults only pool for a quieter atmosphere. We really enjoyed the facilities for kids and the day spa.
We had a family room, which was spacious with a separate dining and living room. Great for a family. The only issue was the incredibly uncomfortable sofa in the living room. Made the bed the only space to relax.

I spent my birthday here celebrating at the Westin Nusa,Dua Bali Indonesia. The facilities are an example of opulence and cleanliness. The staff is the best representation of excellent customer service and attentiveness.
The staff was very accommodating. Highlights for my stay: the breakfast buffet, hands-down one of the best breakfasts in Nusa Dua definitely would recommend the addition to your stay only $11 usd also the beach access is prime location center of the beach. The fire Night show on Friday night was amazing.The restaurant Ikan was great I had Blue Lobster and Large Tiger Prawns!
Lit & live the Dj she was keeping the vibe & mood right ! Definitely shoutout to her !!!

Great location in the area. Lovely pools - we enjoyed the saltwater pool and the quieter one near the premium rooms. Our room was a ground floor terrace looking out to gardens which was nice and quiet. Rooms are newer here and excellent. Comfortable beds and calm. Very family friendly, amazing breakfast buffet with all different kids of food - great choices for everyone. Loved the yoga and the wellness centre, fitness gym was very clean and modern also. Could use bikes from the hotel and enjoy riding around looking at other resorts close by. Would definitely recommend. Nice big lobby and staff very friendly and helpful

The only qualm I have is the number of little bugs in the room. They are everywhere. And while it is a tropical place, so some bugs are expected, this seemed more like a food left behind for too long by other people, attracting bugs. The rug in the room was also a little dirty. I placed my bag on the rug for a few minutes and picked it up to find it covered in insects.

We overall really enjoyed our stay at the westin. Customer sevice was amazing and hotel room was comfy, clean and spacious. Water bottles provided daily

A couple of hickups with keycards not working and fridge not working but staff were very apologetic and did what they could to fix things. Just made it a little inconvenient to need to run down to the service desk when we needed assistance.

Location was great with multiple restaurants down the beach. Pool was lovely to sit by during the day.

I did the free bike tour which was felt like more of a photoshoot rather than a tour. Didnt learn too much about the area. But still great that they have free activity options every day during the week.

Overall a beautiful resort. Definitely more of a chill vibe. If you want more of a party, sundays are the days whrre there are more events on other than that its very relaxed vibes.

We recently stayed at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, and overall, it was just okay. The check-in process was longer than expected, which set a bit of a slow tone right from the start.

The room was fine, clean and comfortable, but nothing particularly special or memorable. We visited the beach one day, but were disappointed by the lack of bar service and the extremely low tide, which made swimming less enjoyable. The pool area looked inviting, but it was surprisingly difficult to find staff to order food or drinks, which was frustrating.

Restaurants on-site were average—not bad, but not outstanding either. However, room service was good, and the food came promptly. On the downside, our laundry pickup request was never followed through, which was another letdown.

One thing I really looked forward to was a Balinese cultural experience, like a traditional dinner or dance performance. Unfortunately, when I inquired, I was simply told to “go somewhere else” for that—definitely not the level of service I had hoped for.

While it wasn’t a terrible stay, it didn’t leave us excited to return. Next time, I’ll probably try a different resort that offers more authentic local experiences and better overall service.

Property is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and attentive. From the minute you walk in to the hotel, you feel confident that the service you will receive is top notch. Guests are well looked after and any concerns are addressed fairly quickly. All the public spaces and washrooms are very clean. The beach and pool area is easy to access and well maintained. Our room was spacious and had a great organization system for our belongings so it didn't feel cluttered. The temperature control/HVAC worked really well.

Improvement Suggestions:
1. The dining options are alright; they are not bad but it could be improved. There are better dining options 5-10 mins away from the Westin at the Bali collection mall.
2. While the resort is a family friendly resort (which is great), it would be great to have an adults only section around the pool and beach area for those who may want some quiet space while on vacation.

The service throughout the resort was outstanding. Staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make every moment enjoyable. Whether it was at the beach, by the pool, or in one of the restaurants, I was always treated with care and professionalism.

Speaking of food, the dining options were excellent. I especially loved the breakfast buffet—an impressive spread with something for every palate, from healthy options to indulgent local favorites.

The Westin’s location in Nusa Dua is ideal for a peaceful getaway, yet still convenient for exploring the surrounding areas. The private beach is pristine and never overcrowded, making it perfect for morning strolls or just soaking in the sun.

The resort looks modern, stylist and luxurious. There are 3 really good restautants within the same resort which gives you a variety of food options. On top of that the room service and entertainment did not fall short to impress.
Buffet breakfast and the staffs in the resort are all very hospitable and friendly.
The resort is walking distance to Bali Collection which has more restaurants from indian, japanese chinese, mexican, italian, balinese cuisenes and other clothing and handicraft shops.

Will definitely stay at this resort again in future.

The staff are exceptional at the Westin. The grounds are gorgeous. They’re in a remodeling phase right now so they upgraded us to a very nice apartment to make sure we were happy. We loved it there. A lot of people want to go to the west side of South Bali where the clubs are, but you can’t swim there. The ocean here at the Westin is very calm and peaceful for swimming. Even calmer than Waikiki beach if you just want to chill out and soak in the ocean. Applause for the staff.

It is an amazing resort to stay with kids, only thing is that there is construction going on in some parts of the resort. Just be aware that you don’t get allocated a room in the wings that the construction is undergoing.
We loved the variety in the breakfast buffet and the option to walk to other hotels nearby to eat.

The rooms are sub standard to be charging $800 / night and outdated. The rooms were changed 3 times to get rid of mozzies and mould smell. Won’t recommend and not good value for money. Disappointing and Expedia didn’t helped in cancelling the rooms for better hotel and bad experience overall

Lovely resort with absolutely everything you could ask for. The family room was perfect for us (2 adults and 3 kids). The kids room has two double beds plus a ‘day bed’ which they made up for the 3rd child. This is brilliant because unlike many hotels, you don’t have a roll-away taking up floor space. Facilities are brilliant, food excellent and best of all was the breakfast buffet. One of my children is has coeliac disease and requires a strict gluten free diet. Not only did the buffet have a full gluten free area but the staff were aware and checked in with us every morning. The service was just outstanding. Overall, highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Lovely property in a safe location, Breakfast was amazing, staff were lovely and resort well presented. Quiet and peaceful location with plenty of other hotels within walking distance. Rooms were a little tired for the price. Our main disappointment was the pool as it wasn't family friendly - very deep in the majority of it, beyond average adult height and only a very small portion that is child friendly. Young children 3-7 not well catered for due to depth - splash pool more suitable to babies and toddlers, shallow areas of the main pool still not suitable for this age group.

Il Westin Resort è un perla lungo la spiaggia di Nusa Dua.
Bello, elegante, confortevole, enorme, pieno di facilities, silenzioso, tranquillo, immerso nella natura.

Non saprei dove iniziare per questa recensione ma posso dire una sola cosa: venite e provate.
Diverse piscine per adulti, 3 per bambini di cui una con scivolo, spiaggia ampia, bella e curata, lettini comodi, piscina, sports bar con biliardino e tavoli da biliardo, altalene, biciclette per passeggiate, cooking classes è molto altro ancora.
Due ristoranti ed una colazione ricchissima completano la scelta, ma lungo la spiaggia è pieno di ristoranti stupendi e buonissimi.

Camere belle, spaziose, soprattutto i bagni, tranquille.

Staff incredibilmente sorridente e gentile.

Insomma, tutto perfetto per una perfetta vacanza.

An absolutely fantastic stay for our 20th wedding anniversary. From start to finish the staff were amazing and accommodating. We barely left the resort and have beautiful memories of our time. Thank you Westin Nusa Dua. Highly Recommended.

I found the food offerings amazing for adults but lacking for kids. The kids' meals were probably a little too fancy and lacked options on the dinner menus.

Would certainly return to the Westin.

Amazing experience except garbage at the beach

Absolutely amazing experience. Breakfast buffet was easily one of the finest and most prepared breakfast we’ve had.

You cannot be taken back by the beauty and serenity of Bali and this Nusa Dua region. However, we could not believe the amount of trash that was literally right in front of the guest seats at the beach. My 10 year old son picked up this pile of trash within 3 mins alone. What a shame

Great place if you are planning a trip to Bali. The staff were excellent in terms of being helpful and they have a lot of dining options. The breakfast and the service staff were awesome. The resort has excellent facilities in terms of pool, gym, pool table, ping pong table or just lying on the beach in cabanas under shady trees. You will love your stay here and they also have a great spa with some awesome therapists, make sure to get a massage to add to you already relax and rejuvenating trip to Bali.

Amazing! This was my second time staying at The Westin Nusa Dua, and I will definitely come back again. Condition of the room is great, staff are very friendly, and it has access to great services. Beach is beautiful, foods are great and really enjoyed my stay overall. I would highly recommend to those who want relaxing time in Bali!

Property is great but what makes it unique is staff . Staff is working for more than 20-25 years still so passionate and helpful .
Even new staff members are so gentle and humble . The staff and there hospitality takes it to another level .
Buffet is one of the best and Ikan restaurant food is amazing too .
Room service is top notch , rooms are cleaned twice a day . Hotel team goes over and beyond if they know you are there for any celebration. Our room was decorated as they were aware that we were there for my hubbys bday .
This was my second visit and will definitely revisit .

The Westin was definitely a five star hotel.
The staff were friendly and provided great customer service during my stay. Special thank you to Andre who personally assisted me whenever I had any issues. He was WONDERFUL! The Westin is blessed to have him there.
The food options were excellent. We dined at most of the restaurants there and were never disappointed.
