Excellent location for O2 venue, which is why we chose this establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meal at the pub was 'nice' although portion size was not too generous.
Room was very small (superior double) en-suite facilities were also tiny. Stairway and corridors leading to the rooms are narrow and steep (we were on the 3rd floor). Did not experience noise from the pub or road, this may not be the case in summer as there is many outside/rooftop tables.
