A phenomenal stay! So peaceful, which is amazing because there is active construction work going on outside. Couldn’t hear a thing with the window closed and was high up enough to still enjoy the fresh air with the window open.

Lovely views. A home away from home. The place was so spotless. Made me feel comfortable immediately. Everything worked. Bathroom was spotless. Water was a little lukewarm but I find this in hotels depending on the time. Not an issue for me personally.

Another note, is that there wasn’t a lock on the back of the door. I still felt very safe irrespective of this but for additional peace of mind I think this will be a good addition. Door is keycard access only.

Didn’t use it but I visited the laundry room and this too was spotless!

100% will be back. A beautiful ApartHotel.

Everyone was friendly and informative. Sam was a diamond upon checkout! :)

Roof terrace was lovely too! The attention to detail here is felt from the moment you step into the lobby, get into the lift and into your room.

HIGHLY Recommend! :)

There was no coffee supplied in our room from day 1. I asked each day for both the tea, coffee and milk to be replenished. The milk was restocked on my first request, but no coffee. I requested coffee again, plus extra milk, but neither were restocked. This was the only thing that let this property down

Super friendly and helpful reception staff. Great amenities including free coffee machine 24/7 in the lovely lounge. Within 5 mins walk of Jubilee underground in Montgomery Square, and 10 mins walk to the Elizabeth line. Morrisons Express just round the corner.

The room had everything you'd need for a few nights, we didn't use the kitchen however you could easily cook a meal for two. The room was so clean and everything looked brand new! The amenities provided were amazing and the room was spacious. The bed was beyond comfy and you’re given four pillows. The entire building was modern and up to date and even had a cute coffee shop right next door. 10/10 would recommend! Some notes to keep in mind: these rooms do not have AC if that’s something you’re used to. Also if you’re traveling to London for the classic tourist landmarks, they are pretty far from this location and require a tube ride. It’s also about an hour and a half from LHR airport.

We loved the overall concept and design of Vertus Edit and really wanted to enjoy our stay. However, one aspect that fell short was the lack of regular room cleaning. Even upon request, housekeeping services seemed to be offered only once a week due to a limited number of maids. While there was a system in place to request trash pickup by placing a tag on the door, clean towels were not provided when trash was collected. As a result, the rooms would become dusty over time, and needing fresh towels more frequently was difficult given the limited housekeeping options. With more consistent cleaning and towel replenishment, this would have been a much more comfortable stay.

Great staff, location was 5-10 mins from 2x tube lines. Towel heater in bathroom and radiator really heat up the room, even in winter we had to open the window.(warm interiors is a British thing so not specific to Vertus Edit) was in the #3 building with the smaller “lounge” on the 2nd floor was often crowded with folks who stay here long term.12th floor lounge in the #15 building is much larger. Call out to Simon who helped avert disaster due to a flight delay.

Cleaning is once per week, but really isn’t an issue as there are ample cleaning supplies. Had some issues with the toiletry pumps, quickly resolved by maintenance once informed.

The location was good the staff were friendly. We couldnt find the milk because it was between the tea bags and the lights came on in the room at 7AM we couldn’t turn them off.... was very annoyijg and ment we instead of enjoying a layin were up and rwady to go at 7:20am
