We arrived & checked is easily and up to our room which didn’t give a wow factor, it looked like it had been rush cleaned and not very well. Slept ok after we managed to ignore the loud humming noise we could hear outside. Breakfast the next morning was mediocre for the price, not a great deal to choose from. Staff were all very polite and helpful.

I recently stayed in this hotel room and had an amazing experience! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it feel very cozy and welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay there. Roman on front desk was very polite, friendly and helpful. Its good to see staff with customer care skills and not just robotic. Room was spacious and clean. We only had two towels and housekeeping came within minutes to replace. Bar staff were good too and it was not so busy. We ordered some food that did take a bit longer than expected but was lovely. Parking on site is good too.

We had a wonderful stay and were greeted by Roman, who was very welcoming. The room was lovely, and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast offered a great selection, and the venue’s location close to the O2 Arena was really convenient. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and we would happily recommend it.

This was by far the worst Radisson Blu I have ever stayed in.

Although the hotel itself looks nice, our room was in an unacceptable condition. It was dusty throughout, the bathroom walls were stained, and the shower ceiling had black stains that appeared to be mould. There were dried liquid drips on several walls, the main lights in both the bedroom and second bedroom were not working, and even the TV in the bathroom was broken.

We reported these serious cleanliness and maintenance issues at around 4pm and were assured they would be dealt with. When we returned at 7pm, nothing had been fixed. Instead, we were told there were no other rooms available and were asked by the manager to wait in the lobby with our two children while he cleaned the room himself. This is completely unacceptable in a hotel of this supposed standard.

The manager’s attempt at cleaning was still well below any reasonable level. The entire situation showed a lack of care, poor management, and a complete disregard for guest comfort and hygiene.

For a Radisson Blu, this stay was shocking. We will never stay at this hotel again and would strongly advise others to think twice.

Room and beds cleaned. No complimentary tea bag’s or sugar. Initially given a double bed instead of twin beds as requested however these things were sorted. This hotel is not easy to get to from Stansted Airport. We found we had to get taxis to the ABBA venue and back

I stayed with my wife at the room with riverside view the weekend leading up to Christmas. The room is beautiful, however it was very obvious that it had not been cleaned prior to our check in. All the counters had very visible dust and stain on them, the bath tub was stained. It is not what you expect when you travel down 3 hours to spend your mini moon at a 4 star hotel. The customer service was astonishingly poor. There was no warm welcome; just a straight face checking us in and handing us our room key.
I am not sure if this was a one off situation; however it ruined our mini moon for us and we would not consider staying at this hotel again.

Unfortunately the steam is probably the worst I've been to, there was a draft which resulted in the steam not lasting for 3 minutes and not warm. Also the sauna wasn't working.
The dinner menu didn't have a vegan or vegetarian option and was was very basic.
The room was nice, but Coventry City FC were staying and I believe they had better river views on the 3rd floor as we were stuck in the corner with views of apartments opposite.
The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for vegan, vegetarians and cooked options.

Despite my complaint, the hotel declined any gesture of goodwill.

The price of that is a poor review, unfortunately.

There was no wrags in the rooms to shower with and there were no body wash soap in the shower section in the bathroom. I paid extra money for early check in and the room was not ready. It was disappointing but I didn't have enough time to request anything because I had plans I needed to tend to.

Car park needs to be improved (it's Tiny) I had to park on Stackers in a tiny space to manoeuvre, you could easily hit other cars it's so small, for such a big hotel they need to improve that car park space to include more cars, the hotel is suited near other new build residential properties and the car parking areas around are private unless you kno where their car park is you risk getting a £100 fine just for parking in a private space so beware, it's £30 a night for parking too, guessing it's so steep due to being in Canary Wharf

The electricity within the room went off it was pitch black took 10 mins for them to get that sorted, the room was lovely, shower was nice you had a choice bath or stand up shower

Needs a bigger tv in the bedroom (the position of her bed is slanted) so neck pain just to watch the tv and it's tiny but overall the room is lovely, the price is a bit steep for 1 night though

From the moment we tried to check in, the staff was terrible, especially the manager who refused to give us his name when we asked who we could talk to above him regarding our situation. He said “we should be able to find that information online.” He was trying to do whatever to get more money out of us. We booked 2 adults and a king size bed as our 1 year old wasn’t originally coming with us but had to at the last minute. The manager would not let us check into our reservation because our 1 year old was with us and he said we had to upgrade and pay extra for her (to a room for 3 adults) which doesn’t make sense as she’s not an adult. At first he said we needed to add her for security purposes and if we booked directly with the hotel he could add her on but since we did thru Expedia, we had to call them. When Expedia called him directly to add her, he said he wouldn’t accept the reservation change to include our 1 yr old. He wanted us to upgrade to a 3 adults room, which is still a king bed. He kept changing the story and lying to us. We felt so disrespected as guests and reward members for him not honoring our reservation. He also had no problem saying we could just go elsewhere. We were dealing with this in the lobby after a 12 hour journey. On top of that, he wouldn’t let us check in for free a couple hours early as a courtesy even being rewards members (wanted 50 euros extra). His comments to us and overall demeanor was so rude. I will not stay at these hotels again.

Staff were great but the room, which I paid a premium for a river view for, was dusty and had peeling paint on the ceilings….also the shower-head on the free standing bath leaked when you turned the taps on. We had a great time out and about in London, and we enjoyed the room overall, but felt the room was in need of a refresh and the price paid just not worth it.

My review is based solely on the fact that the spa was closed. The reason the review is so low is that the spa was closed all day. I didnt arrive to the hotel until after 6pm. Check in is 3pm. Not email or call to let any guests know about the closure. This would have gave me the opportunity to book another hotel with a spa or even go to a spa or even my gym before checking into the hotel.
Poor customer service.

The check-in process was very brief and considering It was Canary Wharf aimed at business customers, lacked any questions about whether I had a car or if I was on a business trip and required additional services.

The Spa experience was particularly disappointing. One of the main reasons I booked was to enjoy the Spa before work the following day. At no point was I informed at reception or in the Spa that hotel guests needed to bring their own towels. Towels, gowns, and flip-flops are apparently only provided to treatment guests, not general hotel guests. I asked for a towel once I was in my swimwear, but then had to change back to retrieve a towel as I was declined one.

Additionally, there were three showers in the Spa: the middle one was out of order, and the other two had no shampoo, conditioner, or shower gel. I had to run to the middle shower, squirt some product, and return to the others to shower. Later, I asked reception to replace the towel in my bedroom I had used at the Spa, as it was very wet, but this had not been done when I returned that evening. The night manager, however, was more helpful, explaining where I could charge my car and catch the shuttle to Canary Wharf.

Finally, the room I booked was for four people, but only three towels and gowns were provided.

Overall, the Spa and room amenities fell short of expectations and were not communicated clearly, which negatively affected my experience.

We did have dirty spoons/mugs in our room which was a shame and the room definitely needed hoovering. We had 3 people in our room and while the main bed was incredibly comfortable the cot they set up for the third person was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, my whole body ached the following day.

The room was okay. There were three of us in the room, so we had a camping bed placed in the room - it was very uncomfortable. There was no three bath robes/slippers (only 2). There was no conditioner in the shower/bath (the container was empty). We had very loud neighbouring rooms until 3am. Probably won’t return - not very happy considering the amount that I paid for the room.
