Went to a concert at the O2 arena and I just could not be bothered with the faff of trying to catch the last train back home.

Hotel got in touch the day before to make sure I was getting the room I had asked for. Nice touch.

Staff were quick and efficient with check in. Room was clean and tidy. Toilet was clean, shower was big and the water was hot with good pressure. All the lights sockets and tv worked. Kettle with the usual coffee and tea making stuff.

Hotel was quiet throughout the night and the blackout blinds did the job.

Good selection of cooked and continental breakfast options with a decent variety of teas, coffees and juices.

Staff were always around, efficient, help and unobtrusive.

This hotel is ideal for staying over if you’ve a concert or performance at the O2 or maybe some business nearby. It’s not a destination hotel but that’s okay, it’s not meant to be. Can’t fault it.

The breakfast was really bad, ive never had scrambled eggs smell like that but it was horrid, part baked rolls still part baked.
The room was extremely loud, the plumbing in the building needs attention as you can hear every other rooms attempts at bowel movement. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly, but aside from that the place wasn't somewhere id go again

The room hadn’t been cleaned properly. Cups/mugs had not been swapped for clean ones. Parts of the bathroom had been left unclean and toilet roll hadn’t been replenished. Staff weren’t very accommodating when these concerns were raised.

The room was fine disappointed that the only evening food was from the expensive tai restaurant on the top floor. The website was not updated and was still showing English food was an option. When away on business one doesn’t want to pay for expensive food People were sat in the ground floor restaurant eating pizza etc that they had had delivered whilst I was paying for tai food being brought from the upstairs restaurant. The whole experience was bizarre

Unfortunately the shower flooded the bathroom as the water was running under the shower door. We reported it in the evening before going out but nothing was done. The bathroom tap was also loose and difficult to use.

Finally the lift was out of order when we got back in the evening and was still out of order when we left the next morning. Not great when we were on the fifth of eight floors. No apology or reference made when checking out which is a shame.

Always liked our stays at all Radissons but will avoid this one in the future despite being well located for the O2 and surrounding areas.

Our room smelled, we flagged it to reception twice, all they did was spray air freshener but said it was fixed. They couldn’t move us rooms as they were fully booked however said the manager would be in touch to compensate that, 3 days after and still no contact.

Overall it was a nice stay, room seemed a bit dated with the mirror being dirty and some stains on the bedside table.

I used the lobby toilets and they were disgusting. It was early in the day, and I was shocked to see the state of them.
When we went to go to sleep there was dried blood on the mattress protector.. I could see it through the top sheet so was again very shocked to see this had been missed.
Overall not impressed at all.

Super convenient location within walking distance of the O2 arena. The hotel itself was wonderful. Very clean and comfy. If the check-in process was nicer it would have been a 5 star stay.

Room was not dusted for a long time. Dust in the corners of the bathroom, on the chairs, on the toilet role holder, bin lid etc.
Dark bathroom which wouldn't have mattered if the vanity mirror light had been working.
The only shelf in the bathroom was broken. Couldn't put anything on it, it would just slide off.
Won't use Radisson again. Room was around £250. It should have been spotless.

I felt that the check in service took quite long as the staff were trying to do serval things at one rather than concentrate on the guest they were helping at that time.
The hotel itself is very unique and looks really cool, bed was comfortable, but we could hear the lift from our room all the time.
Breakfast was really nice and enjoyable, food kept hot in le crueset style pots.
Having to pay for bar drinks at reception can be quite annoying, especially when there is long queues.
The location is fantastic for going to the 02.
As much as there was little annoyances, we would come back again.

My partner and I recently stayed at The Rad Red in Greenwich, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and stylish atmosphere. The property has such a fun, modern design while still feeling cozy and inviting – the perfect combination for a comfortable stay.

Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and both of us slept so well each night. We really appreciated the small details that gave the space character and made it feel special. It was clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel at home.

What truly stood out was the staff. Every interaction we had was genuine, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure both of us felt looked after, whether it was offering recommendations about Greenwich or checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Their kindness and attention made our stay feel extra personal.

The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Greenwich, so we were able to easily explore the neighborhood’s charm, attractions, and dining options. It felt like the best of both worlds: a peaceful retreat but still close to everything we wanted to see and do.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. We were charged extra for early check-in, only to enter a room that was dirty (toilet, tables, walls, and mirror unclean) and lacking basic amenities (empty shampoo, empty soap, no tissues, and only half-used toilet paper. The shower was clogged and flooded the floors of the living room. When we raised concerns, management attempted to “upgrade” us, but provided the same room type and even tried to pass off a handicap room as an upgrade because it was larger. On top of this, the room was far smaller than advertised, with photos that felt misleading. They also falsely claimed “twin beds” but they are extremely small single beds. Overall, a very poor experience, would not recommend.

A hairdryer would have been handy though. Breakfast was nice and relaxed with food choice and quality food - very clean and fresh. BAD RED RADISSON GREENWICH

It took two attempts to have the sink unblocked as it would not drain properly. The room was not cleaned one day. There was food waste and rubbish in the corridors outside rooms uncollected from early evening when I arrived until I left the following morning. The car parking is extortionate at £22 per night. The exterior parking area is in bad condition with the block paving requiring complete repair. The wheelie bin area next to the hotel has overflowing bins and waste oil containers stacked everywhere. Rats are visibly seen running around this area. Would be very reluctant to stay here again.

Took 25 minutes to check in as only one member of staff at 4pm. Allocated double room but booked twin, asked for linen to change it ourselves but told they would do it. Returned from concert at 11pm and it hadn’t been done. Different lady on reception changed the room for us which could have been done when we first mentioned the issue. Food was ok (pizza and chips) and decent price. Beds pretty comfy. Didn’t try breakfast as it was pricy, went to Costa by the tube station instead!

Our room was next to the stairs with a squeaky door. Every time someone opened or shut the door and went up or down the stairs, our room would shake and we could hear the squeaky noise. The manager said the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they could do. In my opinion, this room should be turned into storage!

Also, when I first walked into the toilet, I could smell urine. Very unpleasant.

No hot water in the shower! I can see that this issue has been reported by other customers in previous reviews numerous times. I can confirm that in April 2025, you can still expect a cold shower at this hotel.

To start off our room wasn’t what we reserved ! We booked 2 singles and had to settle for a room with a double room. Not ideal but we just had to run with it. The early check in fee was wavered.We went on up to the room which seemed nice at first glance but after a closer look there were faeces stains in the bed and hair. The Bathroom had stains in the toile and just wasn’t up to standards.

The room we booked for 2 nights was on the third floor and our view was restricted by empty warehouses. Upon entry the room was neat and tidy. The TV did not workand there was no aircon working. The bathroom was ok but had limited areas to put toiletries etc. The body wash bottle was empty in both the shower and above sink. There was a rapid charging pad on oneside of the bed but it was not working. The fridge had the earth pin on the plug was missing so fridge could not be plugged in. We asked for tv to be looked at and it was sorted straight away. On the 2nd day the toilet was leaking and again it was looked at during the day(we went out) but just a towel undeneath was their solution. During the night we had to open a window due to it being too hot but road noise was a big consequence. Breakfast was good lots to choose from cold meats, cerals, pastries etc and buffet hot food- only boiled and scrambled egg choices. Salt was missing so had to raid other tables. Bar and restaurant food and drink good prices. The stairwell and corridor areas were very dusty and the carpet on the ground floor was filthy. To be honest cheaper chain hotels have been much better than this one.

This hotel does not appear to be very clean. When arriving into our room, the bedding was quite obviously stained, there was plates and cutlery stacked up on a window in the corridor and rubbish overflowing from bin bags in the stairwell. Although the issue with the bedding was resolved, it is disappointing to experience such uncleanliness at a Radisson branded hotel.

The staff appeared bored and like they wished they were somewhere else. The breakfast was OK. The location was good in proximity to the o2 but I would not be booking this hotel in the future and will not be recommending after our experience of uncleanliness.

Nice hotel but feels like it’s not being cared for or looked after. Shower never got warmer than lukewarm, the shower door leaked and the air con in the room didn’t work. Great service, but will not recommend it.

The first impression was great, good location for the O2 arena. We were greeted warmly at the reception and were offered welcome beverages. The room size is adequate, lighting was a bit too dark. The lack of extraction fans in the bathroom means there was a damp smell as soon as I stepped in. Wireless charger, bedside light and light on the makeup mirror was not in working order. Shower temperature was tepid on the verge of being cold, even at the hottest setting. Fixtures around the bathroom are loose and fallen apart. The staff are great, the location is great, but the quality of the room is of sub standard.

Lovely overnight stay for a concert at the O2 Arena.
Great location to walk to.
Lovely large room, comfortable bed.

O2 stay over

Very friendly staff, but window in bedroom did shut properly, so just kept the heating on.
The breakfast was definitely worth the extra.
Would use again.
