The place was exceptionally clean, it was well located, there was parking and even had laundry facilities. The rooftop space was super cool and it is open 24 hours. If you are staying a few days it is great place to hang out..

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was absolutely perfect, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The rooftop with the two pool areas was such a highlight, and the natural light throughout the apartment made it feel bright and welcoming. Everything was truly flawless. Highly recommended!

Nozy, not sounds insulation, windows don't close properly, not as in good conditions as on a picture, no extra blankets , cold at night. Water were disappearing. It's a bit outdated compared to what it is published as.

I always could talk to the staff through the WhatsApp and the staff was great. I have no issues with the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating and I really did appreciate the staff. The Internet was spotty. The surrounding area right next to it is a bit rough with dogs, constantly barking. The swimming pools on top of the building are not heated, which would have been nice to relax them, but it was too cold. Anyway, I’m not a big fan of the condo, but I am a fan of the staff. The staff was great.

I booked in advanced and for some reason the place I had originally booked was not available so they gave me another room that was on the 3rd floor looking out to the city. Which I was okay with but a bit of work to communicate while I was getting my luggage and trying to figure out what to do. The one they gave me was better.
The phone number listed for the property did not work so I wasn’t sure how I’d get information on how to enter the property and was confusing at first. Download WhatsApp before coming here and make sure the number you have with WhatsApp is the one u have on Expedia. You can also message them through Expedia once ur date gets closer to get the code. They just found me on WhatsApp and started messaging me the day I arrived. To enter the property someone will WhatsApp you and give you a code to the door and then you will get a key to the appmnt door. The pool upstairs are awesome there are 2. And there are also 2 bathrooms upstairs. Very cool place to bring your own drinks and sunbathe w a pool
The place is wonderfully furnished and the view to the city is nice at night w the balcony. It was def worth the money. The location itself is a little more inside the city but you are in walking distance to the main ave called 15th. I rented bikes at a nearby hotel for 9 dollars a day and got around on bikes.

Venture out find food places there’s a lot of food around. We ate a lot at Hay Que Huevos for breakfast. Good place

Overall the stay here was great

We stayed in a 3rd floor walk-up studio for six nights. The room was clean and functional, and the location was convenient - just a short walk from the north end of 5th Avenue and the beach. We didn't spend much time on the roof but there's a nice terrace and small pool up there.
The neighborhood is residential and mostly quiet, but if you stay on Christmas eve or New Year's Eve, be prepared for a raging party and blaring music outside until 5am. Otherwise it was a great affordable option.

Great room with all the amenities and trendy decor. Free laundry on the first floor. Plenty of street parking. Friendly and responsive host. Great value for the money, would definitely stay here again. The only thing is that it’s an 11 minute walk to the beach, it’s not beach front.

The location was very quiet and we felt very safe (with gated entry way), the staff was friendly and always willing to help. Our apartment was excellent for 3 people with the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. We were glad to have had the kitchen with a fridge & coffee machine too. Excellent to walk to the beach or 5th avenue.

We loved the condo, it was just what we looked at the pictures, very big and decorated apartment. We made a last minute reservation and the apartment was available, it was easy to find once we got the address. We were close of many restaurants and the most important place, the beach. The staff was very friendly too, we hope to be back soon.

This was the ideal place for our vacations, all in a local ambiance, away from the noise of the nightlife. When we got to the property, fortunately, the apartment was ready and we were able to do early check in, it was awesome after a long flight. All the facilities were great and the apartment was very comfortable; we really loved the coffee machine in the kitchen, it is necessary for us to have a cup of coffee every morning.

Ocean Boutique Condos is located in the Zahil Ha area of PCD, about a 15-minute walk from the beach.

The units are well-designed and comfortable, though the kitchen could use a few additional essentials like paper towels and kitchen towels, especially since it's a studio setup.

There's a small plunge pool on the rooftop, which is a nice touch. While there's no elevator, the stairs are manageable.

At the time of my stay, there was quite a bit of construction in the area, and occasionally some unpleasant odors.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I did need to request an additional cleaning, so there's definitely room for improvement in that area.

That said, it was a great value for the price!

It was a very quiet and safe place, the building had a nice layout, on the terrace there was a roof pool and a few loungers, it was beautiful to spend time and relax during the day. On the apartment we had netflix and the internet was perfect, as I had to work some hours, it helped me a lot. The host was super friendly and the instructions for the check in were very clear, we loved the fact that he responded very quick. We will come back definitely

Well to start finding the property was very difficult. My taxi from the airport could not find it. Very frustrating I became concerned I would just be left there! I later discovered by talking to other customers, that they ALL had struggled to get in the building after they finally found it... And the dogs in the neighborhood barked all night long, every night!

La terrasse sur le toit est désuète, les photos ont plus de 10 ans.
La piscine est très petite 12 x 12 pieds.
L’intérieur du condo est comme les photos donc très bien.
Pas facile de se servir edge la plaque de cuisson car cela prend 10 minutes pour faire bouillir 2 pouces d’eau, parce que la plaque est branché sur le 110 voltes .
Comme tous les condos l’insonorisation n’est pas très bonne.
La climatisation fonctionne très bien .

Wonderful property. The condo was comfortable. A lot of neighborhood noise with construction and street noise. The stairs were quite a bit too if you are staying on the upper floors (no elevator). The plunge pool on the roof was fine but a little chilly and small. We had a fantastic stay but would definitely not be suitable for some.
