Everything was great the only thing was that I spent like 3 days before my arrival to contact the person that booked me and no one ever answer other than that everything was spectacular I would definitely come back to theme everything is super close the beach is like one block away and most important is super safe for the kids

Excellent location, minutes from Quinta Avenida, the beach and full selection of restaurants. Spent 10 days with 11, 12 and 14 year old kids and had a blast. Pool area is great, overall quiet and very relaxing atmosphere. We would recommend and come here again.

Things that need improving; only one of the stove elements worked, dryer didn't work so we had to hang all of our clothes, the furniture in the rooftop terrace needs replacing and only 4 beach towels and we're a family of 5 as well as not enough cutlery, only 3 forks but we made it work

I’ll start with the only negative, I had asked the concierge for airport pick up and drop off but there was nobody at the airport. It’s not exactly hard to find a taxi though, so not a major problem.

The condo itself was larger than expected with a full-sized kitchen. There’s a 7-11 near the entrance to get a few essentials, like water. We would walk to the Mega Soriana supermarket every couple of days for groceries on Av. Constituentes and Av. 30 Norte. It’s about 1km away. There is a Super Aki close by too. For fresh fruit and vegetables, there’s a shop on Avenida CTM, (El Eden I think), next door to LUA.

Beds were comfy, a/c worked well and the soundproofing was amazing. It was very quiet, surprisingly so, given how close it is to the Quinta (5th Ave).

The beach is a few minutes walk down the hill and there are several good restaurants close by. If you want to eat at more authentic Mexican restaurants, walk up to 30th Ave, it’s not far.

Awesome place, great location and a home away from home.

If your want to stay right in the center of everything - the location is great. However, if you want peace and quiet at night - look elsewhere. There are restaurants right outside the bedroom windows that blast music until midnight at least.

Pros - convenient to beach and shopping. Comfortable beds, spacious living quarters, quiet pool area, big bedrooms and bathrooms and closets. Nicely decorated

Cons - NO dishwasher, dryer was broken during our stay, they don’t supply ANY amenities so you have to go grocery shopping immediately upon arrival. No paper towels. No coffee. No coffee filters. They should charge $10 extra and just help out the guests! The pools close at 9pm. So if you’ve been out all day and want to take a quick dip -you’re out of luck. The toilets are VERY low flow. VERY. AC dripped on our heads while sitting at the kitchen counter. Kitchen didn’t have measuring cups or measuring spoons. There’s no ice maker and the staff didn’t fill the one ice cube tray that was in the freezer. The fridge looks like it has a water dispenser but it didn’t work. They had a stand alone water dispenser that also didn’t work.

Window shades in the King room wouldn’t open.

There is a safe in the bedroom that you lock w/a skeleton key, so you have to take it with you everywhere you go.

It seems like they just turn this condo over quickly and never inspect it between guests.

Overall it looked nice on the surfaces, but it just wasn’t well maintained

We had difficulty getting our condo cleaned and during a 6 day stay, despite the promise it would be cleaned twice, it was cleaned only once. Further, the sheets were cheap and came off the mattress making for a tough night’s sleep. The location of the property is amazing. They need to work out some of the problems and it would be an amazing stay.

The condo was in a great location just blocks from the beach and shopping/restaurants right at your footsteps. The pool was amazing in the complex and a nice option for days we did not want to get all sandy. Our host Laura was awesome and set up all of our excursions prior to our arrival. The condo was clean, stylishly decorated, and well maintained. Overall, we had a great time here and very much enjoyed our stay.

Location was fantastic. Quiet lush street on north end of Playa. 1.5 blocks to the beach. 1/2 block to shopping on 5th Avenue. Plenty of restaurant/bar options within steps. Courtyard and pool quiet, sunny for more of the day than expected. I thought the bldg would cast more of a shadow than it did.

We only stayed here one night because we extended a stay elsewhere. We arrived at 2pm and check in was fine. Lowis, our host, was pleasant and helpful. Our afternoon at the pool and rooftop patio was good.

When we were getting ready for bed after coming back and putting our kids to bed, we found no blanket for the king size bed. My husband opened the closet in that bedroom to look for the blanket, and a horrible odor filled the bedroom. We had to open the windows completely and run the bathroom vent to minimize it enough to sleep. There were also random things like a single shoe in the closet that made it apparent that the unit had not been properly cleaned. If we had not been set to leave in the morning, I would have left to find a hotel or something. It was really bad.

There were a few other things that were disappointing, although not nearly as bad as the smell. The rooftop "jacuzzi" was not heated. A jacuzzi is heated. My family was specifically interested in a jacuzzi. That was a disappointment. The Netflix did not work in the living room, so we all piled into the one bedroom to watch tv. The towels in the bathroom were not pleasant, certainly not "luxury." The water pressure was very low. The noise from the bars downstairs was very loud. Basically, it was way below the standard of a "luxury" condo at its price point.

While there were good things about this unit, I was extremely disappointed.

Great location, close to the beach, Fifth Avenue shops and tons of restaurants. The pool was fantastic, the place was quiet but close to everything, the staff was super-friendly & helpful, and the fitness centre was well-maintained. Would definitely recommend and will come again.

Laura was really great, answered all our questions and been a great help. Our flight was delayed and she helped us stay for another night. Location is basically right next to 5th ave where you can find a lot of great restaurants, bar and souvenir shops. The staff is really friendly and you will feel safe with their 24hr of security. Will definitely stay here again.

After checking several hotels in Playa we decided to book Luxury condo hotel cause they had great reviews and the pictures looks nice.
Check in time is 3pm and we arrived at 8am. They checked us in at 8:30 Am with no problem or extra charge. Manager, house keeping and all the stuff was great and they were attended for any questions or needs we had. Perfect place for family. pool and all the outside area always clean and the location is perfect! Close to all the bars and restaurants . The hotel is 1 minute walking to the beach. our experience was way better than expected. In My next vacation to playa,Luxury condo will be definitely my choice.

Lovely place in the middle of everything !!!

I loved this place and it was beyond my expectations. Clean rooms, big pool, jacuzzi. It is located a few steps from 5th avenue wich is the main street in town. Close by you find restaurants, a 7eleven, the beach, pharmacies, and all of this with a walking distance of 5-10 minutes.

The cleaning staff is very professional and Laura our concierge was in touch all the time to solve our questions.

Family trip. Excellent location, staff super friendly. Secure entrance to building and staffed 24 hours. Steps away from phenomenal restaurants. The host was able to book us on excursions to xel ha and Xcaret. The pool and pool deck were great!
Overall amazing trip.
Room for improvement:
There were a few tiles in the pool that were sharp and jagged and all three 5 year old sliced their feet open on them.
The air conditioner in the master suite doesn’t work. Had to use a fan to blow cold air from the adjacent room.
The kitchen was great and had almost everything one would need except hand and dish towels.

Quiet and yet entertaining!

In June, my husband, two teenage boys, and I stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Deluxe Penthouse condo with sea views on the second floor with a rooftop deck with a jacuzzi. Management, David and Ariann, were extraordinary. From the welcoming bottle of wine to breakfast croissants delivered to our door spontaneously, all was wonderful. They genuinely wanted our stay to be exceptional. The pool side of the condo had a tropical zen-like feel to it. There was either soft garden sounds or calming music. The living/dining room doors opened wide to the balcony. On the 5th avenue side of the condo, you could people watch and listen to the entertaining music from the restaurants below. But, when it was time to sleep, all you had to do was close the doors, and "ahhh", silence! Thank you to all the staff: entrance attendant with a welcoming smile, patient cleaning staff while we were in your mist. Thanks!!!

Fantastic location to the beach and the avenue.

Being our first trip overseas with little ones we were comforted we could count on David and Ariann to look after us. They helped us with so much and made us feel at home. The apartment was great, wonderful view out to the pool area. It was a quick walk to the beach and the surrounding shopping areas. So much to see and do!
Cannot wait to go back to this hotel!!!

Amazing place, quiet, clean and friendly

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the apartment was stunning, very clean, spacious and with great views. The beach is just one block from the building and the restaurants surrounding the place are the best! Nice drinks, nice food and great vibe.

The pool in the building is awesome, a great place to hang out. I´m impressed by how the place is runned, always mame me feel like home, friendly polite and very helpful with everything I needed.

There´s no doubt I´m coming back, this is going to be my home from now on in Playa del Carme!

Great apartment, in a central location

Had a great experience, the manager was super friendly, spoke perfect English, customer service and attention to detail was top notch. The place was clean and they always went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable, issue free and enjoyable. Transportation from and to the airport was seamless, checking in and getting settled was smooth, even for people who don't speak Spanish. I will definitely be back, David is your guy.

Quiet and cosy hotel

The hotel is well placed, between the 5th avenue and the beach.
The nicest part of the morning you wake up to the song of the birds then when you exit the hotel, take left and you see the beach at the end not for away.
You take right and in 30 meters you are in the vibrant atmosphere of 5th avenue. If you want a lazy day you have the Jacuzzi and a large swimming pool inside which are strikingly clean by the way.
David, which was our contact person in the hotel was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us valuable advice of where to go.
I am very happy with the decision to chose this hotel to my first vacation in the south. Will revisit these memories a lot.

Cuando llegamos nos sorprendimos de lo bonito y tranquilo que está el condominio
No recibió una chica Laura y nos mostró el departamento. Todo estaba en su lugar y en súper buen estado. Si volvemos a Playa del Carmen seguro regresamos. Está a unos pasos de la quinta avenida llena de restaurantes y tiendas.

Alberca helada!!!

Es un condominio de dptos equipados, buena opcion si vas con familia se mas de 4 personas, pero muy mala opcion si llevas niños, ya que el agua de la alberca esta helada y mis 3 hijos nunca pudieron disfrutarla, esto al final perjudica por que tuvimos que salir a buscar lugares con alberca climatizada, mejor rentar un ligar sin alberca y te sale micho mas barato. El dpto es amplio y el lugar esta muy bien ubicado cerca de la playa y la 5a av. pero el mantenimiento no es el mejor, hay varias cosas averiadas como las cerraduras de las puertas corredizas, el extractor del baño principal que dejaba un olor asqueroso. El dpto que yo tenia elra el C04, no ae si los demas esten en mejores condiciones.

Trata-se de um condomínio de apartamentos muito bem organizado, bonito e aconchegante. O apartamento é amplo, com sala, cozinha, suíte e área de serviço. Possui todos os itens necessários para sua estadia, desde ferro de passar, micro-ondas, forno até maca de massagem. Quanto às áreas comuns, possui um excelente piscina com duas banheiras de hidromassagem. Ao chegar no condomínio você receberá uma pulseira de identificação. Não possui café-da-manhã, como em outros lugares da região. Mas em qualquer restaurante próximo fazem o desajuno com bons preços. Localização não muito próxima do centro. Achei isso positivo, pois não há barulho e dá para chegar ao centro da 5th Avenida em menos de 5min caminhando. Além disso tem acesso fácil a uma praia muito boa e tranquila. Sinal de Wi-fi de boa qualidade. Recomendo! Se eu voltar para Playa del Carmen, esse será meu local, sempre!

Grandioses Apartment. Super Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Vom check in bis zur Abreise war alles top. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Nur einige Schritte zum Strand und direkt an der 5th Avenue mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Geschäften und Bars. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig gelegen und man bekommt von der lebhaften 5th Avenue nichts mit, wenn man am Pool liegt. Die Ausstattung der Apartments ist erstklassig. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

the whole experience was so astonishing since I arrived. Erath our host was very corteous since the begginning and after we leave, VIA 38 is one of the most amazing place to stay not only for one night but for vacations it is a superve Condo, very recomendable. The ladies which all time clean our Cond were so respectful and corteous, they really make you feel like home.
