I had prepaid 2 nights in this hotel. I ended up checking out after the first night and forfeiting the second night's room fee. The staff were unhelpful and unwelcoming. The air-conditioning in the room didn't work, the restaurant was closed and the bed was rock hard.

A good stay; centrally located, good price for the room with breakfast and overall - great service.
I was able however cool down my room, the air conditioning system indicated in working mode but did not do a great work.

Great hotel choice for a central location and an immediate access to a huge shopping mall with an ample choice of cafes and eating places for a light snack or a quick meal
Excellent value for money although we did not try the bar, breakfast or hotel meals and opted to eat out
Rooms could have more charging sockets as there were none around the bed area
Beds and mattresses are very comfortable but equipped with just one small (rather 'lumpy' inside) pillow per person so we asked for extra ones.

Horrible smell as you walk in to the lobby and your room. Run down facilities. Very inattentive staff. Came down to check out, 2 ladies sitting at the back and talking, had to call them to check out. Not good, some many other hotels along this street to choose from. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Was not expecting to much from hotel because very inexpensive, really surprised, good quality hotel for very small price, bed very comfortable, shower very good, restaurant very good and comfortable, staff are excellent, my advice dont waste money staying at expensive hotels, this is as comfortable as any hotel you will find in Lodz

Awesome long weekend

Generally the hotel is good and staff were very friendly, but I think having a socket just by the bed would be highly appreciated. Mini closed wardrobe should have been better instead of just an open hanger. The heather doesn't come faster when you need it so i had to open or close the windows to regulate the room temperature manually.

A great value for the money

Good location, very comfortable room, attentive staff. There is a massive construction project (a metro system) going on along the street, so car access is a bit confusing, but the parking lot is secure and easy once you get there. Just a couple blocks from the main street with restaurants, etc.

3 nights stay. Rooms basic, but fine for a short stay, Bes matress was too soft and tv was mainly in polish, but those were my only complaints. Staff very friendly and helpful. Although on a busy road, we heard no street noise. Location right next to the galleria mall and a few minutes walk from the potrainska 5km pedestrian street where all the shops, bars and restarants are. overall , for a cheap hotel, pretty good

Good hotel for the price, good location too.

Hotel was very clean, room was a good size as was the bathroom. I paid extra for the breakfast which had a good selection, so something for everyone. Hotel is a short walk to the main shopping street and just along from the hotel there is a modern shopping center with almost everything you could need. I walked from Kaliska train station, which took about 25mins but the bus does run along the main road should you not like a walk. Over all very happy with this hotel and would stay here again if ever back in Lodz.

Good enough for a short stay in Lodz. Comfy beds, but beds very close in a twin room. Service was good, sentral location. Can't recomend the breakfast. Clean, minimalistic hotel at a good rate.

Booked 2 nights here as we had come to see Muse. The hotel is clean and modern and the staff spoke good English and were very helpful

The rooms were modern and clean and had everything we required for a couple of nights.

It is situated next door to the shopping centre and across the road from the tram. Piotrkowska street is a short walk away.

Overall i would stay here again

Very nice rooms which were very comfortable. Private parking for the hotel which was good but manned barrier and after getting back from a Euro game at around 3am there was no-one there to let us back in, eventually got someone to come round and open the barrier for us. However saying that, was a very nice stay.

Hotel Campanile - Cheap and good!

I stayed at the Campanile Hotel for one night. I got a very good deal at hotels.com. I arrived at the hotel and parked my car at the secured parking (30zl extra). The hotel from the outside and inside is very nice and clean and has a modern touch to it. I booked a double-bed and at the reception the lady refused to give us this option and told us we would get two single beds even though it said double-bed on the booking. Even though this takes the service rating down in my opinion it was most likely just this receiptionist that woke up on the wrong side. The room was clean and nice. The following day we went down to eat breakfast (30zl extra). The breakfast was not that good. You had a variety of different things but it always seemed like something was missing and you had to wait for the staff to get out from the kitchen (they were not the fastest people). Overall it is a very nice hotel and I do recommend it to people also because of its excellent location (50m from the large shopping center.

I travel thenworld and would rate this closer to 3 than 2 stars. No high end fancy accoutrements but clean, modern and comfortable. Wi fi is free and has digital TV. Couple of terrific restaurants two blocks away and has easy access parking lot in the rear w/o the fee so many places tack on. Value hotel.

A breath of fresh air

The Campanille is a perfectly straight forward European hotel but by the standards of Lods it feels very luxurious. We had friends staying in more expensive Hotels closer to the center - but it was all very soviet by comparison.

Modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Man kann direkt davor parken.
Ausblick und Gebäude in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel sind offenbar sehr alt und heruntergekommen.
In ein paar Gehminuten ist man aber an der Galeria Lodzka oder der Piotrkowska und da ist es sehr schön.

Bon rapport qualité prix. L'hôtel est proche du centre, environ 15 minutes à pied. Il est en bon état, propre. La Wifi fonctionne très bien. Le petit déjeuner est bien.
Pas de moquette dans la chambre. Il vaut donc mieux prévoir des chaussons.

Bardzo udany pobyt w Łodzi. Hotel w centrum blisko do ulicy Piotrkowskiej. Personel recepcji bardzo miły i pomocny. Personel serwisu sprzątającego duże uznanie Pani puka do drzwi pyta czy nie trzeba uzupełnić wody czy nie trzeba posprzątać bardzo to miłe. Personel obsługi restauracji również pełen profesjonalizm w dobie pandemii. Śniadania smaczne i urozmaicone brakowało mi tylko większego zabezpieczenia wędlin itp

Allt var bra. Vi var 16 personer och vi skulle betala var för sig när vi kom. Hotellet hade dock debiterat mitt kort redan. Det löste ju sig med medför en del extraarbete.

Pokój na 6 piętrze czysty łazienka przestrzenna szkoda że okno w pokoju tylko uchylne. Pokój cichy i ciepły blisko do Centrum i Piotrkowskiej osiągalny pieszo. Duży plus za czajnik w pokoju. Szkoda tylko że herbata i woda pod wydział.
Śniadania smaczne ale każdego dnia to samo.
Mimo wszystko polecam bo warto tam się zatrzymać odwiedzając Łódź

주변에 교통수단이 잘 되어있어서 찾는데는 문제가 없었습니다. 침구류도 나름 잘 구비되어있고 시설도 왠만한 3등급 호텔정도 됩니다. 다만 냉장고가 없고 에어컨이 있긴 하지만 냉방이 안되어서 고생했습니다. 송풍이라고 하는게 맞다고 생각할 만큼 바람만 나왔습니다. 물과 차, 커피 정도는 무료로 먹을 수 있게 준비되어있습니다. 커피포트도 있으니 물을 끓여드실 수 있습니다. 여름에 가시는분은 참고하세요:)

Hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji, niektórym od strony głównej drogi może przeszkadzać hałas. Wygodny parking od podwórza. Czystość i śniadanie bardzo poprawnie jak na kategorię hotelu. Przy zameldowaniu pracownik nie poinformował mnie o tym, że dostaje pokój dla palących. To sprawiło, że nie spałem zbyt dobrze, a rano obudziłem się z bólem głowy.
