Extremely clean, quiet and convenient! We stayed on a 13 hour layover and were very happy with the stay. Bed was comfortable, space was clean. Some stains in shower grout, and a very long walk tot he room down two long hallways, but overall very satisfied. Price was right! Shuttle on time and convenient. Would stay again.

I think from the beginning it wasn't a good fit. I tried to cancel because of a work thing but they denied my request. I had to keep the room or I'd be charged.

The hotel is definitely older. You can tell from the outside and when you walk in. The room definitely didn't give the same vibe as the pics. There's barely any lights in the room so you can hardly see unless you're in the bathroom. It was definitely a budget hotel. They did have breakfast which was decent. And they had a hotel shuttle but I didn't use that.

I won't return because of the inability to be flexible and the pics didn't represent the room accurately.

The La Quinta North location was well situated close to DFW and I had a late check-in with the staff being very kind and helpful. The room was clean and had nice travelers amenities. I have two negative notes. One being the airport shuttle was very confusing on coming in at 10 PM at night whether you called for the shuttle or whether there was routine pick ups. The second was that my room was on the third floor and the elevator is a long ways away from reception, don’t know if there was another one out of service, but being tired from travel and manhandling my bags was unpleasant.

Third rate hotel. Beds were good but lighting was weak. Poor amenities in the bathroom - no soap dish. Lobby was shoddy.

Shower was difficult to operate - the hot water setting is not where it might be expected.

The room looked newly refurbished but didn’t wow. The reservation was for 2 adults in a King bed room. There was only 1 luggage rack, only one set of bathroom soaps, no table for the sofa area. We had changed to this hotel from a Holiday Inn Express (same star rating) for our second night because of its location and the Holiday Inn was by far better.

1. The flooring was bowing next to my bed due to the sub-floor not being level.
2. The lamps next to the bed buzzed even when turned off so I had to unplug them at night.
3. I stayed there for 4 nights and nobody ever came and cleaned up or brought freash towels.
4. It was very noisy in my room from the other guest.

I called for the airport shuttle to get me, but it never came. I had to hitch a ride on another hotel’s shuttle. Then I was put in a dark cave of a room. It was a sunny day, but my small window faced a wall and was half under an awning so very little light came in. There were no ceiling lights, and only three dim lamps. Not conducive for work or leisure, but fine for sleep only. It was an accessible room so no bath, but the main issue was the bathroom smelled like sewage. I kept the door closed most of the time so it wouldn’t spread, but then every time I opened it the smell was intense. I would have given it one star, but the bed was comfortable.

Staff was very rude, we called 2x to see if there was a deposit and was told 2x there was no deposit but when we arrived we were told there was one. Expedia shows check out time to be 12 which is why i booked it and its not 12 its 11am. Get your stuff together because this was a terrible stay.

The room seemed cleaned. The bed was comfortable enough. There was the biggest roach that I ever seen at the base of the bed at 2am though. Also, couldn't use the shower because the pressure was that of a firehose and it started to flood the bathroom. There also wasnt enough lighting in the room we had to have all lights (bedside, desk lamp, bathroom light) on to be able to see anything. Besides those factors it was a decent enough stay. I will say the 24 hour airport shuttle is the redeeming quality and is enough to make me consider staying again if I ever come this way again.

I wanted to save money and booked 1 night here. I was very disappointed, the room was very clean, but smelled like strong chemicals they are using to clean. Sheets were humid, pillows are very very firm like a rock, bed is old not comfy. There was no hot water, it was warm but not hot. Shower door didn’t close properly. Window was opening but there was a hole so I didn’t bother to open. Really outdated. Not coming back.

The breakfast was not very good.
There were lots of doors you could go out but not back in.
When I checked in I was told I was expected to checkout on friday at 6 pm but at noon they were asking if I needed another day and \"graciously\" gave me until 1 pm to check out. Even after checking out I received an email to check out online by 6PM.
The staff barely spoke english making communications difficult.

The staff was super helpful. We got a free shuttle ride to DFW and when we got to the airport my son realized he forgot his wallet. I called the hotel and they were super helpful and went and got the wallet and sent with the next shuttle driver to bring to us. We were still able to catch our flight because of this and not having to go all the way back ourselves.

We used to enjoy staying at this hotel. It seems to be struggling. The TV did not work and they had no idea what was wrong. When we went to our room upon check in the door was open. We reported that the door would not close without a giant push and then lock. Halls smelt very musty. Unfortunately, we were placed in a room with people across the hall fighting loudly at 4am. The hotel is at a great location for air travel. The outside grounds are nice with a food truck in site.

The sheets were dirty with dry blood. The worst part was that we didn't notice the blood right away and had already been sleeping in the bed for a while before seeing it. This is so unsanitary and unprofessional.

Nick and others who worked the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The only negative was not the hotel's staff, but the contracted airport shuttle driver was very rude, he complained about too many suitcases and made a comment \"this is a lot of money.\", I did not understand the comment at the time but later figured out he was talking about his tip. He put one couple out at gate B who needed gate A. He roughly tossed our suitcases out of the van and then sneered at ten dollar tip like it was not enough. He was also aggressive driving, tailgating, and honking at a car in front of him. 4/3/2026

The staff at the front desk have discrimination against me.
I did not book in advance and went directly to the front desk asking for a rate. After that, i decided to book via a third party. The two staff exchanged glances and cast a look of disdain at me.

From the start this place is a complete red flag. Too bad I purchased non-refundable because I would have straight-up packed the car and left. To start, the back door not only didn’t lock but had been completely destroyed and left on the floor.

The hall to the room was also very dark which gave no sense of safety. In addition, the first floor and stairwell was filled with the aroma of fresh weed which is not legal in the state of Texas and this is supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel. There are shady people hanging around every corner of the parking lot and there is literally an Indian food truck parked in the lot serving food. Security seems like a something that is not a priority at this hotel.

On the plus side, the room is spacious and seemed pretty clean and the water was hot in the shower. I also noticed the door being repaired mid-morning.

Budget friendly hotel to layover or park and fly. Last stay a week ago was not good. On our return flight we stayed over again. Elevator still not working, but they put us in ground level room this time. Room appeared cleaner and bedding was much more comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not eat their breakfast.

I tried to book my room at 200am because of a cancelled flight but when I got there they did not have my reservation until later that day. The hotel charged me double for 2am-11am the same day! Make sure if you are using the free shuttle to the airport that you are letting them know the day before, otherwise you could be waiting an hour or more for the driver to make a round trip to come back.

Check in was fine, but our bathroom had ants, the elevator near our room was not workkng and the workout gym had out of order signs as well as TV not working. Spoke to font desk about ants and gym, but they didn’t seem concerned. We have stayed here before and it was a good hotel for the price, but think we will look elsewhere on our next visit.

I gave this hotel a low rating due to the management. The hotel itself was fine for an airport layover and the breakfast was ok. However the manager refused to refund the cost of 1 room after the booking platform gave me an error message when i tried to book and redirected me to try again. I did this and then got 2 notifications immediately confirming I had booked 2 rooms. I immediately notified the site of the error and they called the hotel to explain and request a refund for one room. 2 days later the manager declined to refund the second room. This seems very unreasonable as the hotel was notified of the error within 5 minutes. I will not stay at this hotel again after this treatment.

It’s ok for the price. Breakfast was ok too. My only gripe is not allowing early check ins without a huge upcharge. Even if you are there a half an hour early. It’s a scam. The whole lobby was full of people waiting to check into rooms at 2:00 pm and even though I’m sure the rooms are ready they make you stay there or pay $40-$60 bucks to go in early.I wouldn’t stay there again because of this alone. The shuttle was way behind and you will have to wait up to an hour for that as well.

Hotel was decent. Rooms were dark and have limited lighting. Toiletries were of low quality. The elevator is located at the far end of the hallway. There is a food truck available next to the parking area with good snacks options. Costly for the value.

Note: Don’t rely on airport shuttle service. I opted for 3:35am shuttle and it didn’t arrive. I had to board 4:15am one. Luckily I had time for my flight. Also, they dropped far away from the gate.

It’s obvious that they are under new management. This used to be a nice clean reasonably comfortable hotel.

The room was clean. But there seemed to be an issue with the AC and the halls and rooms were very humid.

Had to ask for creamer for coffee two days in a row. None on coffee bar at any time.

The part that gets them a 0 stars is after one night there, we left to go to a better hotel.

And, they still tried to charge us for the week’s stay that we had originally booked. Even though, we personally went down to check out, the clerk could not assure us that we would only be charged for the one night.

He kept saying he had to ask the manager if it could be refunded. This seemed fishy to us, so we contacted the credit card co to let them know we had left and not to approve any other charges.

They tried to run it thru anyway about 4 days later after our initial stay woukd have ended.
