Where do I start. Firstly the room was a twin, without any notification. Then, whilst at the bar with 5 friends the barman in the middle of doing our round, served another man with drinks,
on another round again half way through the barman walked away into the office, we were completely ignored by 3 other staff, finally we got our drinks. The water in our room was not replaced, when we asked for some more we were told, \" we've run out\".
We will never use that hotel ever again.

There was coffee snatchers in the room but no kettle.
The staff at breakfast were clearing my table before I’d finished when other tables were vacant if people but with dirty dishes in them. Made no sense.

It is an airport hotel and most people are only staying for 1 night.
Bremen city centre is a 15 minute journey away on the number 6 tram.
It was a good place to use as a base to explore Bremen and the surrounding areas.
Cleaning services have to be requested from the reception desk.
Staff seem to perform a number of roles.
The free breakfast was 4am to 10am.

The stay at this property was terrible because their room ac was not working and they failed to provide fans. I have reached out to front desk for about four times and every time they refuse by mentioning that they can not help. The room was extremely hot since it was facing city and sun was up right there. Kids stay up all and we use cardboard to make handbags and help them survive through night. Terrible, experience and in the future I will never book any of the holiday inn facility.

The hotel was very disappointing and not to the standard I expect from holiday inn. The rooms & hotel were old, dark and run down. They offered tea ,& coffee facilities in room, but no kettle to boil water in. I would avoid this hotel, it's terrible.

We had a nice stay at the Holiday Inn Express Bremen Airport. Breakfast was really good with plenty of tasty options. The staff was super friendly too. Only downside: we booked a room with a big double bed but got two singles instead. Still, the location is great, just a 5-minute walk to the tram at the airport.

We were flying from Bremen Airport so booked a 1 night stay- hotel is easy to get to on foot too and from the airport (airport has good public transport to Bremen centre and its easy to navigate.)The room was well furnished, clean and well maintained. It was a really relaxing stay before our flight. Free buffet breakfast- buffet was a bit smaller than other airport hotels we have stayed at but we sat down early so it was no problem for us and a good selection. Will definitely stay again if ever back in Bremen

The parking was advertised as free, but there is not free parking at all, as off road parking is freevafter 18:00.
Usually hotel's customers use a parcking facility next the Hotel, wich cost €25 per day.

One staff member was a bit rude as we checked in and not very helpful explaining the parking requirements, but the rest of the staff where very nice.... Maybe sje had an hard day.

Overall a good place to stay.

Good overnight hotel to catch an early plane.

Everything was actually excellent including staff, room overall (this include the matraze which often is very saggy), and overall hotel. I could just not figure out how to operate the AC, because the room was way too hot for me. I tilted the windows open, but that was not enough and I could not open the windows all the way since they were screwed shut.

The hotel itself was great. The room was clean, though a tad small. The restaurant staff, on the other hand, was terrible. Refused to acknowledge us as well as a second group that had already received some of their order. We left after fifteen minutes of no service.

No tables for eating in the bar but lots of close

All good apart from the Resturant. We could not sit down. They shut the Resturant because of the breakfast next morning, nothing was laid out. They only used the bar area that was very busy and no tables or seats were available I will add there was only 4 tables in the bar area and about 20 in the Resturant. In the end we asked a couple who had finished eating the food if we could take the table. They reluctantly agreed as they we're going to stay for a drink at the table. If you are serving meals in the evening where are we supposed to sit. We eat over an hour layer than we intended ☹️

I picked this from online for the convenience distance from airport. It only takes 5 to 8 minutes walk to light train stations and Airport in less than 10 minutes walk. Good choice of fresh food in the breakfast that was included. Bathroom and bed in the room are good maintenance conditions. And Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Honest review. Hotel is a 3 minute walk from airport. However there is no shops or bars or cafes near there is only a McDonald’s. Here is however a local tram use stop 6.

Hotel was very clean and quiet, room spacious, bed was a little uncomfortable and the room was too hot. Nice shower.

Breakfast was below par, mainly continental and only cooked options was scrambled or boiled eggs.

Disappointed that there were no wash cloths and no water glasses in the room. The room was hot and the temperature gage was not working. The towels were all wrinkled. Ok for one night - location is excellent to go downtown and to the airport which is a plus. Breakfast was good as well.

Overall a nice experience. The rooms are big enough, comfortable beds. Very close to the airport and transportation to the center. Great variety at breakfast, a bit unorganised if they run out of napkins or plates or cups you need to ask them to bring .

Clean and modern. The air controls didn't work, pumped out heat even when set to 10 C. Had to turn off and leave windows open all night. Reception staff was efficient and competent but not very friendly. Did like that it was in walking distance of Airport. No one and nowhere was the electrical system explained with putting the card in the slot near the door, we figured it out after 15 minutes.

Very basic room which is something that you would expect from a business hotel. However there wasn't even a glass in the room and also no USB port to charge phone etc which i would have thought to be standard with a hotel of this type. Breakfast was ok, but no gluten free options.
Otherwise, very clean hotel.

Excellent hotel for early morning departure from BRE airport. Hotel serves great breakfast buffet starting at 4:00 in the morning! Included in room charge. Restaurant and bar open until 10 pm. Overall, excellent value, convenient location (5 min walk to airport/tram) and modern rooms (quiet) with friendly staff. Stayed here several times and prefer this hotel over the Atlantic where I stayed too.

Having stayed before, I was aware of the quality of the rooms & the close proximity to the airport. This was my main reason for returning.
I can now also add customer service of the highest order.
Due to a booking mixup.... by me , what would of been an embarrassing situation was dealt with in a speedily , efficient, ‘no problem’ attitude.
I will return again simply for the customer service.....

The front desk staff is very helpful. The check-in procedure is efficient. The only thing just ok is the breakfast assortment. The breakfast assortment could use something like scrambled eggs. Lots of hard boiled eggs and cold breakfast meats - but no scrambled eggs and bacon. Convenient location both to airport, public transportation, dining, and the city of bremen. Good wifi in room. Nice up to date, clean and spacious rooms. Great value for the price. Will definitely stay here again.

What a great hotel, Just next door to the airport with clean comfortable rooms and serving breakfast from 04:00am so I could even take breakfast before catching my early morning flight. I arrived at 21:45 and despite the restaurant closing at 22:00 I managed to get a meal that looked like it had been prepared at the start of the shift rather than the end, Very fresh and beautifully presented. This ticks all the boxes fro me and I will definitely use it again.

Estructura limpia y funcional, ubicada a una distancia muy cómoda del aeropuerto, al que se puede llegar en solo 5 minutos. El centro está a unos 45 minutos a pie, pero hay tranvías muy cómodos que facilitan el acceso. La oferta gastronómica podría mejorar, aunque el desayuno es muy bueno.
