This hotel is at the heart of a very popular and busy street. Music and party runs until 3AM just in case noise is bothering you.
If planning to drive, parking is 1.50 euros per hour and 36 euros /day

The location is perfect for people who like to party and stay up late. Lots of bars and restaurants just steps away, and just a 5 minute walk to the beach from the hotel

If you want to be in the middle of the action of Old Town, this place is it. The staff, notably Layla and David, were great. The property needs work, however. Our room hallway had significant water damage to the walls and our room toilet seat had stains on the seat and lid from previous mildew issues. The caulking around the bathroom window had active mildew issues, and we had to switch rooms due to ants. The TVs are postage stamp size, and though we are not here to watch TV, doing some late night catch up on world events is difficult on a TV that is likely no bigger than 19 inches. This place needs some TLC, and a cash infusion, to eliminate these issues that create a negative impression.

If yoy want to be in the heart and in the party of Albufeira, this is the spot for you. But expect very loud music until 4 am.
Also you will need to wear their bracelet 24/7 for your whole stay.
If you don't mind this, I guess this hotel is fine!

Lovely hotel and staff, however tv was set at a limit which was unwatchable due to noise from the Strip. Late arrival went smoothly but 11am check out wanted €15 to hold on to your bags!

When we checked in, we noticed several issues with the room. Two lights were not working, one being the main bathroom light, and the bathroom faucet was not mounted properly to the bathroom cabinet. It was brought up with the front desk and they said nothing could be done for at least a week. I fixed the bathroom faucet as best I could, but it ultimately came undone twice during our 4 night stay. The main bathroom light and the other broken light were not fixed at all. When we checked out we had a few hours before leaving to the airport and asked if we could leave 2 small carry on bags in a large vacant area behind their desk. They wanted a €15 charge. I reminded them of the issues we had with pur room thinking that should offset the charge they were after. The desk clerk called the manager who claimed she was too busy to come down. This is a boutique hotel with approximately 30 rooms and I talked to the manager over our 4 nights several times, noting that she never seemed too busy to talk. Based on the poor customer service, and not responding appropriately to a customer complaint, I would definitely think twice before staying here.

There is only the bedroom terrace to sunbathe and the after midday it is in shade. The pictures of the hotel show a rooftop sunbathing area which no longer exists

My stay was fine, check in was easy. I loved the little terrace on top, nice views of the buildings. This hotel is close to the busy tourist areas. Lots of music and party in this area but that was fine for me. Hotel is clean, room was nice and tidy. My only negative about this place is \"guests aren't allowed to visit\"... which is highly offensive. I had to take my friend to a nearby bar to socialise. Every hotel I have ever been to (and I travel alot) it wasn't an issue. Other than that clean and tidy.

Albufeira Non Beach Hotel

The hotel itself was fine. The staff were exemplary. However, the noise was unbearable. Music, drums +++ sometimes until 4am. They provided ear buds, but they were useless. The hotel itself was noisy too. No soundproofing. I could hear snoring from next door & hear people talking. The cleaning staff or their equipment was very noisy too. Doors crashing. At one point I thought it was a police raid. There is no restaurant at the hotel, even though it shows there is. It is definitely not near the beach!! I don’t know why it is called a beach hotel. The town is very confusing. Very easy to get lost. Unable to find a map anywhere. Travel agents didn’t have them.
I had to leave after four days. No sleep. I went to Faro. Was not given a refund, even though I moved to the same brand hotel. I would have moved before, but the expense without a refund was too much.
No fridge in room or ability to make a hot drink.
The place is only for the young who want to party. It is also off the Main Street, bags have to be carried over the cobbles. Not good for seniors.

But the STAFF WERE AMAZING!!

Reception team wete very welcoming and accomodating. The only downside was towels onlyy got changed every 2 days if you wanted them daily there was a charge. If you wanted a safe there was a charge if you wanted to check in early there was a charge.

Noise is a big factor. I knew about the partying and we spent 3 days. Party goes on till 3 or 4am every day and they gave us ear plugs, but was hard to sleep. Beds comfortable, lots of dining options and shopping. Supermarket close by for water, beer any essentials.

If you're not there for the all night party in the summer you may want to stay a little further from the Old Town Strip as it could be quite noisy being right on the strip.

This place was perfect, right on the strip of bars and restaurants and pop up shops, also very close to the beach, almost on the beach as well. I reccommend this hotel to anyone going to Albueferia, and espcially if you like to party.

If you want to have any sleep at night, this isn’t the hotel. The location is such that there are bars next to the hotel and across where there is live and loud music until 4am daily. We were there 2 nights, and gave up after our first night and looked for another accommodation.

When booking, they mentioned music stops at midnight, but that was a lie. I’ve also reached out to Expedia to see if they can add a note about the hotel and the volume, but with no luck.

The rooms are extremely small, bathroom has mildew, shower faucets rusted. The walls are paper thin - you can hear your next door neighbours and people in corridors throughout the night. Wall plugs mostly don’t work, night lights don’t work.

Housekeeping is poor - we kept towels on the ground to be changed, and instead they hung those towels again for use.

The elevator is a floor above reception so you’ll have to climb the stairs to catch the elevator.

The location is prime because you’re in the middle of everything, 2 minutes from the beach. However this isn’t a place I’d recommend to anyone, ever.

In the perfect spot for a bit of nightlife and lounging at the beach. The private balcony was the star of the show. If you want to be in the middle of the action and close to the beach this is the place for you.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming on arrival; the hotel was clean and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach. The only thing I will mention is that - being in the bar/restaurant district - it can be very noisy at night (until around 3am), so not suited to those who like their peace :-)

Suprised only a 2 star, i would say 3 star. Spotlessly clean throughout, friendly staff. Cracking location for nighlife/amenities/restaurants & beach. Yes the rooms at the front are noisy until 3-4am but if your out till late, it doesnt matter anyhow. Would recommend to the night crowd amongst us.

Lots to eat , quite a tourist destination and night life going all night- super great for young couples and families! Room was a bit small and breakfast was just okay but otherwise good hotel.

Hotel is in the center of the the nightlife. Room was small but clean. But they expect you to reuse the towels during your stay. I was there for two nights and they argued about exchanging the towels on the second day. They cleaned the room but wouldn’t change the towels. Absolutely bizarre!! Also no iron in the room and elevator is broken. Like I said before, location is great but service is seriously lacking.

Only positive of staying at this hotel was really the location. I am no longer at an age that I enjoy lodging next to the city's loudest bars. But that wasn't even the toughest part. I happen to be handicapped and I booked the hotel because it said there was an elevator. But in reality, there is a set of stairs that guest must use to get to the elevator. Fortunately I was able to get up the stairs and leave my wheelchair on the first floor.

The hotel was in perfect condition. The staff were so polite and helpful. The cleaners were so friendly and made sure every inch of the hotel was clean and safe. Please pass on my gratitude to them and to every member of staff there. I would definitely recommend. The hotel was in a great spot right in the middle of all the action the beach bars shops beautiful area hotel was basic but clean and perfect for our needs the only thing was to get to the lift you had to climb a flight of stairs we could hear the music at night but room was well soundproof so not to loud very enjoyable holiday

Albufeira Beach Hotel is lovely but small hotel.

Our stay was fantastic. We weren't expecting too much for the price we paid however pleasantly surprised.Staff were lovely and friendly. Cleaning staff were great. Room made up every day towels changed every 2 days. We had contacted the hotel and asked for a double bed which they did do. The location is at the end of main avenue to the square so it can be noisy. We asked for a room at the back of hotel room 101 and noise didn't bother us. Great bar 5 doors away Vegas.... great music and fun. Beach is 2 mins away and beautiful. Lots of eating places near hand steak/pizza/ kebabs. Overall a lovely small hotel. No room to sit about -- small reception but main street outside. Lovely
